I must be create account on bitcointalk because not any place for report coinex.

In 2 July create a ccount on coinex and start trading but after 1 month when request withdraw for tether they not allow me (Show me Balance 0)
I send a ticket but they tell me your account is suspected of fraud and no further response.
Every time I send a ticket, I receive a message
 "Your ticket (440465) has been updated. Feel free to reply to this email with any questions.
If you have any questions about CoinEx, please feel free to contact us via Ticket."

Please guide me ,
