Hi, my BuffBet username is ythai91

BuffBet decided to offer me a birthday bonus and then not only void winnings from the bonus, but also winnings generated from my real money too.

They did this based on me depositing and entering the bonus code (which worked) 3 days after I received the email.

The email didn’t say that I must make a deposit on the actual day of my birthday and also it clearly stated “on your next deposit”. I understood this as, the next time you deposit you will get the bonus.
Also note that the email had no links to the terms and conditions of the bonus.

The email which they sent then asked me a lot of documents for verification, which I sent them immediately. This was after they voided my winnings.

So here are the numbers:

I deposited 100EUR and received a 100EUR bonus.

With my cash I placed a 100 EUR bet on Senegal – Algeria, Under 1.5 @2.39 ->Bet won

With the bonus cash I also placed a 100 EUR bet on Senegal – Algeria, Under 1.5 @2.39 ->Bet won

Current Cash Balance = 239 EUR, Current Bonus Balance = 239 EUR

With my cash I placed a 239 EUR bet on Brazil –Paraguay, Under 2, 2.5 @2.51 ->Bet won

With the bonus cash I also placed a 239 EUR bet on Brazil –Paraguay, Under 2, 2.5 @2.51 ->Bet won

Current Cash Balance = 600 EUR, Current Bonus Balance = 600 EUR

Not only did they take the bonus balance but they also took 600EUR of the Cash Balance leaving me with just the deposit of 100 EUR.

First thing, regardless of what happened with the bonus, the cash balance should not have been touched by them, that is 100% my money, right?

Second thing, they emailed me a bonus offer and then made up a rule to void the bets once the bets won.

Third thing, they say that “I activated the bonus code 3 days after my birthday which makes the code obsolete”, but I had no way of knowing this rule and also their system let the code through, so clearly at the time that I entered it, it was valid.

Fourth thing, knowing all of this, would it be unreasonable for them to not just honour the bets that they took and also the bonus that they offered?
They could do this either as a gesture of goodwill or just simply because I won the bets fair and square.

Finally, if my bets would have lost, I bet that my deposit wouldn’t have been given back to me and my bets would have not been void. Has anyone here deposited using this code after their bday and lost their bets?

I know that I should be paid out the remaining 1500 Euros which were confiscated and definitely at a minimum be paid 500 Euro cash balance, which had nothing to do with the bonus.

I also logged into my account and see that the initial 100 EUR is also missing, I have checked my accounts and the transaction history on the website and there is no trace of the money coming out of Buff Bet, but it has disappeared from my balance.

Can you help me solve this problem?

From what you have said in this thread, you should be a legit betting site, so could you show us that you are by returning my winnings, thanks.

Thanks.

Hello ythai91,
Thank you for contacting us via the forum.

We're really sorry to hear such an issue occurred to you.
Please contact our live chat support team for assistance with your issue.

Kind regards, BUFF.bet team

I contacted customer support already, but they provided me with a nonsensical reason for not only steal the bonus fund's winnings or my real money fund's winnings, but also my deposit too.

I see that you are trying to promote the buff.bet brand on here, do you not think that it would be better to show that you will refund this stolen money rather than brushing me off and using the space to show which events that you are offering today.

Let me know if you are willing to help me regain the stolen funds, or if you are a company that is trying to scam their clients.

Thanks.

Hi again,

Why are you ignoring this message, it clearly shows that your firm has illegally stolen 1600 Euros from me.

Ignoring messages like this and then still trying to promote your brand on a platform like this clearly shows potential players what you will do with their money.

Unless you are trying to just hide this message within the thread and get past this page as quickly as you can.

You should be taking this message very seriously, because what has happened here, is pure theft, just because you have done it from behind a computer screen it doesn't make it legal.

Let me know how you will handle this situation.

Any updates on you returning this stolen money?

I doubt we can call buff bet scam just because there was one thing that went wrong, they have been around for years now and surely there will be times when the customer and the place will not agree on something and it is always acceptable to have an argument on who is right and who is wrong, and even the casino could turn out to be wrong on this matter, however we can't really say that it is a scam in general just because of one mistake they did.

There should be a lot more transparency and the talks should be here, buff bet should make it clear to everyone why they haven't given this person their money back, I can understand maybe the winnings which should be given as well but at least the money they deposited at least, that is a big problem that should be fixed.

I agree, lets have more transparency.

"I doubt we can call buff bet scam just because there was one thing that went wrong" - I agree again.

Things can go wrong, I understand.
But after the thing went wrong and it was pointed out to them and they still stuck by the decision to steal.
And then it was pointed out to them again on this forum and they decided to act in the way they have, then its extremely difficult to make a case for them not being scamming pieces of s**t at this stage.

It would make more sense for them to return the funds so to me, so that I will stop posting on here and driving away customers for them to steal from.

Unless they are 1) Stupid or 2) Don't think they can make more than the small amount they stole from me from here.

Why are you still posting on here?

Clearly if anyone clicks this thread they are going to see that you ignored all questions about who regulates and licences and that you are stealing players funds.

Seriously, what is the point in keep on posting on here because anyone that clicks your message is just going to see in this thread that you knowingly are stealing customer funds and then ignoring them.

Still ignoring this message?
You are clearly in the business of stealing customer funds.
Why bother even posting again on here after showing that you are stealing my funds.

Seems that Buff.bet refuses to reply on a problem from a customer.

@ ythai91

Has this issue been solved?

Hi,

No, this hasn't been resolved....This is typical behaviour of scam shops.

They have ignored my emails in the same way that they have ignored me on here.

They have clearly abused their position and should not be trusted.

I see that you have responded to a 'positive' question which was posted after mine.

So this is the second time that you have ignored this important question.

Your refusal to answer can show two things.

1) You are a scam site.
2) You don't know the answer to this simple question.

Either way I wouldn't (and wouldn't recommend anyone to) risk allowing you to hold players funds.

If you are a scam site, then of course you would abuse your position of holding customer funds.
If you don't have the answer to this simple question, then it shows the incompetence of your firm.
Also, judging from how you are ignoring and brushing off mine and other peoples questions and concerns only indicated how you will act when you don't want to pay a player out.

"Same sheme you're doing to bring down new sportsbook, again our sportsbook has different management to 1xbit. We just have the same provider"

So why aren't you responding to this?

Seems important, no?

Still no updates on this?
I'm guessing you want me to privately email you this questions, so your retarded monkeys can choose to ignore it....scumbags.

if you will analyze the posts, these are all from the same person/group posting negative feedback/anti sportsbook accounts which also gives negative comments to other projects.

Again if kawbet don’t have the concrete reason to ban any player it won’t do so.

On the same bitshares address, this software is provided by betb2b which also handles other related sites.  But it doesn’t mean that these sites have the same operators.

Seriously!? How stupid do you think the readers of this thread are?....proves your stupidity more doesn't it?

"if you will analyze the posts" what 'analysis have you done then?

"these are all from the same person/group posting negative feedback/anti sportsbook accounts which also gives negative comments to other projects.".....Get real man, no one is going to believe that shite.

"Again if kawbet don’t have the concrete reason to ban any player it won’t do so." So why are you ignoring questions on here and brushing off people with problems?

The more shite you talk the more people are going to think/know you are a scam, if you have nothing to hide then answer all questions honestly.

If you ignore questions or brush people off then people are going to just think you aren't honest and are a scam; but also remember if you lie, its pretty easy to find out when we ask you questions.

If you have got something to hide then f*** off.

Either way people are going to know.

Any updates on this?
Clearly funds have been stolen.
You know stealing is a crime, right?

I just checked out the website, I looked for a bit of information but only found this:

"KawBet is a cryptocurrency-based fully licensed casino & sports betting company that provides lightning-fast deposits and withdrawals secured by blockchain anonymously and effortlessly."

You say that you are a "fully licences casino and sports betting company" but it doesn't say who you are licensed by.

Who are you licensed and regulated by?

If a player has a dispute or complaint with you firm which isn't able to be resolved to their satisfaction, who are the regulators or licencors that they can take the matter up with next?

You still haven't answered my question......I'm guessing that you purposely ignored it though

I have seen 1xBet plastered all over other forums with scams that they have run and they don't give a f**k.

They steal money with no real reason given and ignore customers once funds have been stolen.

I asked one of their representatives on here to help and he just brushed me off and said to contact live support.

Their customer service team gave me a ridiculous answer for why they thought it was okay to steal the funds and then also any bets placed after using the bonus code, even if they were real money bets not related to the bonus.

I have asked again for them to help solve the problem, lets see what happens, I'm pretty sure if they steal my full balance then its clear that they are a scam shop.
