I just attempted to integrate Crypto Billings into one of my sites and the PHP plugin seems incomplete, am I missing something?

Hey guys, just curious when the coin swap will begin.
I submitted yesterday and was told today it would happen, but it is now just shy of 9PM PST, which might as well be the latest timezone out there, with no coins in my wallet.
Is it simply because it's done manually? Bittrex still has the wallets as under "Wallet Maintenance" as well so my newly purchased coins are frozen.
I'm in no rush but I just feel as though information about the swap is extremely limited and that I need some answers.
I would highly recommend explaining the process (as well as how to get your private key, etc., for newbs) if you want to eliminate headaches.

That's the point no-ice-please, all that is needed is a simple wallet update which at this point in time I could provide but have no desire to. What's the point? If the man in charge isn't willing to take smallest amount of effort or investment to continue his project then why bother? While a year ago I had little to no experience with writing for cryptos and so I couldn't offer it, it still doesn't matter; I know others have been willing.
Stable bases of a variety of flavours of coins could have easily been forked and slapped with the THC logo to at least continue POS for the last two years but oh no, that's too much work.
As someone with over a decade of programming experience, and my own project which has currently eaten up over two years of my time, this amount of time for a fix is complete bullshit. A multitude of fixes should have been supplied by now but nothing. Fork from a stable base, reissue coins and move on. It's been done a successfully hundreds of times. I work full-time in the film industry which is at minimum a 70 hour work week, on top of being extremely physically and mentally demanding, and yet I find the time to continue my solo projects and am a lazy piece of a shit.
This is the shit that completely pushed myself, and I'm sure many others, away from most altcoins. I still think the principle idea behind altcoins has merit but that thought is quickly closing.

Does the wallet not need to be updated just for heartbleed bug or similar things?
2 years seems like a long time to not update a wallet.
If anyone is willing to update the wallet without damaging the credibility of the THC we are open to looking at it. We would test it for a short period before release. Tim More like THC would need someone with any credibility to take over, period. Tim: I've reached out to you before, and I'm sure others have before, offering help with absolutely no reply. If you want the coin to keep going you either need to: A) Be present, active and somewhat timely. B) Handover the project to the community or someone else. You had a large number of people offering free work and services about a year ago and you squandered it. We were handing you essentially finished works and yet it was pretty much wasted. I use to think this project had potential because there was a talented community backing it and investing but here we are, seeing the same pattern repeat and repeat and repeat... Pop in before a BT removal, tempt a fix, and then nothing. Not even a sense of a fix. Honestly, if you even gave two shits you could have paid $30 for someone to fork a stable POS/POW base, which a dozen of sites offer as an automated service, and fixed the problem a year ago. Not hating, just my two cents on this coin. Holding 15k for nostalgia. |
