This *inbound* thing is exasperating. How can you prevent this from happening before doing the actual transaction?
There are ways to increase inbound capacity, but that fits better in The Lightning Network FAQ.

I think he is asking how to know his inbound capacity and if he will exceed it before sending.

It depends on your wallet how to find your inbound capacity

Take a look here
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5259973.0

Yes, that's right. According to this guide Electrum shows you the available capacity to receive funds. I'm using Coinos and it seems there is no clue about that value.

Yes, I thought so too but you are the first person who answers in more than 12 hours.
It looks like you were refunded.

We use:

- our on-site support ticketing system
- email (both with and without PGP)
- SimpleX

For fast and secure assistance please use our ticketing system as it's monitored and attended by all of our team members. Your communications will be encrypted by our own TLS certificate on our HTTP server without any intermediary third-party servers (such as Cloudflare), since all the frontend servers belong fully to us and operate strictly on bare metal hardware that will be automatically considered compromised by a state-level attacker in case there is a single unexpected reboot to happen.

Email without PGP is also a fast option which is also attended by various people but less secure.

Email with PGP is a slower option, since the PGP key is only possessed by the core admin/founder.

SimpleX is only attended by the core admin who is not always online and doesn't have it installed on a mobile device (which might change later).

Yes, thank you, everything ended up fine. A refund form came up on their page without anyone contacting me previously. I've requested the refund and I have my money back now.

This *inbound* thing is exasperating. How can you prevent this from happening before doing the actual transaction?

Could you please tell me something?
It shows "General error (ERROR_SENDING)". My guess is the LN network couldn't find a route, or you may not have enough inbound capacity. You'll have to wait for support to respond.

I had a problem with a swap XMR>BTCLN (order #xxxx341bcb9) and haven't got my coins, I've asked for help hours ago in your chat without any answer. I've opened a support ticket too (xxxx53f1afb56c) and I'm still waiting for an answer. Could you please tell me something? Thank you!
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero is officially DEAD on: May 14, 2021, 11:48:35 AM
Monero (a rudimentary cryptocurrency) is officially dead, why you may ask?

What Monero used to offer:
Bytecoin Copy Clone

What Monero now offers:
Bytecoin Copy Clone
Arrogance, hatred against all the other cryptocurrencies

Basically, Monero is worth less than OompaLoompaCoin, heck, practically any coin that has real developers developing real features... Monero offers absolutely nothing over what 99% of these alt coins offer, even some of the worst alt coins offer more innovative features than Monero. And to those Monero bagholders who say that "Monero Is Anonymous!!! Without Monero There is No Privacy!!!" is something it offers, that's not true.. There are far superior alternatives out there that actually have a GUI and whatnot Cheesy

Verdict: Monero is dead, there hasn't been worthwhile development in years, it's a practically abandoned coin with few remaining bagholders who're desperate for it to get some attention. I'm gonna feel really sorry to all the Monero bagholders that are still "HODLING" when Monero reaches 0.05$, 0.025$, 0.0125$ etc.

Dear moron, we -monero bagholders- have been waiting 5 years for your update on the 0.0125$ deadcoin so we can start to dig the grave. Maybe in another 5 years?

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ravencoin [RVN] PoW GPU Mining | Asset Transfer Blockchain (Updated ANN) on: April 14, 2018, 09:45:58 PM
SuperNova is having Payout issues:

"We are investingating issues in the backend. Your shares and hashrate are safe and we will fix things ASAP.

PPLNS payout disabled, round credit transactions are delayed"

Is any pool safe???

Can someone explain what is this mean? should i stop mining or i will get coins after they fix it?

I've got my last auto payment from Suprnova ravencoin pool 6 min ago. No problem at all with payments or hashrate in the last 6 days for me. I've been mining at Suprnova for years without problems.

Hi everyone,

I recently had a generous person donate a RX580 to me, and thus was able to give the AMD side some love by making some x16r optimizations for AMD.

After around a week of work, I've made numerous optimizations to the x16r / x16s kernels, and with preliminary testing I'm getting around +10% over ace's sgminer, or around 7.5 MH/s on my RX580 (without much hardware tuning). People on the Discord server seem to have good results with it as well.

As with Nevermore (which is for Nvidia cards), Avermore (for AMD) has a 1% devfee to support continued work on the miner. I look forward to hearing your feedback about this new release!

Thank you for your work. I'm gonna try your miner.

Read through my various post back in January where I describe some aspects of the illegal scam.  I was literally watching the scammers pull money out of peoples hands and telling people about it here. No one cared. The price was going up. The only response was FUD.

Illegal?!? Is bitcoin illegal? Maybe is ethereum illegal too? What the fuck are you smoking?!?
13  Local / Servicios / Re: RETIRADA EN EFECTIVO CON CHIP-CHAP on: January 25, 2018, 09:43:29 PM
ChipChap y Bit2me han dejado de funcionar en 2018, no se porqué.

No creo que Bitnovo y Montoro sean una buena combinación.

15  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Advcash | a new "anonymous" bitcoin debit card [EUR & USD] on: January 18, 2018, 11:02:19 PM
How can you fund advc cash debit card with BTC?  I am using advcash for years but I don't see any option to fund with btc and there is no btc wallet either. Huh
Hi. It is not a wallet for Bitcoin or Eth, it is an anonymous card (Euros for now)

Yeah, sure, anonymous, keep on dreaming...
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [SUMO] SUMOKOIN - 🔏 Digital Cash For Highly-Confidential Transactions 🔏 on: January 18, 2018, 10:11:03 PM
TO SUMOKOIN DEVELOPERS & COMMUNITY

With high likelihood privacy coins will be included in upcoming regulations, restricting their potential use via different measures and policies (e.g. only exchanges w/o privacy coins allowed in the country, etc).

I believe SUMOKOIN needs to be proactive and commit publicly to measures which ensure its coins are not abused for illicit activities. As I lack technical expertise I cannot suggest what this could look like. Perhaps offering full collaboration to provide information to Authorities from which sources (e.g. numbers of ETH or Bitcoin accounts) the SUMOKOINs were acquired from and how much could be enough to trace back to the origin where there is reasonable suspect of illicit activity. Perhaps 100% privacy within SUMOKOIN network transactions, but transparency if requested towards the outside would be the solution. As said, I lack expertise to suggest something which is acceptable for the SUMOKOIN philosophy, technically possible and politically reassuring.

I do consider having experience and insight into regulatory and policy processes and mindsets, hence I am convinced that you should think about the above and propose collaborative solutions for Authorities / Regulators. Doing so will significantly de-risk your project and create value to the SUMOKOIN Community. Don’t only focus on technically advancing your product, invest energy now to ensure there will be a fruitful environment for it to prosper. Take my advice and act now.

Food for thought.

You have experience and insight...?!?! You don't understand a fucking thing.

For me it seems to work much faster. When I select:

sell -> EOS/XBT -> Submit

I get immediately "Service unavailable".  Grin

Yeah, me too. "Unavailability" has improved a lot. Awesome!  Grin

IS THIS A NEW TRADING ENGINE?Huh And I can't place a market order to buy 1000€ with my bitcoins without *CALCULATING MYSELF* the amount of bitcoins?Huh Are you fucking kidding me?Huh?

For me it is working, i checked it. I entered FIAT value on the right side and then it calculated the amount of btc after clicking anywhere on the white background (left click)

What? With a market (not limit) order selected?
