I've got the same problem as well, since yesterday my rig couldn't connect to the asia server. Changed to europe server, worked well until midnight it broke down.
But I managed to get them up again after I changed the DNS setting to a 3rd party DNS. No connection problems so far. At least a quick temporary fix until the dev fix it.

Mau nanya ke para master/suhu semua VGA apa yang dapat digunakan untuk mining semua coin (BTC, LTC, Eth, Zcash, Zcoin dll). Thanks untuk semua responnya.
Saran saya kl mau mining BTC atau LTC langsung beli mesin ASIC nya aja gan, jangan pake VGA krn ga akan kuat bersaing sama ASIC, yang ada buang2 listrik aja. Selain itu sih baik AMD atau NVIDIA sama2 punya keunggulan dan kekurangan masing2, tinggal lebih sreg yang mana. |

Hallo para suhu, ane miner newbie mau minta pencerahan nih.
Dirumah ane pake 6 x RX580 untuk mining ethereum via Mining pool, naaah ane udah nambang sekitar 3 bulan dari bulan desember.
Masalahnya pendapatan eth dari bulan ke bulan semakin turun, Apakah ada masalah dari RIG ane nya ? atau dari mining poolnya itu sendiri ?

Kl ada masalah sama RIG nya bisa di deteksi dgn cara cek hashrate yang di terima poolnya gan, kl ga ada penurunan atau perbedaan drastis sama yang di software minernya berarti ga ada masalah. Kl penurunan earning alias pendapatan, emang saat ini profit mining secara keseluruhan sedang anjlok, karena difficulty yang naik terus diikuti harga btc yang anjlok. |

Selama demand lebih tinggi dari supply harga GPU baik AMD atau NVIDIA belum akan turun, justru malah semakin naik. Dan sampai sekarang blm ada tanda2 akan terjadi penurunan harga.
Mungkin harga pasaran 2nd bisa lebih murah saat ini, krn banyak orang yang pada pensiun dan cari balik modal cepat dgn cara jual murah.
Mungkin juga nanti harga NVIDIA setelah meluncurkan generasi berikutnya akan mengoreksi harga generasi2 sebelumnya. Itu dengan catatan kl performanya sesuai dengan rumor2nya ya.
Kl performanya sama aja, sptnya harga generasi sebelumnya juga ga akan turun2 amat, bisa jadi ga turun malah tetep naik juga.

So far in this year mining is still profitable to me at least with my own strategy. For other people may be not profitable anymore as there's more people selling their gears everyday to call it a day in mining.
Mostly I think those are newbies that just turned into mining purely just because what other people said about mining when all cryptos were mooning. They don't anticipate about price correction whatsoever.
With the right strategy mining will still profitable for the long time ahead.

No, I don't think GPU mining will be dead soon. As long as it's profitable I'd prefer mining with GPU rather than ASICs, simply because once you miscalculated or gamble too much like with the D3 last year, those ASICs will
soon be a doorstop or even nice expensive heater that I don't need since I live in tropical area.

Its Micron only, it should work for other micron based cards, too (strap at 2000MHz) Thank you for the clarification. Now I'm going to give it a try. Hopefully what I just ordered come with the Microns. |

For once I was intimidated by the "mighty" D3 which turned in to a space heater that I don't really need since I lived in warm place the whole year.
So, yeah, I'm not gonna fall into the same hole for the second time. People need to think clearly before jumping into buying these miners, since what you see now on the calculator won't reflect anything
once you plug it about 2 months later. These manufacturer, Bitmain, Baikal, and Halong (just confirmed they are about to launch their CN miner too) are obviously competing each other for profit, they won't care
what will you earn, customer service is pain too.
$ 12k? No way.. Why do you think they release their new products when the BTC price is dipped? Yeah, I smell money. They are gonna to rob your BTC/Fiat!

To be certified by Google, advertisers will need to:
Be licensed by the relevant financial services authority in the country or countries they are targeting
Ensure their ads and landing pages comply with all AdWords policies
Comply with relevant legal requirements, including those related to complex speculative financial products
Advertisers can request certification with Google starting March 2018 when the application form is published.

Yang dilarang itu adalah advertisement atau beriklan di halaman2 Google dengan tema2 tsb diatas. This refund program with token so called XVGCT thrown in the market is clearly NOT a solution, with people are buying in a very low price, it just won't go up to have the real value of XVG.
If they made a mistake, why don't they just admit it, be sorry about it, and give a full refund as a responsibility instead of making some scam scheme that will only profiting them more?
Just look what nicehash did to their customers after losing thousands of btc. Why do you think they got their customers back quickly after that?

I think it has nothing to do with any bottle necking to the cpu, because i3 4170 is more than enough to handle the system. RAM size is also good. You might wanna try them in another OS. The problem might came from the OS. I never tried win 7 before, but never had a problem like that one as well in win 10. Worth a shot, see if anything changes.

untuk memulai mining agan harus mempertimbangkan mana yg cocok dengan agan dan kedepannya tidak menimbulkan kerugian. Misalnya :
1. Pilih Metode mining.
ada dua jenis metode, yaitu cloudmining dan local mining (mining sendiri)
keduanya mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing.
2. Pilih Platform mining.
Console Miner dan GUI Miner.
untuk memulai mining agan bisa memilih salah satu yg cocok dengan agan.
Console Miner meliputi : Ethiner, Claymore Zcash, dan lain-lain.
GUI Miner meliputi : NiceHash Miner, Minergate dan lain-lain.
3. Pilih Hardware
untuk hardware agan bisa pakai Antminer S7 dengan daya listrik sekitar 1300W.
4. Pilih Vendor
ada dua vendor yg terkenal, yaitu :
- AMD Radeon ( banyak coin yg dapat di mining, Hash yg di dapatkan tinggi, dan harga VGA yg murah)

Ma'af gan nanya nih, kalau coba mining menggunakan 1 PC standar saja apa bisa? atau malah rugi listrik dan kuota internet, maklum lah belum ada modal buat Mining menggunakan Rig, oh iya rig itu sebutan untuk tempat vganya itu ya gan? Terimakasih. Bantu jawab ya, mining menggunakan pc bisa juga kok, bedanya sama rig kl rig itu pc dengan setup multi vga biasanya 6-12 pcs per pc dalam 1 rak. Sebutan rig itu lebih ke 1 set lengkap (mobo, proc, ram, psu, riser, vga dan juga rak/casingnya) jadi kl agan mining pake pc di dlm casing udah lengkap mobo, proc, ram, psu, vga nya ya sudah bisa disebut rig. Rig dgn 1 vga misalnya. So, ga ada masalah, ttp bisa dipakai untuk mining. Tapi selagi mining, yang pasti aplikasi2 yg melibatkan kinerja vga jadi ga bisa ya, krn akan mengganggu kerja miningnya si vga. just my 2c |
