How do I find the com port of miner? Windows device manager. does not show com port number only shows Port_#0004.Hub_#0006 Did you have cgminer with gridseeds running off this machine before and is you miner showing up under ports com and lpt or somewhere else. Do you remember installing zadig drivers. Check this thread remember its easier to add these drivers then to remove them so please read. Hi Everyone,
ZenMiner has sent us an update as they promised for their server and services upgrade timeline for new users and stability issues.
The following times listed are in Eastern time for May 29th, 2014:
12:01 AM: Last minute fixes in registration to support the increase in traffic.
3:00 AM: Database management and improved design for scaling laterally.
7:00 AM: QA testing and UI updates.
11:00 AM: Begin accepting new user registration while continuing to improve customer experience and UI enhancements.
We will update you once we receive word from ZenMiner that the servers have been upgraded for you so you can connect your free ZenController. We are working with ZenMiner to provide a future plan on how we will avoid these issues.

Kinda past due... but they may still be sleeping. It was a LONG day for them yesterday!  Edit: and it'd be Prize #2... the first has already been given out. I'm not sleeping just yet! I'm gathering all the entries and putting them in a neat file which I'm then going to share with our team. I'd like to know about when this went out. I never received any type of email about getting compensated for the 5-chip price drops. I placed two separate orders for 5-chips and paid a LOT more money than what they dropped to a week or two later. I did fill out the web form requesting compensation and never heard anything back. Do I submit a support ticket for this?
Hi, The timestamp is in those images if you look closely. Regarding the compensation, it was for customers who purchased Gridseed Blades and had them hosted or delivered by 2 certain date ranges. Many money involved? Yeah, ok. Look, everything is not perfect, but it is a massive stretch to state that this company has the worst customer service. It may have something to do with the language barrier, or the problem could have been between your chair and your keyboard. Either way, they are not the worst. Do what you want, i´m just trying to help Language barrier  You are kidding right ?? Between my chair and keyboard I hope you never be in my situation, i mean many money involved and not receiving an answer for many days Anyway seems now i got an answer in skype, this forum is very good solving some communication problems Ok, fair enough. If you are truly having issues over a lot of money transacted to GAW and are not getting the proper customer service, can you detail your issues and what you have experienced? Feel free to pm me! I think it'd be wiser if he pm'd me so I can actually help him and resolve any issues he's having. I have a feeling it's just b.s. or a competitor though. I apologize if I'm wrong but this happens.
