The job description that entails both front-end and back-end qualifications is for the ideal candidate that will be a long term team member who has the potential to receive an equity stake.

The bulk of the project and its intricacies have already been fulfilled, we are expanding. Initial pay will be commensurate of experience and qualifications, that is why a fixed dollar sum is not in the job description it is open for discussion/negotiation.

After a video conference call from a prospect and we find that they fit the mold to join our team, then if that is their request for proof a payment we most certainly will comply.

I'm not sure what gave you the impression that my team does not have money to pay anyone. The initial task is estimated to take no more than 100-150 hours to complete. Anyone who is interested may submit their proposal for a contract type of work, reasonably speaking in the range of $50 USD/hr.
