Am not sure I want to comment on Arsenal's performance in this first half as they are not actually doing that bad except that they started receiving the pressure towards the end of the first half which is something I do believe Mikel Artheta will do something about as they return to the second half.

Just a quick critique on Manchester united
players in the first half:

1. What better excuse can  Rasmus Højlund give for missing his foot in that chance in front of the goal post in the 5th minutes of the game. Which could have been a 1:1.

2. Casemiro showed an act of unfamiliarity with positioning on the pitch, I mean just look at that goal by Trossad could have been an offside if Casemiro  wasn't in the wrong positioning.

3. Finally, I did watch at the way Arsenal players do gather in front of their yard box so quickly when the ball is with a Manchester united player giving their opponent no space at all, but I am not seeing this kind of attitude on the pitch with the Manchester united players, which is why the ball keep crossing their 18 yard box.

Can't say it's over for the home team yet but if they continue making these mistakes Arsenal will not fail to score in more goals in their bet therefore winning them home and away this season.

I have a bad feeling regarding Arsenal winning Man Utd today because the match is not going through way people expected it to go. Arsenal seems to have been overpowered by Man Utd against people's prediction that Arsenal will easily win the match. Man Utd have hand more attempts on goal and more possession, even though it is too early to say. Arsenal have to improve in their play else this match will spoil their chances of winning the league should Man City gets a loss or draw which is not likely to happen but is possible.

Arsenal look better on the ball and off the ball but not that they are in total control, the game is still much open and if Arsenal is not careful Manchester United can surprise them because Garnacho seems to seem more balls on the flank and we know how dangerous he can be sometimes. I just feel today is not his day else he would have caused damage and created something out of nothing. The match is still very open and Manchester United can still find their way in the game, i hope they can end the match with a draw to give Manchester City more advantage to win the title.

Totthenham managed to add 3 points to their score by defeating Burnley at home.We can say that Burnley is now relegated.It will not be a problem for them to continue in a lower league from the new season.I think they have already started their preparations and will be back next year. Totthenham have 2 games left.Although they are in the race for 4th place with Aston Villa, the point difference is now 4 and it seems very difficult to close it in the last 2 games.Aston Villa will have to lose their 2 games and Totthenham will have to win their 2 games.

Finally, we saw a good performance from Tottenham after the many points they lost recently. Tottenham was even close to being at the top of the Premier  League as they had a perfect start with their new coach and this made us surprised about this team.
Tottenham won the game against Burnley with a 2-1 and they finally got the three points from this match. Now after beating Burnley, Tottenham can still have the hope to be in the next Champions League. The good point for them is Aston Villa lost the game against Brighton recently.

Arsenal must win against Manchester United if they want to have a chance of winning the title. If they play draw and City win, then City are Champions and it doesnt matter what happens on the last matchday because they have 4 points ahead. So the next game is tomorrow, arsenal must risk everything. The odds for Manchester United to win is x7.5, which is very high. If United want to play international next season, they need 2 more wins and with luck they will finish 6th in the league. I think a lot of fans in England will want to watch Manchester United vs Arsenal tomorrow, it is the only game on the day, a highlight.

West Ham managed to win the game with 3 goals in the second half after being down in the first half.This was Luton Town's last chance to stay in the league but they couldn't make good use of it.They couldn't keep the score in the game despite leading the first half with one shot on target.In the second half, there was a completely different West Ham and they managed to win with 3 goals.

Surprisingly Luton town actually started the scoring in this match in the sixth minute. They also really went to the halftime break by having the advantage of one goal. But in the second half, West Ham actually performed really well and was able to make a great comeback and win the match. And they absolutely dominated the second half of the match.

Now we all know that West Ham is going to finish on the mid-table. But on the other hand, Luton Town Is probably going to finish in the relegation zone and also going to get relegated. The difference in points between Luton town and Nottingham Forest is three. And I do not think Luton Town is going to be able to overcome that.

Chelsea had a bad season and it seems that they will not be able to participate in organizations such as the Champions League or UEFA next year. They lost a lot of points at the beginning of the year, I think they haven't been very good for a few years.

I think almost everyone expected this kind of result. Especially because Chelsea has been performing really well in recent weeks. Probably we could expect better defending from Chelsea. But I guess it was right because they were able to get the three points that are necessary. But at this point, they are not going to be able to achieve anything by winning other than some self-respect and confidence. Because they are not going to take part in any European competition.

If we talk about Nottingham Forest, they are barely staying away from the relegation zone. But the next match is against Burnley for Nottingham Forest and I think they should be able to win that match. Well, at least I believe they are not going to lose. And I do not think that Luton Town is going to win against Fulham anyway. So I think Nottingham Forest do not need to worry about too many things if they at least get one point from the next match

Finishing in 6th position may not help Chelsea get a ticket to participate in the UEL or UCL next season, but finishing in 6th position gives all Chelsea players the confidence to believe that in the next season Chelsea will be able to start competing from the start of the season without repeating mistakes that have already occurred.
I may not be a Chelsea fan but this is one of the clubs that has always competed for the top 3 positions and is unlikely to have any difficulties in the next few years.
Mauricio Pochettino has found a way to revive the performance of Chelsea players and the improvement at the end of this season is a sign that Chelsea actually still has the mentality to compete for the title in the coming season.

I'm sure that if Chelsea can be as consistent as their recent performance, it certainly won't be difficult to get 6th place, but it all depends on Newcastle whether this club will also let Chelsea take their position.

And yes, they had to lose this match, Arsenal's single goal in the first half brought them 3 very valuable points from Manchester United's home ground, Old Trafford. This victory made them move back to the top of the standings at least before Manchester City finished their postponed match against Tottenham. There is only one match left for Arsenal, it will all be very decisive for them and it also depends on the result of the Manchester City match.

However, in terms of appearance, Manchester United played a game that was not bad, unlike in the previous match where they had to suffer a crushing defeat to Crystal Palace. However, this performance was not enough to bring them victory or get at least 1 point from their home match. They had to experience defeat again for the umpteenth time and that had to bury their desire to be able to compete in Europe next season.

Tottenham needs to play UCL football next season, so they really need to come out against City. As for West ham, they might need to do Declan and arsenal a favour for the £100M paid  . Let's just fold our hands across as anything can happen in the game of football.

Maybe now at a press conference Ten Hag will say that United played well and are developing in the right direction (once again, he repeats it like a mantra) but the score is on the scoreboard, and United are “fixed” in 8th place.

Yeah finally Arsenal  taken over the top of the standings again after winning this match it means that Arsenal managed to get through a difficult match and in the next match  Arsenal will face a weaker team like Everton, this should be an easy match especially when they are playing at home. On the other hand, Everton is not aiming for anything because they are safe from the relegation zone so if Everton beat it it's not a problem.

On May 15, it will be Manchester City's turn to play a tough match against Tottenham, we know this match is very important this means that Manchester City has no other choice, they must win if they want to take over the top of the standings. Manchester City looks better than Tottenham but the situation will be different when Manchester City play away  and Tottenham are still eyeing Champions League tickets so we will watch a fierce match here. Overall I can't predict this match but I hope both teams play a draw so competition at the top of the standings becomes even fiercer.

 Finally! The Gunners have managed to win the Red devils at their home ground after failing to this since 2020. And coincidentally, on that day, thanks to an Aubameyang penalty late into the finishing hour mark, Arsenal secured a 1 goal win and it's safe to say history repeated itself today with a lone goals from Leandro Trossard.
Believe me, no one is more excited than Arsenal and their fans at this moment as they've not only broken that record of finding it difficult to win Man UTD at home, they have also gotten back to the top and prolonged the race for the title to the final day.
 Even though they weren't able to get more goals to extend their goal difference over Man City, at least they secured three points and this will put more pressure on City when they play Tottenham Hotspur Tuesday night.
Can Postecoglou be trusted with the job of giving the Gunners hope for the title seeing as they are quite unstable? I guess we'd find out on Tuesday.
 This win over Man UTD makes Arsenal a team that has gone unbeaten at home and away over the traditional big six in the Premier league and what will be more befitting if they add the title win to the mix, I doubt nothing.

When compared to their performance when playing against Crystal Palace, Man United seems to be playing better at the moment but it was still not enough to keep them from conceding to Arsenal. The number of central defenders who are currently injured is truly a nightmare for Man United because Casemiro, who was assigned to fill that position, once again made a fairly fatal mistake, and there is also one Man United player who in my opinion is not worthy to play, that is McTominay. He wasted quite a lot of opportunities, and he wasn't even good at making a pass.

I agree that there were a lot of wasted opportunities in this match from most of Manchester United's efforts in building attacks. Manchester United were still able to dominate possession of the ball and also build a lot of attacks, but it didn't produce results because of poor finishing and also the lack of accuracy in the passes they sent.

However, Manchester United's defeat is something Arsenal wants to achieve in this match. Arsenal is forcing Manchester City to appear consistent by winning in the next 2 matches if they want to win the title, but if Manchester City loses or draws then the story may still be different. The Manchester City vs Tottenham match is very decisive, but Arsenal continues to push the title decision until the final match.

It clearly depends what indicator those conclusions are based on. As you perfectly said, Manchester United had a little bit more ball possession, a few more shots, but obviously they managed to have 2 shots on target in 90+ minutes. If the shots on target count is that low, it is the best proof you can have that Arsenal was essentially in control. They scored their early goal and then understood what to do and yet created more dangerous chances. It is not a miracle that Manchester had more ball possession, but they lack the quality to break through Arsenal's defense. Job done, that was what Arsenal was after.

In a couple of minutes, Arsenal will be facing Manchester United. I’m rooting for Manchester United to win not because I’m a United supporter but because I don’t want to see Arsenal win the premier league. My friends who are Arsenal supporters are already bragging about their success this season, I don’t want them to have more bragging power. Manchester United are not in the best of forms still I’m hoping they can deny Arsenal the points  in this game.

No. I think Arsenal will win that game. I was also watching the live broadcast and currently both teams are playing evenly. Arsenal has motivation to maintain their chances of winning the Primeire League title.

Arsenal was lucky today, Manchester United was the better side in the match but disappointingly they lost. If United had a managed to score the first goal, the result would have been different. It’s not easy to fight to the end, I have to give Arsenal that but Manchester City are going to win the league.

Arteta strategy was just make sure you score the first goal and then keep pushing harder if there will be more opportunities to score more and that was it, they had the first goal and because it was home match, they expected Manchester United to come hard for them but it seems this Erik Ten boys are tired of the league already, they don't feel motivated any longer. I saw Anthony face the other time like the guy was coming to finish the match for Manchester United in the 70 minutes but nothing good came out, flopped players.

The dream of Arsenal now lies between the outcome of Manchester City and Tottenham, Kai Havertz and the rest want to support Tottenham and I hope the dream comes through otherwise, all the struggle Arsenal has did in the last 6 matches will be for nothing, they had the chance to beat Aston Villa but they lost and that's where the lose the bet in this run but finger cross to that outcome.

I am disappointed with the performance of Tottenham as they were the strong candidate for the top four, but last four defeats bring them down and their moral is also badly down which need to be fixed before next season as they are having ability to fight at the top level but as they chock this was embarrassing but still good thing now they are having good chance of staying into Europa League.

Their win against Burnley with the score of 2 -1 is also not ideal as I was expecting some good number of goals against relegated side, but they were not aggressive as they needed to be for this game on papers they are still having chance of going into top four, but next few games are going to be crucial for this which needs to be had positive results for them, but it's challenging.
