I'd be very careful with that casino. My recommendation is to avoid the casino.


What's the matter? From time to time I write reviews for casinos and I got asked to test Cryptowild. I did a test of the casino which was unfortunately not satisfactory.

In a nutshell:

  • I registered for the first time
  • Each new user gets 20 no-deposit Free Spins. I have played these. I have made a small profit with which I have continued to play. I have wagered the little gain 40 times and at the end a profit of 1.8 mBTC remained.
  • After I made a cashout request that was rejected, I contacted the support.
  • The support told me that according to the rules only no-deposit free spins gains of max. 1 mBTC can be used to cashout (it's questionable, but it's also in the TOS, so I accepted). He advised me to do another cashout request with 1 mBTC
  • My casino balance was then reduced from 1.8 mBTC to 1 mBTC without warning.
  • Then I did a second cashout of 1 mBTC as advised. This was rejected again.
  • I contacted the support again. Now I was informed that I should send a photo with a message from me. I rejected. In the course of the mail communication with support, flimsy reasons were given why I can't get a cashout of around $8 without sending a photo of me (among other things, my email address from protonmail.com should a be disposal address).
  • The question why my credit was reduced without warning has not yet been answered.
  • I haven't received any payout yet.

The whole procedure reminds me of a test at Betstreak.co some time ago, which went offline in the meantime. Cryptowild provided all signs of a typical scam.

I recommend to choose other sites like Bitstars or Betchain.com if you want to have no-deposit free spins, where the test was successful and without any incidents.

Totally agree with this,they are fine with taking peoples money but find any reason not to pay.

It looks like you are posting on behalf cryptowild.
I suggest you look up the meaning of "duplicate".
I was transparent and honest with this casino and there no faked emails that you are claiming.
This casino changed its cashback and rebate policy overnight and fails to pay over the tournament winnings as advertised
For your info,Antelliphone wanted me to raise a formal complaint and did not reject or advise me that I had no leg to stand on.
I have spoken to the online gaming watchdog as well as a few experts with regards to my matter and I will be pursuing a formal complaint and will update this thread accordingly once this matter is finalised.

FOR NOW,I SUGGEST PEOPLE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN GAMBLING HERE.

Your account was closed per your request and not reopened due to many factors including your extensive abuse of our awesome livechat agents, sending us pornographic pictures, creating of fraudulent emails offering you bonuses, opening more than one account and complaining to askgamblers while impersonating another player. The Compliance and Licensing Department of Antillephone N.V. agreed on March 26, 2019 in their email to you that we were cc'd on that opening another account after you requested to close your other account defies any logic.
@Dee- you had more than one active account and due to your boyfriend (who happens to be one of your duplicate accounts) vouching for you on casinomeister, our platform provider opted to pay your withdrawal.
It's interesting that both of you use the same tactics of abusing our livechat reps, complain on the same forums and share similar IP addresses.
Your accounts will not be reopened and please refrain from opening new accounts.

EMPHASIS ON THE WORD "ACTIVE". There was no duplicate account due to the fact that you refused to reopen my original account.
Had this account been reopened upon my request,there would not have  been any issue!

You accepted my deposit and disabled my account but there was never a duplicate. How is it fair to take a players funds,refuse to reopen an original acc,and confiscate winnings..come on,let's be fair here.

Dude, I saw your complaint on LCB and I am pretty sure that CryptoWild wasnt referring to your LCB account. What a freaking joke!!! They literally say that they found you to have a personal agenda.

You messed up. That's it. LOL you shouldnt be gambling if you are gonna violate a casino's terms and conditions. Straight up. You obviously are carrying some kinda weird attachment to this casino. I say, chill out and move on.

I believe that if a casino had refused to reopen my original account, I was transparent enough to disclose all facts to them and never had any duplicate accounts active at any stage.

The law is clear that "a duplicate" account means two active accounts opened by the same player to abuse bonuses etc which was not the case here.

As per the Cryptowild terms: The account balance should be refunded to the player if the casino decides to close the players account.

THIS CASINO IS A SCAM.

I had requested my account to be closed for a while due to my tournament winnings not paid out as published on their website and serious disagreements with the VIP manager.

I had then requested my account to be reopened but they ignored my requests.
I then proceeded to open a new account as the other was closed and they refused to reopen the account.
I deposited and won a decent amount and was asked to KYC and my account was then permanently disabled.

They said that each player can only have one active account but this casino did not refund my deposits and withheld my winnings.
The casino has the right to close the account if they deem fit but I do not think they were fair in this case and my remaining funds should be returned.

Your advise on this matter will be highly appreciated

At least you’re honest, there are so many ‘Newbies’ posting bull shit accusations in this thread & when Bitcasino.io look into it they’ve usually been multi accounting or using aa VPN to gamble when their jurisdiction doesn’t allow it.

Must be a nightmare running an online crypto casino when there are so many liars & scammers trying to take you down with bull shit lies.

Please take note that the askgamblers link is not related to me.

I had not raised any complaint on askgamblers so I kindly ask you to refrain from providing false evidence and misleading statements.

The law is clear on this issue. Deposits should not be accepted if withdrawals will be  denied for an account related to a self excluded account.
Remaining funds should be returned especially if the casino sent the player marketing material during the self exclusion period.

Sending a player marketing material and enticing one to gamble is total against the law and duty of care.

I have no problem in providing evidence of the self exclusion request and marketing material which sas received from bitcasino.io while I was excluded.

Karl, please be sure of your facts as this is not a claim of self exclusion but a fact!

I had informed you about my exclusion not to have my funds stolen but as per your terms I should inform you and remaining funds must be returned.

I kindly ask you to relook into my claim and return my remaining funds please.

Hi All,

Can you kindly advise on any forums or dispute resolution sites that I could contact to assist me with a prompt resolution.
I will not stand for this. We work hard for our money and for someone to steal from us in this manner is very sad.
I have contacted LCB but they just said that they are a forum and not a regulating authority and cannot assist me if the casino refuses to pay.
I would like this casino to be blacklisted somehow as CURACAO licensing has hardly assisted players with problems experienced with some of their members.

Any advice would be appreciated

Hi All,

I trust you are well.
I have had the most unfortunate and unpleasant experience with bitcasino.io.
I registered a new account, made quite a few deposits and upon requesting a cashout, my account was just disabled and no evidence provided but they claimed I had another account but I do not.
I use VPN sometimes for Netflix etc but I had sent through my ID and selfie for verification purposes but they just took my deposits,confiscated my winnings and that was it!
Can someone plz advise me if there is anything I can do as I am really tired of losing money to fraudulent casinos.
