I just saw that the Bitlucy site is available again.  This is exciting. Everything is better than before, design, games, home screen and even some new games  I think the Bitlucy user interface is better than ever! The burden of proof lies on the accuser and as far as I can see mr_ROBOTT (the accuser in this case) didn't provide any evidence to support his claims besides a screenshot of what is supposed to be articles he wrote months ago!
mr_ROBOTT, if wwzsocki's intention was to scam you then why did he send you $400? Scammers do not do that, they will just block you and take all the money.
Also, according to the screenshots, your last conversation with wwzsocki was on the 7th of May (>10 days ago) so why did you start this scam accusation only now, only after he found out you have an account on bitcointalk and red tagged it?

I don't know mr_ROBOTT nor what happened here, so I can't say who is right.
But I can say I worked with wwzsocki in some big projects, some with figures of more than 6 grands (check my "Trust" a year ago), and he sent me the money as he promised. To be realistic, I wouldn't believe he needs to scam 150usd knowing he is working with such serious projects.
