Yeah, you're right. It's working great. Thanks.

I can see the very topics that I wanted to search. And by doing this we can prevent from creating duplicate threads with topics already previously answered and talked about.
2  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Information Overload on: April 22, 2014, 10:23:45 AM
Learning takes time and so is being used to the BTT system.

There is no need to rush on the information we can learn from this forum. We cannot digest everything at once. So let's learn everything bits by bits.

I found the sticky threads very helpful especially the 'NEWBIE README' thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=177133.0 .

I have added a new thread about IPO investments. I hope new users will read it, before investing their hard earned money.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577790.0;topicseen

Nice.

I've been using lastpass for quite some time now and it gives me peace of mind knowing my passwords are always safe and secured.

It's great to have this thread up. Thanks.

It is, Also, for everyone to know, they may export their lastpass as lastpass csv file and then import it to keepass2 as Lastpass CSV by signing into lastpass, left click the lastpass addon icon, Tools/Advance Tools/Export to/Lastpass CSV , save where ever.

Open keepass2, make a new data base, create strong PW for keepass2 new database.

On the Menu bar of keepass2, click File/Import/ scroll down to /Lastpass CSV. Highlight it. Click the folder icon that appears that says "File to be imported". Navigate to your exported Lastpass CSV file click ok.

Reason of this new plugin is it handles PW's, secure notes, ect ect ect just like how lastpass handles everything which is very very awesome.

The two mixes very nicely now.

Nice, thank you.

Didn't know I can import my lastpass passwords and notes to keepass2. It's really awesome.

I can have a secured backup of my passwords and notes in keepass2 now. +1

I first encountered Bitcoin through a favorite site of mine.

I really enjoy that site and wanted to help by donating. Then, I bumped into Bitcoin. The site accepts Bitcoin and since I don't know how to send them some BTC, I got curious and then started to learn how do Bitcoins work.

It's a fun and easy way to learn about Bitcoin.

Simply informative. I can recommend the site to my friends.

I remember the first time I heard Bitcoin, I can't really understand what it is.
6  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: is there a way to make bitcoins without mining on: April 22, 2014, 03:19:11 AM
You could offer your services! It is kinda like working though....  Grin
+1! Offering services or making useful website is the best way to make Bitcoins if you don't want to mine/trade alt-coins.

If you have some time to spare to watch videos or do some simple tasks, you can try bitcoinget .

You wouldn't earn a lot though.
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question about mining on a laptop? on: April 22, 2014, 03:07:43 AM
Tried it and definitely not worth it.

Just use it to store wallets, while learning or mining knowledge on crypto currencies and coin trading.
8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is Bitcoin safe to use? on: April 22, 2014, 02:59:20 AM
Yes, it's definitely safe. Constantly read and learn from others how to keep it safe and secure.

You can find a lot of threads here in BTT from enabling 2 factor authentication to your online wallet to the most secured cold and paper wallets.

You may find that BTC can be safer and easier to use than using credit cards or fiat.

Another lesson learned. Sorry for your loss.

But thank you for sharing. Such experience keeps everyone warned and aware.

Buy Bitcoins!!!
You can buy >2BTC for this price! Smiley You can always try a link from my sig Smiley
I'll say wait for a month and you'll be able to buy more >3btc by then end of april.. it might go up a lil in first week but at the end you'll be able to..! But i don't think op here want to Buy bitcoins he is more into mining which is a long term investment..!

There are some pretty big walls on the way to <300. Even 420 has a ~ 3200 BTC wall.

My advice would be:
- invest part of the money in a good book about trading ~50 should do it. (there are plenty of tipps in the speculation part)
- get yourself a nice gaming/mining rig ~1000
- buy bitcoins / altcoins with the rest ~50

This way you learn how to trade (thus make more out of your investment, but can stay cool all the way because you didnt put all your eggs in one basket), can mine at night and still have something to do while waiting for the right price (e.g. playing your favorite game) to trade.

Wow, +1 . A pretty nice advice. Will keep this noted.

Investing in trading know-hows and experience, while earning with a mining rig, and practicing trading with bitcoins and altcoins will really get you to the moon. Thanks.
12  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Any BTC PTC (PaidToClick) out there? on: April 22, 2014, 01:55:54 AM
I'm still using Bitcoinget quite often. Paid me 20k uBTC in ~2 months.
For a full list of earn / ptc / faucet sites check out www.earnbtc.weebly.com.
Best of luck.

Also started with Bitcoinget to get a few BTC. I can say it's better than most of the other PTC sites that pays in BTC. Earning bitcoins for just watching videos and completing simple tasks.

I just hope they could add up more videos and tasks so users can earn more BTC.
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fun way to get started with bitcoins (and get some for free) on: April 22, 2014, 01:46:51 AM
I agree with you, simple as it may seem. It's really enjoyable and fun. Though it may take me a long time before I can withdraw some BTC, it's a nice and cool way to get started with BTC. In my free time, I'll consider playing on your site again.

Hope you could add up more games in the near future. Best of luck.

New user here, read through this thread in case I experience the same. Found this informative on the limitations newbies will go through.

Thank you guys for the tips, hope I can go past the limitations soon. I've got so much to ask and learn from BTT and the cryptocurrency world.
