Which African footballer do you think is most likely to win the next award for the best African player of the year?
Whether it is Ademola Lookman or Victor Boniface, my joy is that a Nigerian footballer will be wining the award. Nigerians are proud of Lookman and you can see their excitement on X. We have a new weapon in our arsenal we can use to banter Ghana and other African teams.
It will be good if you can dm OP to make a voting poll, I don’t know if that can be done at this point.

Pep Guardiola is farming the premier league successfully. All the top teams in the EPL have lost their confidence and do not see themselves competing at a equal level with Manchester City. Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool (adding Liverpool to the list because I know they are going to be in big trouble next season if they cannot find a manager as good as Klopp) are struggling to keep their heads above water.

Don’t encourage conversations with scammers because that’s how it starts. When your cousin sends his wallet address, the scammers will check the wallet transactions on the blockchain and get an idea of how much they can skim off him. Then they will probably send a document of his wallet blockchain records making themselves look like technical professionals. They will then ask for a fee to recover the lost bitcoins because they have proved to you that they know where they are, your cousin might fall for the scam if he’s not aware that anyone can do that using bitcoin block explorers.

BestChange was not always the highest paying campaign on the forum but it was recognized as the campion with the most reputable and quality posters. Getting accepted into the BestChange was a big deal and I remember how the manager took his time to vet the applications. For me, it was like the BTT awards before the BTT awards. It’s sad to see one of the oldest running campaigns come to an end. I wish you the best in your new journey, wherever you go, just know that you have a solid reputation on Bitcointalk.

This is nothing new, Drake is always losing his bets. 6 god can’t see the future I feel sorry for the millions of Drake followers who probably made the same bet because their idol did so. No wonder everyone hates the Grahams. I suggest whenever Drake posts his bet slip on his socials, his followers just go against whatever bet he made. That way you are sure to win.

You may feel betrayed but this is the best approach to learning, do it yourself. Fail, make mistakes and learn from them. You stagnated your own learning process because you were waiting for a friend to mentor you when in fact you needed was right here on the forum. The most important question you should ask yourself is why are you here. Is it to learn about bitcoin? If it is, you should not wait until your friend’s approval before doing what you want. It’s been two years since you registered this account, have you bought bitcoin since then or are you also waiting for your friend?

I have been in this forum for a relatively long time and during this time I have never used the members button. I always use ninjastic.space to search for forum accounts. It’s well detailed and has all the information you can possibly need.

Even if a scammer (assuming the account has not been tagged) is the first to reply to the thread, it would be of no consequence because surely the OP should be smart enough to get a response from multiple users before deciding on what to do.
You're assuming everyone is smart enough to know steps to take to prevent themselves from getting scammed. That's not the reality, I have seen people fall for less obvious scams, some even take advice they get in their dms where no one else can chime in. My initial advice holds true, don't trust, verify. That is true, people are more gullible than they like to think. We cannot control what goes on in the dms, this is always the case whenever a newbie asks a question on an open platform. Scammers see this as an open invitation, this is why it is important for beginners to cultivate a habit of skepticism and being suspicious of dms they receive from strangers on the internet.

But I want to add actually if this person has been in the forum, he can take advantage of this discussion forum to provide validation of that website. Although it takes a little time, but I feel confident this forum will give an honest answer.
Do not trust anyone. This is a forum crawling with scammers just like the rest of the Internet. There are a lot of willing, honest members but there's no guarantee that they'll be the first to comment to an inquiry and enough time could have passed for someone to log into the wrong website and they steal their log in details and breach their accounts. Always validate information yourself as much as you can. Even if a scammer (assuming the account has not been tagged) is the first to reply to the thread, it would be of no consequence because surely the OP should be smart enough to get a response from multiple users before deciding on what to do. As long as the thread remains open, other members would give their own opinions and openly tackle the scammer. Even though scam is not moderated, the community members have zero tolerance for scam and would never let it happen.

In a couple of minutes, Arsenal will be facing Manchester United. I’m rooting for Manchester United to win not because I’m a United supporter but because I don’t want to see Arsenal win the premier league. My friends who are Arsenal supporters are already bragging about their success this season, I don’t want them to have more bragging power. Manchester United are not in the best of forms still I’m hoping they can deny Arsenal the points in this game.
No. I think Arsenal will win that game. I was also watching the live broadcast and currently both teams are playing evenly. Arsenal has motivation to maintain their chances of winning the Primeire League title. Arsenal was lucky today, Manchester United was the better side in the match but disappointingly they lost. If United had a managed to score the first goal, the result would have been different. It’s not easy to fight to the end, I have to give Arsenal that but Manchester City are going to win the league.

My question is that how can someone dictate a fake website? because is getting too much, is there anyway the comonas need to know things like this if there is any.
Back when I was still active on telegram, I saw a lot of scam groups and fake websites. I made it a point to expose these scam websites. These are some points you should pay attention to be able to spot a scam site; • Look for grammar errors - scammers usually make typos in their website information. • Unrealistic returns of investment - if it’s too good to be true, it’s a scam. • Website about information - scammers cannot help but be ingenuous. Their about profile is usually copied from another website. Also check their team, if you can google the pictures of their supposed team you will find these people are not in the crypto business irl. • How long the site claim to be in existence vs how long the sites has been in existence according to scamadviser.com • Search the url on https://www.bitcoinabuse.com

To me i think there are some part of the world that still don't know anything about Bitcoin, because there are people in USA, UK, Australia, Canada, China, etc. even in Nigeria there are people that don't know anything about Bitcoin, they always think that Bitcoin is a scam,
It’s possible that there are parts of the world that Bitcoin is still an alien concept, however bitcoin can be said to be a household name in the countries you mentioned. Though these countries may not be bitcoin friendly and some have strict regulations regarding bitcoin transactions, the fact is that the public are very much aware of bitcoin. Is the information they have regarding bitcoin 100% accurate? I cannot say for sure. but people that know about it are making thousand of Dollars,($) I think they don't know that we are in a digital world now
This is a wrong perception of bitcoin. Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme, just because you know about bitcoin doesn’t necessarily mean you are going to get rich. First you have to understand that bitcoin is not free. You need money to purchase bitcoins so the people you think that are supposedly making thousands of dollars from bitcoin investment either bought bitcoin early or invested a reasonable amount of money to be able to see significant gains.

Have you tried reading the pinned threads in Beginners & Help? You have asked a similar question before, it seems you didn’t bother to read the suggestions on the thread. Quoting mk4 from that thread: OP you have created 5 topics (excluding the two plagiarism that was deleted by mods) since you joined the forum and have never gone back to any of the topics to respond to the comments there.

1. Hunger for crypto knowledge: it takes only determination and the Hunger to be knowledgeable to get a user so active on this crypto space, because every minute you don't come online to see what's happening on the forum it will look like you are missing something, and u will be restless untill you come online.
Hunger for crypto knowledge as you so put it is not supposed to be an afterthought or something you decide to do after creating a bitcointalk account. If learning about cryptocurrencies wasn’t your motivation for joining the forum to begin with, then you will have difficulty finding reasons to stay. The forum has a variety of topics and broad discussions, post wherever you have an interest in. You may discover you’re mostly interested in topics in a particular board than you’re in others.

So, what does a miner do when solving a hash? Let’s imagine a previous block:
Previous block:
– Hash of the previous block: abc123
– Timestamp: 1637284650
– Nonce: 0
– Transactions: 1. Tx1: 10 BTC from A to B 2. Tx2: 5 BTC from C to D 3. Tx3: 3 BTC from E to F …
The miner creates the current block, concatenates all the data (pay attention to the nonce, which I’ve marked in bold):
Concatenated block data: abc123163728465010Tx1Tx2Tx3…
Then, the SHA-256 hash function is applied to the entire block:
Hash = SHA-256(abc123163728465010Tx1Tx2Tx3…)
The result is a unique 256-bit hash, which can be seen as a hexadecimal string of numbers and letters. For example, suppose the resulting hash starts with some zeros (just to get a realistic example, I will explain it afterwards):
Your guide may work for your parents but it cannot be used generally for people in that age range. There’s some points to consider like how tech savvy are your parents; are they computer literate? If they are not, then they cannot possibly understand the concept of nodes, hash rates or other technical details of Bitcoin. People from developing countries where a formal education does not go so far back the family tree have to teach bitcoins to elders like they are teaching a toddler. How do you talk to the people in these images about technical discussions about Bitcoin?
