Why didn't you attach any proof or PM/Chat Logs or deposit and withdrawal history so that we can make sure of the truth of your words, for me,
funny idea with the chat logs. I could send you an empty picture. I send several emails/chat, but I received no answer. I am aware that I will not get my money back. Thanks for the reminder but honestly members here will not gonna use this casino or even aware on its existence if you didn’t brought it up here. Probably this warning are for those user that doesn’t have forum account and use the google to search for the casino review.
I’m just curious on how come all your account already have a limit on the amount that you can bet? Are you involved on arbitrage betting or surebets on most of your bets in these casino because the casino that you mention are the most trusted here so you will suffer same fate on other casino due to the nature of your bets.
Try your luck on using web3 casino such as betfury and owl.games because most of the centralized crypto casino is using same bookmaker for their odds and your chance of being detected as an alt account of user that is limited on other casino is very high. This might be the reason why you are limited on most of the top tier sportsbook.
surebets/Arbitrage bets is a problem for bookies. I know it, but I never did it. This is what betcoin accused me of. Or actually MegaPari send it as their reason for my limit. But as I showed it in MegaPari Thread. I didn't placed any arbitrage bets. I am betting on ice-hockey. For example German DEL and DEL2. In addition at lower leagues like AlpsHockey League and English EIHL. There I found most value and won my money. After some good bets you will get the limit. At one bookie it takes a little bit longer, at another one it goes faster, but Limit will come for sure. |

Feeling sad about your loss. Seems they are not promoting theirs in this forum. So we have nothing to do for you, to be honest. You are here in this forum since 2020. I think you should know there are a lot of crypto casinos are promoting them for a long time and they are trusted. You should try one of them. But you played a casino which is really unknown about around 99% of people here.
So try always the trusted one and actively promoted here so that in case of any issue you can get some support from the bitcointalk users if the case is legit.
But you know the problem of a successful punter. I couldn't use Sportsbet.io, Stake, Nitrobetting, fortune jack and so on... I got a limit at all of these accounts. Therefore I've to search for some alternatives. And one of them was Ivi casino, the other one was betcoin.ag. (they closed my account without paying my winnings)  |

Probably you have read the post about betcoin.ag and this is an excuse to write this here. I placed three bets at megaPari. Sorry, I wrote that I placed on bet, but I didn't checked 24th Jan. This is the third request to our ANN thread when mostly newbie users share the same issue. All of them were freshly registered in MegaPari and got odds limits after withdrawal requests or verification process. Now I find that fact a bit suspicious due to extreme similarity of all cases.
I've checked the posts written by following users:

GekkeBelg
Tardif
Frenchmika has got odds limits amost in every bookie that he entered: 1xbit, coinplay, betnomi etc. Since security depts keep track of players' activity, I believe that was the exact reason why our managers have followed recommendations of their colleagues.
GekkeBelg, according to his posts, has entered numerous betting platform before he created an account by MegaPari and experienced bet limitations as well.
Tardif has got odds limits in MegaPari supported by the T&C statement regarding the arbitrage betting. Same explanation he has got in other betting companies.
Unfortunately, I'm not fully aware (and nobody is) about the exact reasons of the decisions being made by the security depts. After revising this cases, I believe that their attitude to fair betting/gambling is quite strict, although all projects operate separately. (Except those who do not claim otherwise).
I just do not want our brand to have an image of a bookie that sets limitations randomly - so I try to be very attentive and provide informative feedback to any query.

Sorry about your loss. It should be normal practice for everyone to first carry out research and read different reviews before using a casino that does not seem even popular.

What is fair about a casino when they retaining the money?
Of course, it's a good business model if you would do that with half of the customers.
I have done nothing wrong there. My bets were placed as at many other bookies.
But betcoin says I am playing arbitrage bets.
Again, this is just a trick to not pay out the money.
Does anyone have any other ideas what I could do? open a Case on SBR, or comment on their Facebook/Twitter posts that they are not paying out?
I don't feel like I'm being treated fairly here in any way. I could have played all the bets elsewhere where I would have gotten the money.

Although, I have to say that the burden of showing proof does fall to Betcoin.AG. OP shared their betting history --not a screenshot, though-- and one certain telltale of arbit betting was an unrounded number placed as a bet --$12.34, €72.19 as opposed to $12 or €75, for instance-- and although OP can intentionally rounded their number to hide the suspicion, it'll be nice if betcoin could give something more than what can basically summed to, "we're right, you're wrong. Our decision is final. Bye."
Normally I placed round bets. But sometimes I used max Button, because it was easier. Limit was low and I placed the maximum amount allowed. Therefore I´ve some unrounded inserts. Most bookmaker don't close the whole account. Normally you still have access, but betting/casino is limited. Then I could have also provided screenshots. But Betcoin already knows why they close the entire account. |

It's the casino who are accusing op of arbring. So, it's them who have to prove this. As always, the burden of proof lies on the accuser!!
We all know that casinos will never disclose any information from their investigation, for obvious reasons!
The good thing here is that op got his money back. If he is not satisfied with this casino's services, then he should simply look for a better alternative.
I haven´t received the whole money. Only my deposit. But the profits where retained.
Do you have any proof to claim that you didn't try arbing with the bookmaker?
Yeah, I understand no one may take screenshot of their bets so they can use it as proof in case if there is something wrong but without proof you can't blame them and have to accept what the casino says.
But I think if possible the casino should prove that user violated their terms so it will help the users to keep the trust via complete transparency and proving what the user claim is wrong.
How should I give you a proof ? Arbitrage Betting means, that I will place my bet on opposite at another bookmaker... And no, I´ve no Screenshots from betcoin. They closed my account and I couldn't log in. But I´ve the emails from betcoin which I send at my first post... |

Betcoin.ag is a reputable casino, so I trust their words. There's so many accusers who create fake accusation because they're mad when they're doing a trick in order to win and make money. As your case is arbitrage trading and they not allow you to do that, it's your fault then. However they're already want to return your initial deposit which mean they're not confiscate your funds at all.
It is my first and only account with Betcoin. You mean if a bookmaker keeps the winnings and only returns the deposit then it is OK. Would be a great business model, probably it is. Betcoin has absolutely no proof that I placed arbitrage bets. Because there can be no proof. They claim it and the customer has to accept it! you can't talk about a reputable casino. If the would close the account, even this is hard without any proofs, but retain the winning money? This is not correct. |

The player was confirmed to be in violation of our terms of service, with regard to arbitrage betting. His deposit was returned. He will no longer be permitted to access the site. Players who do not openly and obviously flaunt our terms of service are getting paid much larger amounts, many times each day. Thank you and best of luck to all!

Hey guys, I thought Betcoin was a reputable Bookie. Of course, you can always find a few negative reviews, but actually most were positive I started to play and made my first deposits. In total I have deposited three times. 0.02470257 BTC 0.01552169 BTC 0.02483684 BTC I won a little bit with sports betting and send my first payout request. I received 750 Euro in BTC. Everything is fine. Later I got a personal limit, but I still could place bets at mainstream ice-hockey leagues. From one day to the next I couldn´t log in anymore. I asked in chat and the told me to contact them via email. Regards, Security I finished security check and all infos were send. I have not played any arbitrage bets there. I have placed normal bets. Why is it so difficult just to play fair and not try to suck out apis by incorrect odds?
Whaaaaaat  ? Do you know what Arbitrage Betting is ? They voided bet on Wolfsburg - Nürnberg (X2 2.36 Pinnacle had 2.52 at these moment) They void Memmingen - Regensburg - ok why not. These bet is very special but no chance to make arbitrage betting. And last but not least, they voided the 4 match parlay. (2games from Extraliga 1 game DEL2 and one game at Table Tennis) these three games were canceled for only one reason, to set the account balance almost to zero. Don't tell me these were arbitrage Betting. This is bullshit. |
