2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin First Billionaire: Winklevoss Twins on: December 09, 2019, 11:00:53 PM
As far as I know the Winklevoss twins did not buy from MtGox and in the months after buying their first batch of Bitcoin they operate their own trade exchange.
Its not buying thats the point,it is their early discovery and interest on bitcoin which motivated them to take a step, kudos to them

Maybe not,the same can be said about traditional transaction systems, they have managed to survive with the changing environment, so yea, maybe bitcoin has that survival trait too

8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Every tiny piece of Bitcoin is worth it! on: October 26, 2019, 11:00:27 PM
Back in the days i used to disregard some pennies of my bitcoins in several exchanges thinking that these coins would never be worth it looking at its price at the moment. However, this idea came into my mind about some few weeks ago that what if Bitcoin reaches a double of its previous all time or even greater once this long awaited global adoption sets in.

Seriously this made me think twice and have made me roam through all my exchange accounts and wallets making sure that i have access to them in order to cash out all those pieces of bitcoin if they ever become worth it again. This may sound quite silly but i am quite optimistic about it Grin
Well your thoughts has actually become reality.
And yea, every bit of Bitcoin is worth it
9  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't buy back just yet on: August 06, 2011, 12:27:13 AM
We'll see if the $8.70 support level holds.
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dwolla requiring Photo ID on: August 06, 2011, 12:11:22 AM
Thats odd. I've had an account for about month and have made transactions with no problem, such as this one.

14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much of your net worth stored in Bitcoins? on: July 18, 2011, 09:10:32 PM
Less than 10%. I'm still transferring cash into my Mt. Gox account,so who knows what % it will be a year from now.
15  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Technical Analysis on: July 18, 2011, 08:47:07 PM
I'm waiting to see if $11 holds as support and brings buyers in. Otherwise, we could $10 in no time. If there is buying with good volume before current support comes into play I might consider taking a small position.
16  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear Market or Market Correction. on: July 17, 2011, 12:35:26 AM
IMO its a market correction. A close above $15 on heavy volume could lead us to a test of resistance levels at th $18-$19 level.
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mt. Gox Announcement - Extension of Reduced Trade Fees on: July 17, 2011, 12:23:57 AM
How can you trade at 0% ?

I think its for some of the older Mt. Gox accountholders.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Technical Analysis on: July 14, 2011, 04:11:01 AM
A close above $15 on heavy volume would probably result into a nice rally. Although I'm looking for a pullback to $11-$12 for a better low risk entry point.

That was last week. You missed it. Tongue

I'm looking to buy more at those levels Tongue

ROFL. Don't we all. I just don't expect to ever see $11 again.

We'll see. I look at last weeks intra-day low as current support. Any further weakness and we could see a test of last Tuesdays lows.
