They closed all my Tickets, and replied that I violated the rules of trading on MT 5 accounts) I also ask you to note that they canceled not only profit but also the initial deposit!
I have seen something similar to that, it looks like an auto-set responses for accounts that are wiped ‘violating trading rules on MT5 accounts’. Well I suggest that you report instantly to Ombudsman to settle the dispute or report directly to Funds Recovery. Yes, I experienced a very similar situation with BitForex and I can confirm that BitForex is a scam exchange. Stay away. I heard the owner of this Pecunix scam was involved in a cryptocurrency conversion (bitcoin) of his stolen money in some way. I heard some clients got theri money recovered and he has been apprehended already.
