You marked the wrong match.

I placed bet on the second match, not the first. Look carefully at the order of the teams and also at the start time of the match.

I bet on the Blaze - Chemical Explosion match (in the betslip the teams are listed in the reverse order, because Nitrogensports always writes the guests first and then the hosts).

On April 18, at 12:46 PM EDT, I bet on the Blaze - Chemical Explosion match (in the betslip the teams are listed in the reverse order, because Nitrogensports always writes the guests first and then the hosts).

As you can see, Blaze won the match (at 01:00 PM EDT) and, accordingly, my bet should be graded as a winning one! But no. Nitrogensports believes that I bet on the Chemical Explosion - Blaze (although it’s clear in the betslip indicate Blaze - Chemical Explosion).

Moreover, in the chat I saw that the another user made a similar bet and got a win (https://nitrogensports.eu/betslip/665364eeFNZYUFxUklKbGhDanF3eVFKTGFDdz09/r/5147784/)! But they graded my betslip (https://nitrogensports.eu/betslip/d7593f2Tnh4QWJUMTJYUjZyMGIxNVRkMG05Zz09/r/5142794/) as a losing one... Double standards!

This is a clear sign of dishonest behavior and fraud on the part of the Nitrogensports.

UPD. The problem is resolved. I got my winnings.
