You didn't address my point at all, nor answer my question  Satoshi didn't build the blockchain with buzz words.    You don't have any $ to pay anyone, so why should we give you 150 hours of our time?

This isn't about just paying someone to work on this project, compensation is not an issue; we are building a team.

You're not looking for a developer, looks like you're looking for a team of developers. Your job description is saying that you need someone to build a front end interface, but your requirements are consistent with backend work. 50$ per hour is way to low for a person skilled in everything you require. Also when you account the risk of taking the time and possibility of being rejected in the end, the pay should be much higher

You are correct @eckmar, we are looking for a team of developers and this individual will be the first of many. The job description that entails both front-end and back-end qualifications is for the ideal candidate that will be a long term team member who has the potential to receive an equity stake.

The bulk of the project and its intricacies have already been fulfilled, we are expanding. Initial pay will be commensurate of experience and qualifications, that is why a fixed dollar sum is not in the job description it is open for discussion/negotiation.
