This person was introduced by a friend @WolfBain who I have been working with for many months now.
At the time, we needed someone to do B2B outreach on our behalf.
After a brief discussion about his experience etc, it was clear this person is unqualified for this position,
and sadly, he asked for a 4800-6000$ salary for a position he is not remotely qualified to be in. (Should have seen the greed)

Considering the fact he was introduced by a friend and living off unemployment and the struggles of getting employment due to the pandemic,
I decided to get him in the position anyway as we are a small and a new company. It has always been my instinct to give people a chance.
Everybody has to start somewhere. Offred him a 1000$ salary for a start.

Fast forward, he joined the team and after a couple of weeks, nothing is being done as far as his responsibilities are concerned.
Always hanging around in our private telegram group to chat with other people about completely irrelevant things.
Ie, picking up fights with people from other casinos (Calling every casino a scam) and other unproductive things.
On multiple occasions, I personally made him aware, he is not achieving or providing any value to the company.
Obviously, he wasn't hired to just hang around and get paid.

After a few more weeks, I made clear to him, I have no reason to continue to pay him on a monthly basis (4th of this month)
where he has been completely unproductive. I will go a step further and say counterproductive.
Often asked him to tell me one thing he did that help or add value to the company in any way or form. Still to this day, there is not one thing.




In light of all these, we made the decision to part ways with him yesterday.
Immediately after this action was taken against him, He started creating a series of Scam accusations and posting private conversations.
He claimed we didn't pay him and that is factually not true. He was paid 1000$ for a job he didn't do.


The second part of this accusation: The claim was, we hired stuff and are not paying them.
Again, not true. I received a message from him weeks ago, indicating someone who works for some other
Casino got fired from their job because they were hanging out in our telegram group.
(The people he always hangs out with, without doing what he was hired for).

On hearing this news, as a sympathetic person, I offered to hire this individual without knowing him or whatsoever just so,
he can get an income and support his family. Soon after, this individual was directly and personally paid by me.
Even without doing any work or being employed by us. The idea was to make him a moderator when we add a chat system on our website.


Knowing he has no claim, he maliciously used this individual as a front to add credibility to his accusations.
I reached out to the said individual and here is his confirmation he was paid and not yet working for us. (at least yet)





In my opinion, this is an individual who feels entitled and thinks, he can just hang around and make a living doing that.
When things didn't go his way, he snapped and wanted to throw some mud.

We are a business and not a charity. You have been hired to provide a service and add value to the business.
If you are not doing your work, don't be surprised when you get fired.


It's very unfortunate and unprofessional the way and manner this unfolded.
This is a new company and still working on getting a proper structure and team in place.
From time to time, there will be people who will always want to take advantage of such situations.

A contract can be set out in many ways, at a minimum someone "working" should confirm a start date, compensation, duration or renewal of required duties. Beyond that any dispute is for that individual to bring up with their employer. In the same way that I would contact them or my irl employer if something is wrong on my end. I've worked with all sorts, and just like anyone else I can and have left places of work due to management/supervision. This is something you or anyone working for them can/could do. The same goes for feeling mistreated. I wrote my response and posted without approval, I simply requested information to provide a response. All my posts unless otherwise stated are me, and not some script I am handed.

Again these are all in-house employment issues, unfortunate to discuss in front of clients, but necessary to clear this up.

You will find I'm not paid to defend or support the site. My compensation is for supporting the customers new and returning, while handling on forum issues. My "politics" are not up for sale. I have been blunt and honest with Betnomi since I first contacted them about their responses on forum, and in issues I have had playing/using the software as well as what I thought was best in this case. I have a solid reputation for sticking to my moral code, and acting in a fashion that is consistent honest and reliable, that will not change.

Continuing this discussion in this thread is off-topic. It doesn't relate to playing or using the site, at best it's an issue with the owner of Betnomi.com, and not the site itself. All future comments will be "Reported to moderator" as off-topic. The discussion can carry on, in another thread or accusation if one stands as has been noted previously.

Ive been working with betnomi for some months if not a year at this point  i am the human resource  manager. I  am responsible  for recruitment  and hired Matt(omenrain) directly  through  knowing him among multiple casinos as i was a consistent  player.Now work directly  under sorsis directly . To be clear betnomi as a crypto casino thats growing and under consistent  upgardes from the time ive joined up to now and i have seen various improvements, we have had staff memebers that weve paid in past and some that were let go due to inactivity  or non production  level work .

Things were very much moving in the right direction until latley this agrument of scam accusations  etc came up.Now apon my knowledge Matt (omenrain) as a position of general manager  asked for 4800-6000$ monthly payment at some point in the negotiations   which sorsis declined and offered him a 1000$ payment monthly. He was paid for the first month  of work after reviewing  of work etc now the second month in question various task were distributed  to all including  myself,some were not meet due to delays and or somthings not being in place as yet this is debatable  to an extent  towards how affected this would be towards overall task given. Ie spoken with both matt and sorsis personally on the matter of not being paid full for the second month matt feels apperantly cheated. Sorsis has told me He wasn't doing his job and
he told him "i can't continue to pay him if he doesnt do his work." starting last month. He apperantly hanged around and still didn't do his job according to sosris offical reply ive been trying my utmost best to manage the communication and work between both partys and check in on progress daily. Now as far as i can say and know He was paid for last month now apon this debate of this month sorsis feels  he did nothing and still demanding payments for work he did not do and additionally  given him 200 usd in eth a few hours ago. Iam still actively  following this situation as a 3rd party mediator.

Oh God, what a mess this is. So basically, they hired you to do some work for them and you settled for a price of $1000 a month. But now they claim that you did not do your job and you claim that they owe you a payment?

It is difficult to conclude who is right here. Can you tell us anything about the work you were hired for and what you have done for them so far?

But In the chat I am not seeing where they promised or where there was a contractual agreement to pay you a specific amount ($1200). So how can we verify that the ETH already paid to you was either full or partial payment?

So first off I have been in talks with Betnomi for a while about a few things first was an Avatar rental which we hashed out a couple days ago - Paid in full. The second was about me becoming a forum representative for Btetnomi. This is still in the works but after having spoken with them today, we decided to move it along a little and cover the full scope of my role in the coming weeks. For now you can expect me to speak on behalf of Betnomi, in regards to most things, and what I don't know or needs clarification I will seek answers to what I don't know.

I am not taking over control of their account, that account is not changing hands and will stay with the owner so they can still post and answer as they see fit or as required.

I do have some training upcoming to bring me up to speed on the casino games, sportsbook, as well as overall company structure. Really anything else i feel I need to know to provide good open and honest customer support.

When I first saw this I was concerned and reached out to Betnomi for clarification. In regards to your friend, they were given essentially a "signing bonus" - which was paid - and were hired on for work that has not yet started. I understand they have been in contact with Betnomi and confirmed a receipt of that "Bonus", also that they understood paid work in the chats had not yet begun. I do believe that they are still waiting for work in their area to begin/become necessary, and will still retain their role when it is required. Either way that is for your friend to clarify with Betnomi the start date for paid work.

In regards to yourself. I was concerned considering you were a company representative, as announced about a month or so ago in this thread. I understand you are no longer an Employee with Betnomi, and that took place prior to you posting here about lack of payments. I'm not going to disclose anything personal or in-depth, but it is not an amicable split, Betnomi is reviewing what is owed and paying your final compensation.

You didn't explain what happened in your case, not shown your bets, not explained why they need to pay you, and from screenshot you posted, it seems that you proposed him to pay and then you will update and change your post.
He also said that they will pay at the right time.

Perhaps Betnomi can reply here on what is going on exactly.
This is not exactly an attitude you would expect from a professional gambling company. I'm really surprised they did this, but you do need more proof. you can also start an accusation topic if you really feel disadvantaged by Sorsis and / or Betnomi. And then hopefully you will still get the money you are entitled to.

Where is wixiplay rep account? He used to be active here even when there were many people arguing about their provably fair system. Now, when there is someone complaining about 5.5Dash, the rep account seems to be gone without any messages and ignoring the complain. It is warning for everyone, dont spend your money at wixiplay unless you are ready for the worst case. There were some bad signs before including the fake PF system, (probably) fake users statistic and probably fake huge wagering contests in the past. By the way, where are the bitcointalk members who used to defend and support wixiplay?

issue of fairness in the system is serious compare to the stats and waggering contests

people already loose alot of money and he manage to battle that out  so i dont think that he will got scared for the 5 dash coin a user was complaining   , he is only busy i guess but when he comes back his reply will be defending thier site and the dash isnt likely to be recovered .

 i also check his profile feedback on why its red and the complains are on the fairness   .
