!!! WARNING !!!
This Ethercrash.io site is LITERALLY a scam and I would NOT trust your money with them...
I was dumb enough putting my money in after the owner himself robbed the investors a few years ago, but today they made a mockery of themselves..
I deposited as I usually do, nothing much, 30,000 ETHOS and I play as usual, I get caught in a red train and say "site rigged" in chat, and without warning, without being asked to stop or anything, M1 bans me instantly, so I'm immediately pissed because it was uncalled for but I just dealt with it and went to withdraw. Then I realised that withdrawing is LOCKED. He literally did scam me and its fucking shameless.

See my previous posts, which I believe were quite clear: Assuming the name of your bustabit.com account is also Perplex005, I disabled betting for your account because I think that you have a gambling problem, which I explained to you several times. Obviously I can't stop you from gambling entirely, but given the things you have told me I don't think you should be gambling on bustabit or anywhere else. I will not change my mind regardless of how many times you complain about it.
I will not go into more detail as I cannot verify that this is indeed your bustabit account and also do not publicly discuss support requests and emails that users sent me in confidence in general.
You may not bet or chat on bustabit or bustadice because it is clear to me that you have a gambling problem. Based on your posts in this forum alone I am confident any reasonable person would agree with that assessment, not to mention your behavior via chat and email. I will not reconsider my decision–which I have explained to you at length multiple times–and I will no longer respond to your emails and support requests demanding to be allowed to bet again.
However, your ability to withdraw your money is not and never has been restricted. So once again: Please withdraw any remaining balance you may have and refrain from using bustabit.
You are not welcome on bustabit and I'd appreciate if you could stop spamming this thread with the same pointless complaint over and over again. Do you want to explain why I am banned and blocked? You haven't explained it all all you fucking retard |

You unbanned me a few months ago and I was enjoying myself on your site again, playing some days when I had nothing better to do - then out of nowhere you just reban me? I literally did nothing wrong and broke no rules and you won't give me answers to why.... Explain this to me and unban me because it's pathetic what you're doing.
Bans usually comes with reason and he wont really be making such decision if you havent done something so the best thing to do is to contact him on his forum account directly rather than on whining on this ANN thread,. Cursing on here wont really make much difference.Why not create new account? I'm IP AND software banned and he also blocked my emails and wont respond anywhere. |

Quite sad to see the owner of a 'trusted gambling site' treat it's users like this.
I've been active on BaB for almost 2 years, I've never had any problems involving bans or mutes until this. It's upsetting to me that you permanently ban me for no good reason and tell me "I won't reply to your requests". You've stripped me of one of my favourite downtime hobbies and I hope people see this and reconsider playing on the site.

Isn't it his site? Don't you think he should be able to ban whoever the hell he wants for whatever reason he wants? The internet is big, go find help or lose your money somewhere that wants your action. Don't be so ignorant. There are certain legislative laws that oppose the action of banning users without a valid reason that are in place specifically due to casinos banning players who win There are also laws making it illegal for him not to ban you if you do or say something that makes him think you have a gambling problem. But this is the internet, and he told you that you aren't welcome to play on his site, so move on. If you're really delusional enough to think you have some legal right to risk your money against his money then call a lawyer and good luck. k |

Daniel is this a fucking joke? I get mad one time after ripping my balance sarcastically saying "I lost my life savings" which I consistently proven wrong by redepositing amounts of money. Don't be such a stubborn prick saying "I will never reconsider". You are going to fucking unban me, its literally not hard to understand. How can you think its okay to permanently ban a loyal user based on nothing but your own judgement? I won't give up with the emails and messages, even if it takes months for my own justice. I know you don't care about a single user like myself, and you feel like you can just unreasonably ban me then ignore me, but I'll do what I have to do. I checked his account status only muted not banned and he just created the account a few hours ago not enough a day. No game history at all. I think he has violated the chat rules on the site. Nono, I've never spoken in chat. My original account was my original one but I deleted it and made a new one in hopes of bypassing the mute/ban. I've literally never in my life violated any chat rules, which I'm sure Devans is willing to admit. Disregarding if it's actually just a mute, I still want to be unmuted. I broke no rules. By the way, how could you tell if it was a mute not a ban? There's no way to know from my knowledge. It never says "banned" on a banned acount, just "muted" and that the player cannot bet

I've made a dozen accounts in hopes that I can just bypass the ban. I've posted on here 20 times. I've never broken a violation which would firm a ban of any kind. I've never even broken a violation that would give me a mute. It's just sad. One time, months ago, I sarcastically said "lost my life savings lol" to which I woke up the next day banned.
Can literally anyone help me out? It's ridiculous. He banned me for LITERALLY no reason and he's avoiding my emails and messages. Someone else who actually has the ability to email or get his attention, Ask him to read the emails of account "Perplex21". It's fucking ridiculous now. I don't know what his problem is.
