Is there some problem with the pool right now?
Had high rejects on eu.wafflepool.com (Job not found errors) switched to useast and it's all good

eu and us are the same for me, getting 30-50% rejects due to job not found, it looks like the same issue from couple of weeks before (some hardware problems  if I remember correctly)

Getting loads of Job Not Found errors on my miners and WafflepoolMonitor shows 2x Hashrate?  I had to move to another pool Sad  I prefer WafflePool for mining but with the low coin prices and high cost of electricity I had to go where mining is stable.  Anyone else having the same problem?

got the same on X11 pool (30% reject due to job not found) but on n-script all is fine

why did i got on my wafflepool mining address a 0.00000001 BTC from BTC smart? https://blockchain.info/tx/17265515795565c522d5d5ab9e34c8b29a445171f53afb99aff7168147b9f996
is this some kind of ad for them? Smiley

n-scrypt pool stuck?? last block 2h ago...

edit: miner still getting work so maybe just stats got stuck
edit2: sorry got confused by the flat line in unconverted stats, seems everything is good, except profitability  Sad

I mined a little on the x13 server but, as profitability went down compared to x11, I went back to mining x11. That leaved me with a small amount earned BTC on x13, which I thought would be added to my x11 earnings and send to me when x11 + x13 earned > 0.005. Apparently this is not the case although I'm using the same BTC address for both algos.
http://wafflepool.com/miner/1EhZNuoGosAzmTqY2EE9e9sfifmYq5PQVu

How do I get my earned BTC on x13 if I'm not intending to mine x13 anymore. I want my x13 balance added to my x11 and send to me when both total > 0.005. Is that possible and why this is not the default behaviour?

Thanks.

Currently payouts are run 100% separately.  So, if you had 0.004 in one, and 0.001 in another, you wouldn't be paid on the normal schedule (neither of them meets 0.005 minimum), however you would be paid on Sunday.  This will change as soon as we have all the algorithms in and working (another week?)  But for now, having them 100% separated means that if anything goes wrong (doesn't look like it will, but I like to be extra cautious), means I can see exactly what went wrong, instead of adding a layer of "uhhh, is this Scrypt, or X11, or what, and how much of each?"

not i see 736.94 kH/s (0.0%) That is this?? 10 minutes i cant' see normal hashrate.. but i have full speed on miners and 0 HW errors

same here on useast hashing good but the site is broken

For people that were helping me troubleshoot my problem before, here is the current config file that I am using. Let me know any suggestions or if you see anything fishy that might be contributing to the random crashes.

----------- cut -------------------

"intensity" : "18,16,16,16,18", <-- try intensity 16 for all cards (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=623409.msg7406125#msg7406125)

"thread-concurrency" : "8192,8192,8192,8192,8192", <---- once you sort out your problem try higher TC for 290 cards (like 20400 or 24000)

"gpu-threads" : "2", <------- I believe you should use 4 thread for 290 cards

"gpu-engine" : "947,975,975,975,947", <-- this are low try going up once you run stable

"gpu-fan" : "50,50,50,50,50", <-- I would go with 30-85 and enable the auto-fan option ("gpu-fan" : "30-85," and "auto-fan" : true,)

"gpu-memclock" : "1250,1400,1400,1400,1250",
"gpu-powertune" : "20,20,20,20,20",
"api-mcast-port" : "4028",
"api-port" : "4028",
"expiry" : "28", <-------------- make backup and delete this
"failover-switch-delay" : "60",<-- delete this
"gpu-dyninterval" : "7", <----- delete this
"gpu-platform" : "0",<-------- delete this
"log" : "5",
"no-pool-disable" : true,<--- delete this
"queue" : "1",<------------ delete this
"scan-time" : "7",<-------- delete this
"tcp-keepalive" : "30",<-------- delete this
"temp-hysteresis" : "3",
"shares" : "0",<--------- delete this
"kernel-path" : "/usr/local/bin"
}

Hello,

I've noticed that sometimes the pool mines coins that have a lower difficulty than the current difficulty from the pool. For example I had a miner mining at 2048 diff and the pool was sending it coins with 6 - 400 diff. Using cgminer ... (cut)

difficulty in cgminer is displayed wrong whet it comes to coin difficulty you should multiply the coin diff by 65535, so coin diff 4 is really  4*65535 = 262140
of that's what I've read, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey guys, I made a post in the sgminer thread about a crazy frustrating problem I am having with setting up x11 on my rig. I'd figure I'd post it here also as I'm offering a 0.015 BTC bounty for anyone who fixes problem! Here it is:

Hey guys, here is a pic of sgminer when it freezes. In this instance it froze @ around 14 minutes into mining. It will do this randomly from 10 minutes in to 2 1/2 hours in.

I get those two messages when sgminer crashes everytime! "Stratum connection to Pool 0 interrupted" and the last one "Pool 0 difficultly changed to 0.160". Windows does not crash and I can easily restart sgminer. This is definitely not an internet problem. As I said before I ran scrypt mining on this same machine for months without problem. Longest uptime was 2 months straight without rebooting or crashing cgminer! To double check I ran cgminer with scrypt when I was @ work and all was well when I got home. Booted up x11 and the pic above happened. Sad Boot with a config file or just a .bat... doesn't make a difference, both crash.

More information on my setup for those looking to help: 2 R9 290s (Gigabyte and ASUS), 2 R9 270s (ASUS), and 1 MSI R9 270x -- 4 GB of ram. I am running windows 8.1 currently with the 13.12 AMD drivers. I am literally pulling my hair out cause I have no solution to this problem! I don't know what I could change in the config to help this... lowered intensity, fiddled with the clocks -- all which did not help. I have a 2nd small rig with a 5850 and 270x upstairs thats hashes x11 fine and hasn't crashed since I started it... I'm going nuts!

Big fat 0.015 BTC to anyone that can get me running stable!

lower gpu-engine on all card (just a 100Mhz lower than the normal) and start mining, if it's stable just add 10Mhz to one card and wait, when it will crash lower it and go with the next card. That what solved my problem with crashing X11.

what happened to Sundays payout of 0.0005 or more?  I've got 0.00262926 in N-scrypt and it didn't got paid this Sunday?

edit: it just came in Smiley never mind.

i switched 1 rig to test this service.
Rejects % is awesome. 15% or even more. It kills all the potential profit.
Could it be resolved somehow?

OK looks like noone wants to pay attention and add this to OP and site so I have to repeat myself:

Guys, Terk specifically said that the REJECTS RATE is much lower than the miner program reports on the upper line and that is caused by a communication issue between the stratum and the miner. Untracked rejects are accounted for by the pool, only JOB NOT FOUND rejects are real rejects and these last ones are around 1-2% max.

Somebody needs to put this in the OP and in the FAQs on the pool site so people understand what's going on. Also, Terk said he's working on a new stratum server and this rejects display error won't be featured there.

If you still don't understand what that means, I'll lay it simply for you:

"Rejected share er349fifw (Job not Found)" = Real Reject.
"Rejected Untracked Stratum Share from pool 0" = Fake Reject.

I dont think that this is fake Rejects.

Hardware rejects is  2-3 times more.

Have you tried the us/canada server? I was getting high reject on EU but on US I'm getting 1%
And btw Terk keep up the good work, results are great!
