I think this is just a misunderstanding that will surely be cleared up after contact with support.

I honestly absolutely do not think devans banned him for a single statement in chat. Many portals would have no users left in no time. Such statements or curses and insults are actually read daily in the chat boxes.

My question is, have you read the TOS before using the site, I believed that you have probably violated the terms and the reason they blocked you. Once we use a gambling casino it means we agree first to the terms and if you violated this you need to accept the fact that you are under punishment. Besides, you can also ask them politely and not this way. If you didn't break any rules written on their TOS then why you are banned? For sure they will never do that on their legitimate costumer and its a lose for their business if they eliminate their costumer just like that. But if that's what you really think it  is maybe try again to contact them since for sure bustabit owner will answer you since they have a reputation to protect here. Also expect delays since sometimes getting answer from support takes time.

I had 0.15 bitcoin but I withdrew it so that isn't the reason I'm here daily asking for him to unban me.

Nono, I've never spoken in chat. My original account was my original one but I deleted it and made a new one in hopes of bypassing the mute/ban. I've literally never in my life violated any chat rules, which I'm sure Devans is willing to admit. Disregarding if it's actually just a mute, I still want to be unmuted. I broke no rules.



By the way, how could you tell if it was a mute not a ban? There's no way to know from my knowledge. It never says "banned" on a banned acount, just "muted" and that the player cannot bet

I've emailed a dozen times, to which all of them were either ignored by getting no reply, or denied. I've made a dozen accounts in hopes that I can just bypass the ban. I've posted on here 20 times. I've never broken a violation which would firm a ban of any kind. I've never even broken a violation that would give me a mute. It's just sad.

One time, months ago, I sarcastically said "lost my life savings lol" to which I woke up the next day banned.

Quite sad to see the owner of a 'trusted gambling site' treat it's users like this.

I've been active on BaB for almost 2 years, I've never had any problems involving bans or mutes until this. It's upsetting to me that you permanently ban me for no good reason and tell me "I won't reply to your requests". You've stripped me of one of my favourite downtime hobbies and  I hope people see this and reconsider playing on the site.
