Open source software no hidden fees
I call bullshit. No source provided, just binaries on a dropbox. The author is not honest. I would stay away from any blobs from members I don't trust. Even if source is published on github I would better compile it myself after reading source code. Everyone please be careful with it. I agree with sammy007, opensource, but no source..  |

FYI, everyone, theneonirvana on Slack helped find a bug in bbr daemon rpc command when getting block info that caused it to report full donation amount for "donation" blocks that are the 1% dev fee. It happens every 720 blocks and is 1% of the entire mining reward, so a pool would mine one of those blocks and think it earned that donation amount, for example it would be like 72 coins reported when really the block only earned 8.3. Because of this bug, it is like the pools have been paying back the 1% dev fee to miners, so you're welcome This is a bad bug that I have failed to find and knew something was wrong for a long long time. PCFiL from bbr.poolto.be has been asking me for a fix for a long time, and I could never find a problem with the pool code to explain the random loss of funds, but it was because it is in the daemon. does anyone have nodes for the old block chain - the one Bter is on? thanks Only one active node too and it is not a regular TIPS node, "subver" : "/Euphoria:1.1.2/" This network has no active nodes because wallets crashes when tried to create block > 1663999 exactly, I am running https://oldtips.poolto.be (very old Fedoracoin pool, up since end 2013) and i have same behavior. Daemon crash while it find block 1664000. Didn't find a way to fix it. in daemon log: 2017-03-22 09:10:10 receive version message: /Euphoria:1.1.2/: version 70000, blocks=1664000, us=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:54920, them=120.55.68.251:44889, peer=120.55.68.251:44889 and it crash. anyone experiencing same? I'm using https://github.com/fedoracoin/fedoracoin , branch master. |

Updating pools is not an easy job. First, we will introduce solo-merged-miner for XDN+ANYCRYPTONOTE or FCN+ANYCRYPTONOTE mining in solo mode. I hope this week or so.
this is clearly not an easy job yes... Anyway, i'm ready to test/debug if any help needed. |
