After Me This happened to my friend
The bets placed on set 2 to be won by a player was settled ( lost ) instant
But the bet on same set that was won was not settled until 5 hours even
This is a true shit
They only settle bets that favour them
They make won bets in pending for hours
Their average time of withdraw is now 12+ hours
They are not Regulated
I closed my account & advised my friend to do same
I advise everyone to leave this site as well
Not to mention their odes are shit too and markets are not more think than a pin needle

I want to make a serious report about this company as i had blocked my accounts and they still allowed me to gamble twice and made me loose my money they don't ever block a device
I had this issue and other companies blocked my device on my request but they kept sending me marketing emails until I lost my 2 months salary which they are surely not giving back
They even enticed me by sending marketing mails as they behaved like they are a completely non registered and non regulated outlet who are just there to make money out of us people in any way
Situations I faced multiple times each time I won they blocked my withdrawal for 20+ hours
When you win they block your bets for hours and try to make you to deposit waiting and waiting that makes you loose
They also don't reply when they don't want to solve the problems
I had live chat twice yet they allowed me to gamble with $44 and $55 twice and made me loose my 1 month full salary into their
Situation with other companies
The sportbet.io team was helpful and when I had my accounts blocked they truely said that they won't allow any activity and they did blocked my account and returned money so they are definitely good guys
But here is an compa*y that has made me to loss $100 and does not care about its shabby business

Never go for misccard they are scammers and they block customers IP. You can just deposit to them , cannot withdraw they don't offer payouts or guarantee of payments beware of such thief IP blocked in seconds after I asked them about withdraw and said will post on here so take care and never visit this site , I am thankful to Allah I did not user this site

Just hoping that this thing won't happen next time , I take it this time , though if its checked very good , cause support ignores and keep on replying that it was settled 118 don't understand the stake was 12% more , and they might haven't even checked the account I'm sure , I was credited less than deserved so raised this issue , hopefully this matter is looked Intl , if its technologies glitch I'm fine if you just settle it correctly or least hire humans who can understand the request carefully atleast considering my request will be honoured as a genuine player for some long time thanks you , hope it solves out better

Hi I want to ask my bet I'd 604cdb0cea6f2517592a3de4 on a tennis match ( set 1 was won and then voided ) and I got 131 trx from it , when I staked 131 the player retired and match in my favour to return was 145 okay but even stake returned was 118 , how can you cut 25% in from a. Win bet that's serious , I am OK with the second bet voided but first one when staked again was 131 so return should be 100% full , that's not acceptable and like a scam you should give 100% stake back on voided bets rather than charging 15% where on the earth this happens , kindly check my bet with your team , this is a issue needs clarity

The next one asked for bet I'd before even giving the I'd , he closed the chat.
What a customer support observed
Money does not matters much but the way the support is dealing to simple requests is pretty joke & underhand practice , why not say directly 2 days or 3 days , instead saying you should give bet I'd and closing chats mid way or making customers realise that they have no reason to place big bets

Usually Cloudbet is very fast with the settlement of bets. Maybe the event is not completely finished or you choose a difficult market, where it is not easy to get the result? Like betting on ball percentage in football for example. That can be tough if the result is 51-49% No it was a simple tennis win bet and has on unsettled for 8+ hours. They do not replying now |
