It's not really that hard.  Even if you want to pay for it, coingen.io does it for half the price. 

congen.io does it for half price without source + 10s of their advertisements. The don't provide nodes you have to add them manually + their coin dies within 1 week. For complete development they charge 0.2 BTC but still they put their advertise on wallet , its source and everywhere.
