1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fixed supply doesn't matter (change my mind) on: May 11, 2024, 06:36:45 PM
When the Tether scam finally crashes and burns the BTC ecosystem will be set free from a huge pending crisis. Obviously, the supply of Bitcoin is not being inflated. Fixed supply does matter, whether you believe it or not.

If fixed supply can be infinitely inflated (when it comes to price) and thus creating a bubble that can burst, it is not being different from supply that is not fixed.

Example, current Bitcoin price inflated by Tether printer with no real backing.

Fixed supply of BTC doesn't matter, when the price can be infinitely inflated by Tether printer.

Until about two weeks ago my junk food issue did not include much sugar and candy, mostly too much salt. I've restarted daily sugar-filled foods again (Yummy!) and need to stop pretty soon.

Time spent on video games and eating too much junk food late in the day. My diet is usually very good most of the day.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin a truly censorship resistance, Tallycoin raised fund for Canadian trucks on: February 08, 2022, 04:03:10 AM
Isn't anyone worried about this?

Much of the money is coming from the US to fund lawbreaking in Canada.  Is this the best case for a crypto world? What if North Korea sends BTC to "Antifa" protestors in the US to foment unrest?

Censorship is a slippery slope, but so is decentralization.

The Canadian Government has been breaking their own long-established laws for over two years. If you watch actual videos of the Ottawa protests it is impossible to not see the Love, respect, joy and hunger for freedom in those people.

This video is interesting and thought inspiring: I went looking for a fight at the Canadian Freedom convoy.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X04my_7Tl3k

Are you surprised at what he found?
What do you think?

(No time to watch the video, or has YouToob censored content again?) Are you following the recent events in Canada and what do you think about the situation? Is your source of information mostly from legacy media or independent sources?

OP, your first responder gives good advice. You waited this long why decide to get the potentially unsafe shots now?

You have left out Omicron. This is nature's vaccine, and it is the most effective. It is also the safest.

You nailed it perfectly, thank you good sir.

Faketoshi will probably never leave bitcoin alone, unless he finally lands in jail?
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Full Bitcoin node in Tesla? It is possible! on: January 22, 2020, 04:27:21 AM
That's a very interesting though. If every electric car in the world would run a bitcoin full node we would have an incredible powerful dynamic decentralized network. We could actually create a mesh network upon that. EWlon Musk has showed his interest in the blockchain and cryptocurrencies industry through his many controversial tweets & for me it wouldn't be a big surprise if we would actually implement the ability to host nodes or at least integrated wallets. How comfy would it be to make payments from your Tesla touchscreen while on the go instead of using your phone which is mostly illegal?

The number of independent nodes is a vital part of keeping the BTC network healthy, so this news is welcomed. If many electric cars in the world would run a bitcoin full node we would have an incredible powerful dynamic decentralized network.
