TRI circulation past 120k and I'm still staking. Is it working the way it should? Also the block explorer coin supply is different than the coin supply I get from the debug console. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Regardless . . . TRI till I die ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) It is. Max coincap is only relevant to PoW, not to PoS as per source code. It's a little misleading, I agree, but that is not a decision i made (since I only took over after original dev left). On the other hand, PoS only works with staking rewards, so it's fine imo. Is there an active team behind this coin?
I don't know how many are on the team however we have been seeing wurstgelee in here being active and fixing minor issues that have come up over the past couple of months. So I would say yes there is an active team working behind the scenes, this coin runs automatically and has been for years now. Still working silently behind the scenes unless urgent threats arise.

Hi If the your token is officially registered with the US government, then this is very good news for the whole project. This is a good sign for the development and attraction of investments. I believe that the token will be very popular and in demand.
Where did you get this coin is officially registered with the US government? What does the even mean Registered. With US government. No. Just no. Lol.

Is anyone mining this? If there is a reliable pool I would think about supporting this Neo-shitcoin.
It does look like another X13 TOR coin. What about making masternodes this time?
You are more than 4 years too late for PoW. Masternodes are pointless.

FYI: The seednode has now also been moved to a different, more realiable and powerful VPS.
Last thing to do is the faucet since it's still inoperable as of now. I will address this as soon as I find the time, will probably require some adjustments in the code since it was developed for an older php version.

Good question, I'd like to know too. It's symmetrical or very similar. I compared my stakes to that account (I have a decent amount of TRI but broken up over different addresses) and I get a similar rate. There are more variables to consider though since if you don't run the wallet for a while you will have higher weight for a period, network weight fluctuates, etc, but in my experience there doesn't seem to be an advantage for having a large amount in one address based on the way this coin stakes. It doesn't matter - bigger Inputs (>100 Coins) get split into smaller chunks while staking. Smaller inputs are added up. Target size for these chunks is 100 TRI.

Needs fixing. I am aware. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Hi guys!
Is there any plans to list it on any other exchanges than cryptopia? I like this project a lot but i have a feeling that it is slowly dying and there is no sense to buy any...
Not going to die. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Coins from largest wallet were transferred to new address. New owner made mistake and no longer has access to these coins. So, 1/6 of total TRI are gone forever.
Bullshit, top wallet is staking. Why are you trying to pretend you don't have access to the coins you likely/possibly stole from robox? And staking again...

The wallet itself is safe (for all I know, there is no absolute security). He got trojan'ed or something, lost his private keys one way or another.. I can't vouch for https://www.triangles.network because it's a community-built site and I don't control the domain or the files hosted there. I do assume those files are fine tho. If you want to be 100% sure, download your version of the TRI wallet from https://triangles.technology/. Yes, I know the SSL-cert is expired, I'll try to find the time and fix it sometimes this weekend (the expired cert poses no security risk of any kind).

sorry
it's working now!
Why was it broken?
Enforced package updates (by VPS provider) and subsequent reboot. It wasn't broken, it simply wasn't running.

PLEASE HELP!! I HAVE 0 CONNECTIONS I HAVE TRIED DELETING AND RE INSTALLING 20 TIMES AND STILL 0 CONNECTIONS
MY FIREWALL IS OFF SO NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT
I DELETED THE PEERS.DAT AS I READ BEFORE THAT COULD HELP BUT MADE NO DIFFERENCE
I HAVE BEEN STAKING FOR 1 YEAR WITH NO ISSUES AND NOW AFTER REINSTALLING I GET 0 CONNECTIONS...
DISCORD IS DEAD... WHERE IS EVERYONE?? IS THIS PROJECT ALIVE?
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO GET CONNECTIONS?
I USE WINDOWS 10
You really need your caps key fixed....it's stuck. Restart the wallet, there was a small problem with the seednode. It's fixed now.

They have that new coin distribution tab. Im guessing that is for balances in bittrex accounts and not like a rich list of actual wallets?
I was under the impression that the coin was delisted from bittrex? This is the richlist, I'm not sure that the API can generate this though - I was trying to figure out how this was generated. https://explorer.triangles.technology/richlistAll data displayed in the block explorer is fetched via RPC from a coindaemon with full tx index. From there it's easy to build a richlist if u have the whole blockchain with all transactions in your database. https://github.com/iquidus/explorer

Actual wallets - which means exchange wallets are in that list, as a whole.

Is this project still alive?
I like the size and scope at the moment, and I'd be happy to help in some way. I am a frontend web developer, and I'm pretty adept at Javascript, PHP, C#/.net - I know there isn't a roadmap or whitepaper, this particular forum seems to be the biggest knowledge base at the moment. That doesn't bother me, and I'm sort of looking at this as a learning experience. I like the new block explorer and I'm happy to see that a simple API has been provided.
I have a few questions:
I was curious about the staking algorithm. Does the coin or wallet age affect the reward, or is the reward based purely on the % of total supply controlled by the wallet?
Are there any plans to be re-listed on bittrex?
What is this coin based on (was it forked from another concurrency)?
Thanks Guys,
- The reward depends on your current staking weight which depends on the amoint of mature coins and their coinage. - Not that I know of. - Like most (back then, now probably "manY") altcoins, TRI derives from PPC. I don't exactly remember what else is Frankenstein'ed into it, but its stated in the coin source copyright notices.

I noticed your SSL Cert was not active when entering your website. But it was active if you clicked the link through LinkedIn.
What? That doesn't make any sense. He most likely got trojan'ed somehow. This has nothing to do with TRI itself. I lost 90% of my Tri also.
How? Let me know when your ready to partner and take Tri to the next level!! You had all of that development money and you didn't invest it in making a new wallet which is sad. Let's work together to change the world 3dpcoin.com
"Development money"? He lost his private stack. And what's this "new wallet" nonsense about? Please swallow your pride I'm reaching out to you folks!! You guys are getting better and development looks good so far. But you could do more and if you don't have capital to make it happen then maybe it's time to let me help you rather then acting like children. This is the year of privacy coins and I know many whales! Your SSL Certificate expired 10-10-16. Fix that shit! My investors won't buy a coin with red flags!! I researched the data find the German guy who handed the reins over and fix it!! If you can't figure that out then maybe it's time to step down Lol. a) The cert on the old website https://info.triangles.technology is expired. Yes. This is a known fact and i am gonna redirect that url to the new page someone else created. This poses no security risk to anyone in any way. The certificate on the block explorer, https://explorer.triangles.technology, was recently renewed when i moved it to a different VPS for performance reasons and is valid. While I am at it, @ anyone: What was the URL of that new Triangles page again? b) I am this german guy. Fix what? Lol again.

Thanks. Does that mean if you stake 100 TRI you could potentially be getting 33% rewards each day?
each year! altho you receive more than that if you stake continously because of compound effects. to stake I need leave the wallet opened write? if the wallet is encrypted I need unlock correct? how long takes to receive a reward from stake? by day, week, month, year? how much will give for 10 coins??? thank you very much. I looking for the block explorer, links are wrong ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) highlight the red triangle icon in the lower right (if its not red, you are not staking) with your mouse. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) @ block explorer: yes, the old one is down, the new one will be available this week. it is currently syncing, u can watch progress @ https://94.130.109.52/ (you have to ignore the cert/add an security exception to visit it currently). I am staking now, but how can i do the calculation of how much I will get? eg. Your Total Weight 2 Total Network Weight 10572 it is possible to me get the calculation? I know my weight can change as the network weight too, but can I do a small calc based on this? thank you staking reward is calculated based on actual coinage of the inputs used. u can derive expected time until u get a staking reward but not the amount. please keep in mind that it can take a (much) shorter or longer time until u actually stake a reward; your actual average staking intervals will iterate towards expected time the longer u stake tho.
