I recommend ezzocard. Slightly on the pricier side but they're 100% legit and don't require verification.

Never go for misccard they are scammers and they block customers IP.  You can just deposit to them , cannot withdraw they don't offer payouts or guarantee of payments beware of such thief IP blocked in seconds after I asked them about withdraw and said will post on here so take care and never visit this site , I am thankful to Allah I did not user this site
