Is it just me or does the dev's responses do not sound technical at all. Seems like his escape goat reply is "this is only a test release" Not sure if he can get it done. This post will be deleted in 5,4,3,2....

There has been controversy lately regarding the true origins of XC. You can see clearly at this page after you login and press 'Show ratings'.

Loljosh is a person who offers custom made alt-coins for BTC. You can see loljosh's thread where he offers his services at

9th may was also the very same day the X11Coin launched and the payment was made to Loljosh from atcecure. The date of the launch can be looked up in the original thread.

We can only assume it was a payment for the creation of X11Coin since it's Loljosh expertise field. The evidence above is a strong indication that this is the case
Since we have developer's attention it would be nice to have it addressed since it hasn't been.
