1  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Is their a guide to the console? on: July 15, 2015, 04:40:20 PM
On the Windows Client?

Code:
help()
gives you all available options

you call every other function the same way:
Code:
functionName(argument1, argument2, argument3, argumentN)

necessary arguments can be found in the source code of the client:

2  Bitcoin / Electrum / Signing Raw Transaction from a P2SH address on: July 07, 2015, 09:29:12 PM
Hello,

i am trying to sign a raw transaction with the Electrum Windows client (version 2.3.2).
I created a 2-2 multisig address with a public key from my Electrum and one public key from an address NOT in my Electrum wallet. Then I put some btc into the address:
The address: 3QzwNoQjX8VFqM6m2Ks1fgWiLV7auoCFEN

A raw transaction is then created outside of Electrum to transfer funds out of the multisig-address:
010000000115822adc95d3abfa61e0643397966d5cfdc2311a32bdbad467aa6ec321bd774600000 0006752210391435d6f2b5ac4fd4c26b66272233b199d906fbf0a6e5241e8f7f7a93b3833884104 10a558019d72affddb3facddcd36929be9323c5e8701f602fd21c4c1c340888a90040455b3adb91 62ac0d09f5e5a5cd77245a927c13bfaf6310f0f047105a9c452aeffffffff01f695000000000000 1976a9148e27e188f5899fdf542967c9ff3d0ba5d883bbb888ac00000000

Here comes the problem. I am unable to sign the raw transaction with Electrum (remember: one of my address' public key created the multisig address). When I load the transaction via the "tools" menu I get "transaction unrelated to wallet" and when I try to sign it via the console with "signtransaction(tx)" I get the same raw transaction back. When I use the additional privkey parameter of the signtransaction() function I receive an error:
Code:
File "\lib\commands.py", line 202, in signtransaction
pubkey = bitcoin.public_key_from_private_key(sec)
NameError: global name 'sec' is not defined

Is this a bug? Is it possible to sign a transaction like this via Electrum console?

Well, you should have used your own brain: card registered w fake polish ID/address, login with foreign IPs to check the balance, cashing out on foreign ATMs, etc...  Roll Eyes
Since it is perfectly legal to give the cards to other people, for example as a present or gift, cashing out at foreign ATMs is not really a violation of any TOS and the bank specifically advertises to use the cards for example on vacation in other countries.
And people use VPN or proxy services. So login in via non-polish IP address shouldn't be an issue either. The only thing questionable is using a fake polish address AND of course having SEPA transfers from the known BTC exchanges.

ok so no btce or stamp. Anyone else have exchanges that for sure don't work?
Kraken.
I have 2 cards blocked which had SEPA deposits solely from Kraken (Payward Inc).

This contract doesnt apply to my cards.
Might i ask where you got it from?
From this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563991.msg6176053
The user confirmed it was me, who bought the cards.

What is confusing to me: when I log in to the online panel it says that my cards are active and not blocked ("00-karta aktyva").

I have been using BZWBK visas for almost a year with no problems at all. Unfortunately they stopped working around the 15h of October. ATM withdrawals result in "The requested function is temporarily not available." and POS payments get declined, as well as online purchases. I did nothing special with the cards. They were loaded via SEPA from kraken.com (Bitcoin Exchange) and I never exceeded any limit.

I checked the BZWBK website again and I found out they changed their regulations on July 28th 2014 and it says now:

Quote
§13 - The Holder agrees not to use the cards for associated with virtual currency (like Bitcoin) and the failure to its people, which he knows or with due diligence should have known, that they use credit cards or will be used for currency trading virtual. Cards that will be used for purposes related to trade currency Virtual Bank will be blocked.

So I am guessing my card(s) are blocked now and I don't really know what to do and I am assuming the money is gone. I just wanted to share my experience and maybe somebody has a tip, what I can do.

To clarify: I did not buy the cards from bernard75 but from somebody private.
