Update information of scrypt miner, one month host for free is provided now Here is a good news for all of you, i have made an agreement with innosilicon today, and will start to sell their 90M scrypt miner from now. The first two sample units will arrive in my place tomorrow or the day after tomorrow(thanks for SF express, they don't stop work on holiday), and i will release picture and video by then. Assuming a static BTC value you maybe correct, but it was only a month ago that 1 BTC = ~$650 so it is extremely difficult to speculate on BTC value and mining. I will gladly invest in your crystal ball that gives you the ultimate knowledge. FYI, this is no longer profitable. It currently costs 6.4 BTC and at most you'll get back 5.5BTC with 17% difficulty increases. At most, you can hope to break even by selling the miner.

But as i know, it is almost achieve the limit of current chip manufacturing technology also the limit of physical law. Although 20 nm manufacturing technology is possible but the cost will also increase rapid and may be not worth to use. So we can achieve the conclusion that the life time will more than 6 month. hi everybody, i am pcfli, my account was banned for posting for 7 days because of placing topic on wrong place, that is my mistake, and i will never do it again, is there anybody know how can i get my account restored earlier? because each blade will perform 15M hash rate, the factory is plan to design the miner with 5 blade at the beginning, that is why i say it will be a 75M scrypt miner. but the factory realized it may be too expensive to sell, and thus change the design and set the blade amount of each miner as 4, and thus, the miner will only perform 60M hash rate. |
