Hello! I faced the problem of not crediting one of the deposit! Please solve the problem as soon as possible, if the bitcoin rate changes, this threatens me with losses.

What do you call a "very long time" to get an answer? 24h? I understand it can be frustrating when it comes to money but I'm sure your problem will be solved in a timely manner
