Are you claiming that neither the first user "BitcoinEXpress" or the second user "bitc-2af6" was you?

Newest updated GPU miner is reporting 13.90 MH/S ... This cannot be right, but it is reporting significantly lower than the previous version...

Can you tell me if my GPU is mining although it reports the wrong hash rate?

**The email was from poloniex@gmail.com just be careful of scams everyone. Spread the good word on Doomcoin lets try to get more involved, have a good day all!

Poloniex Moderator here, This is indeed a scam email -- But for clarification, The Email was not sent from 'Poloniex@gmail.com', right?

It was sent from 'Poloneix@gmail.com' in every other instance...

Notice the misspelling.

Glad you were informed enough to know better than to send the scammer any bitcoin. Tristan Would never do this.

I'm getting 180 MH/S with the Minergate GPU miner with my Nvidia 780TI ... Obviously this is not accurate, but is it actually mining effectively?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XDN] duckNote [ANN]. CryptoNote based. Anonymous and CPU only. on: June 23, 2014, 12:21:43 PM
Watching this coin extremely closely.

80% total supply mined within the first year.

Block halving every month.

This seems like a sweet spot, I'm expecting a steady price rise as people anticipate the block halvings.

Also, ducknote's took the number one spot earlier on our Poloniex Voting page.

Great Job Guys !

Any update on GPU mining?

Have you been collaborating with claymore?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore MRO/QCN/FCN/BCN GPU Miner v3.1 on: June 20, 2014, 04:24:46 PM
Great new miner

Please add minergate support soon Sad

I'd love that.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [POOL][BTC][LTC][BCN][MRO][QCN][FCN][duck] Minergate on: June 20, 2014, 12:56:12 AM
Hello Everybody!

Today we have significantly improved hashrate for computers with old processors. Download new version of miner (https://minergate.com/downloads) and enjoy more efficient mining!

Best wishes,
Minergate team

Great thanks i definately saw some improvements.

How about an update on the progress of getting GPU mining from claymore miner working with minerpool? I would be sending a lot more hash for sure.

Keep up the good work.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore MRO/QCN/FCN/BCN GPU Miner v2.2 on: June 20, 2014, 12:20:18 AM
Thanks for sharing this.

Any chance you could fit minergate support into the next update? Not sure how it works on the technical side, but i would imagine it wouldn't be too hard. But then again, i have no idea. I know you mentioned it but im pretty eager for it.

So yeah, minergate support would be great Smiley

Thanks again.

Minergate now supports GPU mining!

To use cpuminer to mine with MinerGate.com:
1.Build and run our version of wolf9466's cpuminer-multi to benefit the fastest mining.
2. Compile cpuminer from sources:
https://github.com/ekimmo/cpuminer-multi.git
Or use one of pre-compiled binaries:
Ubuntu 12.04 x64, Ubuntu 13.10 x64

When GPU mining, what are the proper credentials for the pool? Username is equal to our email? So "scott@gmail.com" and password is just "!", right ?
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [POOL][BTC][LTC][BCN][MRO][QCN][FCN][duck] Minergate on: June 06, 2014, 08:46:39 PM
they are not universal to most cryptonote coins what are you talking about.  I run a pool for every cryptonote coin and do not have a problem like this at all, nor do any of the other pools.

Albeit true, there is no need for the stealth advert of your pool which you have been doing in this thread for some time. Please drive on and stop taking advantage of the issues at hand. You did not build your pool from the ground up as minergate did. Your pool has no innovation provided by you. All the issues are to be expected. Lets see you dare to be bold and create something better with little to no issues.

Couldn't agree with you more.

33zer0w0lf, What pool do you operate that comes with its own stand alone GUI Client? I'm a moderator on Poloniex and have seen first hand the issues that we are first experiencing with cryptonote coins. Operating a Pool does not constitute a clear understanding of the technology running underneath it. Most Pools are open source. MinerGate's software is built from the ground up to automate the entire process for the end user.

Edit: Update 2.02 just got pushed to my clients. Could we please get a changelog? Im just curious.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [POOL][BTC][LTC][BCN][MRO][QCN][FCN][duck] Minergate on: June 06, 2014, 05:55:58 PM
You guys are all relentless.

Minergate has been providing a quality service.

The issues you guys are all complaining about are universal to most CryptoNote coins. Many of these issues are out of Minergate's control, and it leaves them desperate for creative fixes to problems they have not created.

Anyway, It's unfortunate that so many of you seems to be having problems. I've been able to withdraw all my coins except Monero, but that's okay, I know they will get this figured out eventually.

Why don't we all try working with the Minergate developers to solve these issues? You are merely sitting at a computer, the developers of minergate are quite literally blind to your issues. You are their Eyes and their ears. They know almost nothing other than what you tell them.

That being said, they are clearly working on it.

Thanks for the quality service. These flaws are to be expected when dealing with coins based off relatively new source code...

Looking forward to the option to mine with my GPU's on minergate's pool. PPS is oddly rewarding.

Thanks.

Im having trouble getting the GPU miner working with the pool addresses, is this unsupported at this time?

Would really love to stick my GPU on this pps pool.

Please let me know.

I'm sorry im confused -- are the coins generated from the  7 day POW portion, already included in the 50,000,000 total coins?

How much of the 50,000,000 is coming from the previous summercoin swap ?
How much of the 50,000,000 is coming from the 7 day POW portion?

Thanks - sorry if this was answered already

The dev's responses have not even been in the least bit competent.

What a joke. I'm glad Cryptoaltex crippled your account - you don't desserve the 1.6 btc you tried scamming.

By far the worst coin launch i've ever seen.

The dev can't even deliver a clear thought out response, and we expect him to implement a system of pre-paid crypto cards..

*sigh*

Did anyone run a virus scan on the wallet??

Something fishy about the fact that this Developer has very ambitious plans but can't even contribute to the chaos within his own coin's Announcement thread...

He has plans to launch a crypto-credit card but can't calm our nerves in this thread?

I' m just a bit confused. I'm mining this, but not downloading the wallet just yet.

Actually, he has plans to launch a Crypto Prepaid Visa Card... He NEVER said Credit

[Edit] And someone did post a virus scan somewhere, it got 0/51 I believe.

Yes your right, my apologies... But regardless, still a bit ambitious, no ?

I was hoping for a more hands-on developer. But regardless, im looking forward to this, and mining on minep.it

Honestly, i think we all under-estimate this coin..

This is quite possibly the funniest thread I've ever seen.

Dev has quite literally tried to get away with a $57.8 billion PREMINE

Where are the irrational claims to go with this ludicrous premine? Surely dev must be doing something with the money?

You could buy ever member of BTC talk forums a Ferrari with that sort of money.

I'm sorry, i never post things like this, but this is just ridiculous.

If dev is trying to be funny, he succeded.
