You highlighted another point in my mind, how the new exchanges will grow up and be famous as long as no body will trust it and invest in it?

I don't speak about specific exchange, but i saw many good projects which listed in new exchanges, and what attracted me was the price of the toke, some token's price less than 0.1$ and i was jut thinking that it may increase in the future.

can anyone invest in new IEO listing in new exchange or it will be risk, i think if the price is low, it have the chance to increase, o what is the experts opinion?
