The international 2 step verifications don't always work in India. I had the same issue. I contacted support and told them I was unable to receive 2 step verification. So they temporarily disabled it from their end and I was able to log in and retrieve the BTC from my end. You will also not be able to withdraw unless the bank verification and all documents are submitted and they will hold it for a week. Only then they will let you withdraw.

Thank you for the reply.

I too got a reply and they disabled the 2 step verification. I had to use authy app as they suggested and now 2 step verification is working for me.

Regards

Hello,

I just started trading bitcoins, for the first time I invested in around $950 (50K INR). I purchased some BTC and now since 10 days I am unable to login to my account on igot.com. It is asking for a phone verification, i clicked on phone call but not getting the call oo my phone which is on my igot account. Its a landline number in India.

I tried contacting the support, a support rep asked me to give the number again. I gave him the number, since then I did not get any reply again. I tried contacting twice again but still no response since a week.

What to do now?

Any suggestions please?

Is this a scam site?

How can I retrieve my money?

I did not download my BTCs, I am new and thought to do after a while but before itself I got in to this problem.

Regards

Hi,

Thank you all for the valuable inputs, I will check all of them and will decide on what to do.

As of now, I uploaded funds to igot. I mean I have sent money and it is not yet credited in my account.

Hello,

I am new and want to buy some bitcoins, I searched forum and found btc-e, igot and bitstamp exchanges. Which one should I go with?

I read reviews about the above 3 and have found mixed reviews on btc-e. I want to trade real time daily and later withdraw to my bank, which one is good for me?

Regards
