I get the same feeling about this as i got when greedy people continued to deposit btc to gox when it totally collapsed, days before it got shut down for good.. (Good luck to thoose coins again)
People must:
1. Have to much money.
2. Dont care about the money.
3. Be stuck in some kind of longtime denial.
I have to say that this is the sickest thing i have watched in crypto yet. I dont see why people are struggeling to keep this coin alive after being treated like stupid sheeps by the dev team over and over again ? Very many of these people must be stuck since way over 100k to not just drop the bags and run now.
If the price of this coin jumps for the 37th time just of some new bs ETA it would be pretty hilarious. People need to wake up or atleast bail before everyone else the next time.

Totally agree! But pressure I mean it more in a psychological way. Imagine you begin with such a project. And you make it very good. You work hard and for the most you are Jesus, because the price is rising etc. But also: The price does not reflect everytime how much you invest in it. The Community-Feedback is often disrespectful particularly the price falls or just stagnate for some weeks. A few people always starts complaining if there is not something hyping in a two-day-timeframe. And than: You see dumping. Whales who bought in early sell at the top without fundamental reasons. And: At the same time something big (PoSA) does not work out as good as intended. There are some issues and it all maybe comes together with private plans (vacation for example) and it is all very different from the plans. You are revised and your Investors are disappointed, your own investment is down, too. You need some money and you sell some of your own Coins, much cheaper as intended. There are problems inside the Team... Short: It`s a real hard time.
And in such a time, people often don't have the psychological energy to face a critic community. And every word could lead to a dump. Completely honesty can lead to a dump, even if it's just about some more time. If a Dev would say: Sorry, my daugther is ill. Family first for a week... The price would drop and some would ask: Is he lying? Manipulating? Scammer? etc.
What I want to say is: There are times, you can't do it really right. You just can do it "as right as possible" or "not too bad". And psychological... you don't get such a project out of your mind. You always know, whatever you do in private: Thousands of people are waiting for progress. That is the Master-Plan to a big burn-out. And, to make it clear: I don't want to defend the way how Alty acts in the moment. But I can imagine the pressure and I know from myself: Under pressure and nearly burn-out... all what I would like to have is just some time out. No talking, no complaining... maybe working, but without contact to people who are always pushing. I know it from my own projects (not Software but with similarities in the dynamic). And if there comes a time, one just want some rest... it all becomes a risk. The honest people could think about running away.
For me, under the line: I'm totally convinced, that Alty and nobody of the project, ever intended a scam or big manipulation. Should they give up, than because they couldn't face all the pressure in Crypto. And that's a lot...
And, to come to an end: Satoshi Nakamato had not that pressure. We all can't know, if Bitcoin would exist if he had had such pressure.
Sorry if I cannot answer to the extent this post deserves - I'm a bit short of time. What you say does make sense. At least, it's what most people holding cloak wish. But there are some inconsistencies: somebody saying that everything looks fine (some days before "The Date", maybe it was yesterday or Monday) MUST have had contact to the developer. How else would he know that everything is in time? He MUST have noticed that a developer (the one of the most important feature) is not available. I have a quite good knowledge of human nature and this looks shady, smells fishy and seems dishonest. This just keeps me from believing that he is sitting on his PC, coding the crap out of his mind. It's a feeling that has manifested itself. Maybe you are right, maybe you're not. I just don't know. I'm uncertain (the second letter of FUD - without FUD being the reason for it). For all those still invested in cloak, believing in cloak and for the community altogether, I sincerely hope that you are right. What are you really saying? Isnt it obvious? The devs promise an epic release. Update on how great its going. Then through an obscure twitter tweet announce that a core dev actually hasnt been wokring on it for a week... Opppps sorry guys. I was originally turned on to EDU coin by user bitcoinreviews(thanks  ) Just checked out the website....very powerful stuff! In a time when scam coins with nothing to offer are released daily EDUcoin has the opportunity to shine. The moment is now, seize it! Devs: get with the program and find the talent to move this coin to the next level. Honestly for a few BTC you can get a couple devs to make the switch to X13. When the code is ready, you could reach out to Busoni@poloniex...I bet his team would review the code for free. disclaimer: this is not guaranteed but worth a shot. Timeline: you have about 4 weeks to change the algo before the huge scrypt asic machines are released. We are talking 750 mh/s miners that will decimate the coin and efforts of all miners before them. If you truly believe in EDU you should move mountains in the next 4 weeks to get the algo switched to anything but scrypt. Looking forward to the future... Would they do it for a bounty of educoins? Dunno if the dev (Edumoto) would spend btc, but we'll wait and see if so |

So I guess I am basically asking if you can or would want to incorporate c2 into my game or not. It's still early in the production, but I have done a substantial amount of the graphics already and I think it could be completed pretty quickly. The programmer I'm working with is using Unity. Does this sound good to anyone?

I think that the decision is really yours. What the community really need are as many games/applications to be integrated as possible. Personally, I would be deeply grateful for you setting an example and would encourage any others who can to do likewise. If there is anything I can do to help please let me know. Well I'm for it if the devs are willing to devote at least some of the surplus coins to point based game payouts. Myself and the programmer I work with can handle making this game and getting out there, but neither of us have a clue about how to integrate crypto functionality. So it's kind of a mute point if the devs aren't interested and willing to work on it. I guess I'm hoping that some of the back end work that has already been done can be re-purposed for a simpler game without having to start from scratch. I've been thinking about the integration issue & methods for getting C2 into other games. Just wondering if these ideas could help ... To begin with, Instead of integrating C2 wallet access into new games, C2 Prize Payouts could be handled via a link & authentication code. At the end of the game, a splash screen with C2 claim details could appear which would lead the player to a C2 players portal to claim their C2. Probably not the ideal long term solution for all games, but possibly a short-term starting point. Also, I see there are quite a few open-source Flash Games around... I wonder if any of these could be considered for C2 integration? Adding C2 Easter Eggs and/or High Score rewards should be relatively straight forward if the C2 are claimed as above via a link & code. or perhaps players could enter their c2 address into the game and when they win some c2 the game sends info to a c2 payout server and zing the coins are sent to the players wallet to get games involved some incentivised program could be offered perhaps |

Coin2 is iextremely undervalue and has release a functional game in the wild. The game is also becoming open project.
I believe games from the crypto world should turn their attention to it! Chain of Conflict - which is a Coin2 game is getting better and better and now with this hi-end next-gen 3D engine this game is starting to just rock! And perhaps it will be one of the best FPS ONLINE game I have ever played. Every development needs time and support. Just hope the C2 price can slightly recover one day. I've always been a huge fan and collector of the coin. But the value of what I own have gone from 0.4 at the peak to now only 0.05 btc. Still holding strong though in the hope open day it will be back on it's feet!?  You can't put a price on something like this. |

Stop with this shit.....nothing aggrevates me more than when people come in to say ahhhhhh coins dead. We have multiple active devs....doing exactly what they've said they have been doing. We have an active community as seen by the last 497 pages. Is price where u want it to be no....you know why this coin is doing something different. Building an all out fps game with their coin tied into it. You oviously support the coin so spend your keystrokes thinking of ways to promote instead. The game is going to come out when its ready.
