the freebitcoin company give me a bad answer. They need me make a sign from that address. But I don’t have private key how can I make it . Really not good. Other company if you lost 2FA you can use email to support maybe you just sent you passport photos or write down some reason then u can remove 2FA but freebitcoin they can’t. I was so angry about that.
