BTC mention on Bloomberg TV show at about 7:50 am ET. One of the announcers give a quick mention, saying that Bitcoins are a virtual currency yada, and that she is into them. Also mentioned the "is it a bubble now" question. Seems to like them.

Clark, just want to say thanks for the chart service, communication, and ongoing efforts to the website. A glitch now and then is to be expected, if you are counting on mtgox (we've all been burned by them one way or another), so I am looking forward to the above mentioned improvements. I have donated in the past and will again.

For fans of the Risk-like game Domination: I emailed Yura and requested a btc donation option, and as a first step, he set up a BitPay link. Go to: https://bit-pay.com/m/355353/checkout.htmlplug in your btc amount, and hit Bitcoin checkout. It gives you an address to send to from your wallet. After you send the btc the Bitpay page will show "recieved". This is a GREAT game if you like Risk and world conquest. It's free, Open Source, and deserves support. I have been playing for years and am happy to donate. You can get the game here: http://domination.sourceforge.net/He will add a link to his website soon.

A big bump for this site. It is clean, simple, and every newby I show it to gets it instantly. I have used it for over a year with NO problems. Thanks for the excellent work.

Don't use running clients as a guide. I am sure I'm not the only one who uses BTC without the client because it brings my netbook to it's knees when I try to run it. Instawallet works fine.

Sorry to hear it. Thanks very much for your excellent work. Peace.

Very glad to hear that response will be quicker, thank you. I continue to be impressed with the utility and simplicity of instawallet. I use them all the time to give gifts of bitcoins to people that have never heard of bitcoins, and instawallet makes this amazingly easy. I even sent a donation the other day after realizing there WAS no business model, just a great tool. Thanks again.

For what it is worth, I appreciate this info in a clear and timely manner. Stuff happens, but not knowing makes things Much worse. Good job.

Good idea, but for now I use instawallet also. I loaded btc in IW's for xmas gifts and send the url to the lucky recipient ... boom done boom!

Good luck with your project. Real maple syrup is so much better then the fake stuff there is just no comparison! and you help the local econ too.

One thing I found with Instawallet is that the btc shows up fast, but you can't transfer them out for a bit. It says "transaction too recent" or something to that effect. It must take a few minutes for the confirmations to catch up.

Thanks for the interest, folks, but I am on the road and out of the Pure Maple Syrup biz for now. Traveling through the South of the USA for the winter, spreading the btc word! :-)

Good idea. I sent them an email query. Great way to spread the word, and the coins.
