On April 18, at 12:46 PM EDT, I bet on the Blaze - Chemical Explosion match (in the betslip the teams are listed in the reverse order, because Nitrogensports always writes the guests first and then the hosts).

As you can see, Blaze won the match (at 01:00 PM EDT) and, accordingly, my bet should be graded as a winning one! But no. Nitrogensports believes that I bet on the Chemical Explosion - Blaze (although it’s clear in the betslip indicate Blaze - Chemical Explosion).

Moreover, in the chat I saw that the another user made a similar bet and got a win (https://nitrogensports.eu/betslip/665364eeFNZYUFxUklKbGhDanF3eVFKTGFDdz09/r/5147784/)! But they graded my betslip (https://nitrogensports.eu/betslip/d7593f2Tnh4QWJUMTJYUjZyMGIxNVRkMG05Zz09/r/5142794/) as a losing one... Double standards!

This is a clear sign of dishonest behavior and fraud on the part of the Nitrogensports.

UPD. The problem is resolved. I got my winnings.

As far as I can tell your bet should be settled as Won, there weren't using the native 1 X 2 options to grade which is the only case this could have been a misunderstanding.

It shouldn't matter which team is placed at home or away so far the name of teams are clearly available on each betting odds/options and your bet slip clearly stated Blaze ML not 1/2 ML or Home/Away ML so you deserved to be paid.

Have you tried contacting their support ?

I think I get the real issue, they claimed that the event had already started before you placed your bet, but I couldn't figure out everything clearly to verify their claim, they whole timezone differences is messing everything up, but reffering to the time on the shown to me on the bet slips you shared and in correlation to their calim are as follows:

The Event Started: 5 PM
Your bet was placed at: 5:46 PM
The Other person's bet was placed at : 5 PM

Upon checking the bestlip https://nitrogensports.eu/betslip/665364eeFNZYUFxUklKbGhDanF3eVFKTGFDdz09/r/5147784/ again, the bet outcome has been settled (reversed) as canceled as well.

If indeed the event had started before your bet was placed, even without you knowing, then they have the right to cancel the bets.

But scam accusations about Nitrogen Sport seems to be getting out of hands because the last time I checked this is the second time this month this kind of scenario will happen and this remind me what Baryom said (I want to show them and the others that you can gamble safely with cryptos and that this industry is not just full of sharks and scammers.) when he was helping BK fix their user fund.Despite the house edge of almost all gambling site is 1% why cant gamblers play safely?

OP's bet was canceled, and it should have been. The bet was indeed placed after the game has started.Please note, I'm not arguing that this was OP's fault, and I'm not saying that he was aware that the event has started already either. However, any other bookies would cancel a bet if it was discovered that the bet was placed after the an event had already started, this anomaly does happen when there is a sudden change in the time of an event from the organizers of such events so the bookies can't be blamed for this either.

You marked the wrong match.

I placed bet on the second match, not the first. Look carefully at the order of the teams and also at the start time of the match.

I'm glad you got your winnings, perhaps it's time to patronize bookies with clearcut out rules, as intentionally putting away teams first for reason is a no brainer for me and caused the confusion.
