hello, After seeing this topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=530580.0 I sent contact request to CCI company. first of all i called the number in the company website to see it not another fraud, I got to the secretary of the company. I wrote about the money I transferred to gox on feb 2014 that has not appeered in my balance on gox website. I gave the transfer details of a about 1000$ to my polish bank that had not been credited. here is their response: Dear Bartek, First of all we would like to thank you for your contact with us regarding the ongoing Mt.Gox investigation and your confirmation about it. Looks like they are targeting the banks now that the lawsuits against GOX got settled?
What makes you say that. I'm curious if there is something new I'm not aware of? Wouldn't surprise me if that was the case. Well just look at the investigation updates on their site http://www.mtgoxinvestigation.com/updates.htmlCCI discovered connection between key personnel of Polish and Japanease banks which allegedly participated in an unorthodox transfer of information regarding Mt. Gox.
CCI investigates if specific Swiss banks were in contact with the Polish bank prior to Mr. Gox collapse. In similar vein the investigation concentrates on the issue of the diligent work of compliance departments of these banks regarding Mt.Gox stability. Witam.
Szukam ludzi, którzy przelali pieniądze do MT.gox przed ich rozpadem.
Mam przekonanie, że pieniądze są przechowywane w Banku i nigdy nie dotarły do firmy.
Przelałem ok 1000 dolarów do Banku Zachodniego WBK w lutym tego roku i nigdy nie dotarły tam.
Jeśli miałeś podobną historie, proszę o kontakt. Wierze, że bank oszukał mnie.

A skąd masz takie przypuszczenia?? Muszę powiedzieć, że wątpię aby bank kłamał na rzecz jakiejś firmy... Skąd wiesz, że Twoje pieniądze nigdy nie dotarły do Mt.Goxu? Zrobiłem przelew i bank powiedział, że pieniądze dotarły do GOXu ale nigdy nie pokazały się na moim koncie. Także, teraz nikt nie wie gdzie moje pieniądze są. Witam.
Szukam ludzi, którzy przelali pieniądze do MT.gox przed ich rozpadem.
Mam przekonanie, że pieniądze są przechowywane w Banku i nigdy nie dotarły do firmy.
Przelałem ok 1000 dolarów do Banku Zachodniego WBK w lutym tego roku i nigdy nie dotarły tam.
Jeśli miałeś podobną historie, proszę o kontakt. Wierze, że bank oszukał mnie.

I am really looking for someone to help me make claim against the bank in poland,
but we need to get togather. I did not get reply from st4nl3y,
lets get our money somehow
I really wish people stopped believing that the WBK Poland bank is in ANY way complicit in what happened to Gox and their money. Why not?? they knew what was going in gox because one of there accounts was there. if you give me money that i know would get lost i keep it and say oops i lost it. |

I ask because i belive my money is still at the bank in poland and never transferd to gox. please answer  Bartek The bank said the funds were not claimed. So they are automatically refunded as a result. So Gox didn't claim the funds, so they must have arrived after notifying the bank of their bankruptcy status. This is only a guess. You should ask your bank of their unclaimed funds policy. My bank zachodni wbk says gox has recived the money. it was made in february 2014. i wish i had your luck. maybe your bank suspect fraud and stop the money? No, I don't think that was it. Banks don't care that much about small fish like myself.  How much did you get refund if i can ask? and was it from mtgox polish bank account? |
