You need someone who knows what they are doing tech wise like AM (tptbneedwar), who is extremely intelligent. But he is busy on ion. Hashtag can help you, but he does not code, as AM does.
You definitely cannot run a coin by Googling questions, that is for sure.
I am not as experienced as some others, but Im pretty knowledgeable, and know people that can help.

Said that a while ago. Marketing or the lack there of is a massive issue. i hope that mijin guys know their business their ninja event show that they try at least to get attention but what i dont get is why noone of this devs or companies that team up with them trust as much in their own futire to fill their own pockets with coins only explaination i have is that they all got their pockets filled already out from dev funds thats why i love coins without a big dev fund because their the dev team is also the biggest investors because they invest in themself and be able work to make their own investment a success a dev fund in own coin have always the weak side that to make cash out of it u need to place sellpressure on ur own coin they really should find ways make money out of it without sell pressure example sell XEM outside of exchange towards private investors I agree, I am sure that is why it will not go past 80 satoshi as that seems to be where the team members start to sell off at. Well the dev fund is provably intact, what/who are you talking about? |

Fud what? Wallet looks great. Also thread and graphics are good. At least is not one of the recent coins with virus,or secret source,or invisible roadmap etc etc. Grat potential. Regarding exchanges: C-cex or bittrex. Yobit will never add a coin like that. They only add scamcoin/inside ico jobs nowadays.  Yup, no virus, must be a winner  To be fair, some of the "dark_____" coins have been able to make you a profit, if you dumped at first opportunity to make 30%. But most of those were pow, and your investment being mining cost. When you look at this, keep in mind that everything is in progress. Red flag. But if all then is completed, you will have a chance at profit before everyone rushes to the next coin. Man, does it ever get old? |

99 designs and problem is solved. It's concerning that a logo is causing this much of an issue.
Goes to show there will be problems with marketing. Could be wrong, but seems to be that all signs are pointing in that direction.
That was the plan all along. Either a contest on 99d or hiring a firm for the entire branding. The only problem is people make a huge fuzz about it because they don't get that it's interim. What's concerning to me is where the community seems to be going right now but I could be wrong about that as well... I've seen lots and lots of new people posting:that should be a good sign? Hopefully the quality of postings improve as more association with NEM takes place. If the launch goes ok then similarly to NXT then more senior technical developers will come on board lifting things up?.....here's hoping!!!!! Im not a real tech person. But from what I can tell is we already have some damn good developers, it's the marketing, logo, etc. Stuff that should be up and running already at this stage. We have this great coin/system, and just imagine what a new person thinks when they get here. |

No it's normal range. If NEM was declining for real then there would be a lot of dissent. It's quite the contrary. It's extremely quiet at the moment. NEM has little discussion activity since alpha is out and this time of year many people are taking their three to eight week vacations.
What happened was hype drove up the NEM price to 35,000 NxT and now it's correcting to around 25,000. Volume did skyrocket but that's normal during a correction, as there's money made day trading between every down and up hiccup.
Not a day trader by the way - just saying for what it is and every alternate follows this pattern. It's currently a good opportunity to buy as, when subsequent alpha updates are released, NEM will likely hit 40K.
Is the PoI working in alpha? How are the blocks being generated now? yes it's working, but needs tweaking according to devs. Any more details regarding what needs to be tweaked? The logo sucks, as do the ones put up for voting. I have seen random coins having professional and catchy looking logos, we should have the same. 99 designs and problem is solved. ALSO. These strong anti sockpuppet measures are going to knock out alot of good people.
The sockpuppets are going to get in if they are clever. No matter what. The people that plan on this stuff and make multiple accounts know how to do it in a way that they will slip though. Theres nothing you can do to stop those guys. They know there way around those things.
We going to kick out a lot of good people. And you will still see the sock pros come brag they got 40 accounts. Watch. And then a husband and wife cant even sign up together.
To be honest we tried to both sign up. My husband went an sign up under a BPN or something, I don't even know exactly how it works or anything. Then he got his email on his phone, and replied to it. And I was like, stupid!! You were just replying on our wifi. And I think that my pc and the wifi on his phone has the same IP. or maybe not. I don't know this stuff. But I think he got us both disqualified. We just both wanted to be involved in Kora. I like the idea. We are both a part of NEM. They had some sockpuppets, cause you cant stop the talented abusers not matter what you do.
And some people go 10 stakes, scammers lol. But overall NEM had like 1200 veteran accounts, and another 1000 in the middle group that were real people, some 700 sockpuppets got in I think.
But NEM is still the most fairly spread out coin to date. And they are doing great.
We think Kora will actually do much better than Qora itself.
But let's have some balance, and not ban the honest people and kick out the good people, trying to catch sockpuppets.

BUT if we go overboard trying to get the pros, that we won't catch, we will kick out good people more than them. Watch
Sorry, but I just wanted to be honest with everyone. And I hope KORA and MAC read this long post, because I think there is a lot of truth to it.
I think we both are gonna get banned, LOL, and I don't think it's fair, and what we are trying to do is get good people into the community and be fair right?

This this going to blow qora away. Not that I want to see Qora do bad or anything like that. I just think you guys are doing a better job.
