Kraken over $2000 below other exchanges... Why is no bot jumping in? Also the first plateau. Back up soon!

If you give a damn a GTX 1080 hashes with 69 Mkey/s. Still not profitable.
3  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ANX: Your Ultimate Crypto Trading Platform on: June 12, 2015, 12:26:45 PM
Hi there,

I've got my premium card some time ago, ordering and shipping worked really well. The card arrived some days later with express shipping!
The card top-up works fast and flawless too. Paying with it (MasterCard) also works really good.

BUT: They write that there is no "Card Load Fee". Maybe that's true, but the top-up exchange rate is always exactly 3% under the average USD exchange rate. And I'm not even talking about the ANXBTC EUR rate on bitcoinity that is also 1% above the Kraken rate. So combined with the bad MasterCard rates the fee for using that card is 3-5%. Well, at least that looks like a solid business model for ANX and MasterCard (or Sura Global).

Still waiting for the GB compensation...
Yesterday i got:
Quote
We are preparing your refund, but our bank is having difficulty with the wire. Can we send your refund in bitcoin? It will probably be faster. If that is ok, please send me your wallet address.
Why not directly? Why firs a request asking for 20 different Bank things.
If any bank "is having difficulty" with a normal wire transfer I would asap close this bank account!
5  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Spondoolies SP30 4.5TH with 1 month free hosting and free shipping on: October 28, 2014, 10:42:27 AM
This week... Could be answered from Spondoolies, but don't  make sense, because 1 Month of hosting is still paid. You would throw away 400USD.
In the EU you have to pay the customs if they look at your order. I think it will be 19% of it's value. Don't ask me what this value is on used hardware... Should be discussed with the customs in your country.

Not yet. But 7 BTC looks like the last bet? That will be a little loss for me.
I'll end it tomorrow.

9  Economy / Computer hardware / [SOLD] Spondoolies SP30 4.5TH with 1 month free hosting and free shipping on: October 24, 2014, 06:05:28 PM
The unit was from the group buy and i want to sell it.

It is hosted until end of November at Spondoolies DC.

It can start mining for you once the payment is done and will be shipped for free to a destination of your choice at the end of November.

I want 9 BTC for it - or make me an offer in a PM. The best offer will win!

One week for the Group Buy orders is over.
Would be nice to compare some pools and or different travel times to the Data Centers.
Till now I mined only 0.5 BTC in P2Pool... First day hosted in ST DC. My shares and the pool luck sucks these days... Sad

First time miner? It's called variance and it usually levels off in time.
No. I mined several months with my (pls don't hit me) BFL Little Single in a P2Pool. I know about the "so called leveling off variance". This don't really work when rising difficulty's comes to play. When my bad start luck "levels off" now or later, the higher difficulty eats my "later luck" away. My 30GH Miner earned much more in the P2Pool then some ppl in normal pools. (Yes, i made that little sucker ROI! Cheesy ) That's why i like to compare from time to time with other groupbuy members.

Zvi, Guy

I've got a little problem.  On two machines a power supply LED at the rear near the plug started blinking Orange.  The hashing went to zero.  From the UI, I tried reboot.  Other stuff.  Nothing worked.  Then I did a power cycle.  The machine instantly came back up.

Any idea what is causing that?  I am on 220V.  Everything else seems fine.
I know these blinking leds from our webhosting datacenter. Normany it means a dead PSU. The SP30 PSUs are running at their limits...? Maybe it can be a faster death for some of them? Pls keep us informed!

If you are recieving a unit in the UK be prepared, i just got hit for £400 duty Sad
That was also one reason for me to host it at ST. I wonder what happens when it will ship in 3 months. It's real value then will be much lower then... maybe even lower then the duty?

can someone stick up projections for '5.5Th' on the 1st of November

944 from 3920 still leaves a fat balance to be paid in the next 7 days for delivery in the 'second half' of October (4th quarter/11th hour)

It's pure gambling with the diff:

Is anybody interested in "A coupon for $944.06, to be applied to purchases from the October batch SP31 Yukon." - I accept BTC Smiley
18  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [600 TH] p2pool: Decentralized, DoS-resistant, Hop-Proof pool on: August 27, 2014, 11:00:12 AM
the page http://p2pool.info/luck/ don't work.
http://p2pool.info/scripts/p2pool-luck.js tries to load /stats and /blocks?all=true. it should be /data/stats and /data/blocks?all=true

Here we go. One of the first GB SP30 in a P2Pool:

Is this in the USA DC?
No, it's the ST DC. USA will take at least 2 days i think.

promojo, if you'r looking for a good calculator, i would recommend this one:

Thanks for the site, nicest one I have seen to date!
NP. Protip: Use "Manual input" on the difficulty and it will calculate flats for each jump.
A calculation for my SP30 could be: https://coinplorer.com/Hardware/Simulate/53fce5363747f90698e565c1?key=cfa27a6a-fed9-48f8-a714-359c44fb4e9f
But guessing the diff is pure gambling...
