Innosilicon helped me fix my issue they were very responsive and helpful and it was even dureing there holiday weekend. I have a funny feeling that INNOSILICON is gone for good at least in the USA. With the ban they probably dont want the risk of selling machines directly especially to the US.
You can acess there website useing a VPN from china it looks almost the same as the US site but there is no mention of them producing and Mineing related items. That whole section is gone
if so, i hope they send me my last refurbished t3 that bought. it seems that they getting out ... but maybe they are just reorginizing this cake its too big even for manufacturers, they can always recive bank transfers for fiat. maybe the are going now to take visa and mc and the are just placing the new store for us, we need to wait till they get back from holidays, |

Innosilicon simply remove these miner from farming and shipped to us. So they lied by saying it is refurbished machine. They didn't event took time to check it. Will never buy from Innosilicon again. Anyway, to fix the problem, you need to make a firmware update but the firmware is specific to the machine which means you will have to send an email to Innosilicon support with : - your order ID - Serial number - MAC address - DNA of the machine. To find the DNA, they ask me to download Security Tool software (they gave me this link : https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=18p3lwB9UrBDgTJjI3CCfWJVM-ggRxstu&export=download maybe you can find the software on their website) After sending all these, I received the firmware update, upload it and I was able to change the Pool settings ! HOURA ! same to me, but i dont have the soc firmware for the last update, innosilcon.com its down, so i give it a try placing my pools and user miner shows no update in the pools, or ip, even cards, just thinking but in the slushpool shows it working the 50th/. I left it working while i was fixings some S9 and then it was on the pool...it has over 36hrs in the pool. if you have get to the step of unlocking it and don have the firmware place your pool and user and just leave it 20-30 min and i will show in the pool, innosilcon server must be back after next monday 18 oct |

Hola a todos !
Aquí empieza toda una aventura!!, inicio mi primer granja de cryptomineria luego de un largo periodo de volverme autodidacta en la materia.
estos últimos 2 años había estando dandole forma a como emprender en el mundo de las criptodivisas, mi formación académica en materia de informática y redes, me ha permitido indagar en el mundillo del blockchain y monedas digitales lo cual han despertado un legitimo interes en la materia.
hoy por fin de una espera larga me han llegado mis primeros 2 mineros antminer T9 , el ideal de este proyecto es poder llegar a tener unos 50 mineros ( esperamos mejor en la adquisición de equipo ASIC de mejor rendimiento en terahash y consumo eléctrico )
pero, es rentable la minería de criptomonedas ?
tal vez es factor mas importante a considerar es el precio de la electricidad, y como segunda variable a considerar seria la capacidad de poder conseguir equipo de mineria ASIC de mejor capacidad de TH/s y de un consumo energético optimo o bajo.
la locación donde se pretende llevar la operación minera me permite tener un precio bajo del Kw/h, ademas se pretende colocar de forma paulatina a como vaya creciendo la granja paneles solares que ayuden a disminuir los costos de electricidad, ya que si esta variable es alta el costo de minar seria brutal y por ende no seria negocio.
sobre la compra de equipo ASIC, fue toda una aventura conseguir equipo directamente del fabricante (china) , ya que como todos los que nos adentramos en este mundillo, sabra que hay grandes jugadores que compran lotes enteros de estos equipos haciendo que se acaben en cuestión de horas, ademas de que hay que esperar cierta cantidad de meses hasta que se genera otro nuevo lote, lo difícil fue buscar un proveedor en china con el cual fuera confiable trabajar hasta que puede encontrar unos que me vendió estos 2 primeros equipos con lo cual doy inicio a este proyecto.
otro factor a considerar seria el suministro de internet para los mineros, actualmente hice un enlace inalámbrico para poder mandar el internet a mi centro de minería.
no quiero aburrir ni alargar mas este post, solo espero poder compartir mis experiencia con otros mineros para enriquecer a esta gran comunidad del Bitcoin.

the web interface says that the pools are empty, not conecting, tunning.......but slushpool its throwing the 50th/s

Hi guys everything for the repair of the fixed firmware or nonupdating pool is in email steps on daily basis but if you have all the info in the same night, next day you have your firmware as i Did. so here are the steps to fix the updating pools problem, they call it Fix firmware, not hacked. - So first you need the serial number o picture that its on a side, starts with an N o R and your Purchase Order Number. they wont asist you if you dont have this - the macadress, is in the overview secction in the miner menu. you have the Macaddress and controller versionif you can not access the miner, from the router you can get it the Macadress or a simple Nmap scan. if login to the miner not possible or you dont find it try just to have this miner alone in the network. it hides or doesnt connect. this one uses the 192.168.1.54, i might difer on your network or your miner, just leaving some extra tips you need to get the DNA File, this is the email instruccions from innosilicon and link for the tool to get the file Thanks for your email providing the details. I checked your order and the serial# RA47xxxxxxxx with our sales team. To fixed pool settings, you can follow below steps and get DNA of the miner: 1. Download the Security Tool from the following googledrive link and open it, set IP range, and click scan. https://drive.google.com/open?id=18p3lwB9UrBDgTJjI3CCfWJVM-ggRxstu 2. When the bar reaches 100%, choose all the DNAs with M status 1, and click export and save. 3. Send the DNA file (i.e. IpList file) to me. 4. I'll forward the DNA to our engineers and get back to you with a firmware and you upgrade it. That's all. Looking forward to hearing from you. send the info and the file and just wait for the unlock firmware to be sent from miner_support@innosilicon.com.cn....they are answering email and sending files but for last you need to upgrade the miner so innosilicon.com its down...im looking for the t3+ soc firmware to finish this. or wait till they come back from national holiday..21 days, just next monday so it is a not solved issue, sure after upgrading it will be fix. - |

they are at holidays this week, but last week they ask me to stop the miner, packit and ship it back, i will wait for the firmware, they need the serial and the macadress.
we have to wait till sunday/monday next week

Final update Received firmware from innosilicon. Working correctly  Can you Share the firmware im in the same situation, i bought 5 and all came in good condition, some with trasportation marks, but working ok, the thing its that i have one in the poolin pool fixed firmware. im with socs firmware too no matter what always come back to the user in the same account of ldt3p. at stratum+tls://btc-bj3.ss.poolin.com:5222 |
