What are you even talking about? That's completely unusual. Requesting KYC repeatedly in a short period of time never happened to me and I have played in some of the best crypto gambling sites out there. While I would not necessarily classify KYCing two times in a month as "repeatedly in a short period of time" -- assuming the same scenario has not persisted further. Let's also keep in mind that the user in question had a particular case and such scenarios are probably treated in a case by case basis. Please be informed that your account has been flagged for suspected bonus hunting and fraudulent activities, along with IP address matching with 51 other accounts. Please create a flag against this casino so everybody can be warned. It is a blatant scam. They dont pay winners |

No, I have still not received anything despite multiple promises. Meanwhile the Basebet.io website has already opened up real money deposits, very frustrating. I can imagine how you feel mate. They changed also the company formation, I don't know if your lawyer can do something for you, I assume its mister R.B. He defenitely has some connections and helped people regarding Curacao related issues. I don't think Basebet.io is going to advertise on Bitcointalk, since they will get tagged for sure. But many DT members are also guilty as hell here, since they defended Betnomi for a long time in compensation of payments, and for that reason Betnomi lured new victims. The whole DT system should be erased here. |

@Jackbit.com, Your licensed company ' Ryker B.V.' is registered under Curacao. Why have you added the license validator link from Anjouan instead of Curacao? Have you taken gambling license from both Curacao and Anjouan at the same time? Even if you don't kyc most players.
Even if you only kyc when you think a player might have figured out a way to exploit your games or promotions.
Yep, there should be no 'even' for Jackbit as they are a licensed casino. The licensed casinos are required to include AML policy and KYC verification requirement terms to cooperate with the authority. Jackbit is showing dishonesty to both license authority and players with the no-KYC clause. They don't have an official license. It is all manipulated and there are many anjouangaming websites, all made by people who pretend to have a license because they do not want to spend money in Curacao and they do not want to be under the supervision. It is a just a scam project and misleading customers. You better not deposit here, they will not pay you. |

I did a live stream on 0xbet, and luckily, I ended up making a profit, but it took about 8 hours to receive the payment. The reason is that they have to go through manual checks by the finance team, and as that requires a human, things can get delayed as 0xbet is part of a bigger portfolio of casino brands. Guys, stay away from this site! It is one big scam operation.
First of all they are using the same software as adkinsbet/1xbit/1xbet (all scam).
Secondly, they have an internet license from anjouangaming.org which is an African gaming license provider? It would not surprise me if they created this website anjouangaming.org by themselves.
Serious sites work with serious gambling licenses like Curacao, Malta but not in Africa. And like I said, I think its just a circus and that they setup it by themselves.
Do not gamble here, I hope people will listen to me this time before they write they dont get paid.

Yeah, Betnomi just pay some people small money who are active in the forum. There is at least 200.000$ that they scammed from users here and they just write that these users have cheated or frauded.
Betnomi is a big scam project, the owner has the IQ of a fish, he thinks he can just open a new website basebet.io and scma people again.

It's good to hear that your issue got fully resolved, but I have no idea why you are thanking them in this context since they took quite sometime to get back to you while you stayed patient all along. They should be the ones thanking you and other victims for staying patient and not creating a huge ruckus. Betnomi refund is a joke. They only pay low amounts like 100$. If people win decent amount, their account got banned and the funds is confiscated. Look at these serious numbers: Thank you for letting us know Nutters.

I dont violate the forum rules. I just googled on betnomi owner and saw that Sorsis Chatwin is the owner with company information regarding Betnomi. That is not a secret that he is the owner.
And the last users are right, if you win to much money on Betnomi they simply say that you are frauding or cheating and confiscate your funds.
What timeframe they are talking about? There are users like Gekkebelg who were on time to claim their funds, and Betnomi sas they frauded and give all kind of excuses not to pay.
And Sorsis created another gambling project, with another company registered, the old company is history, because he know he will get many lawsuit claims if he opens with the scam company Nomi n.v.

Nobody frauded on Betnomi. The owner is a criminal and just does not want to pay out customers, that is the only truth.

When people win, they suddenly cheated or defrauded. Sorsis chatwin is a scammer and every project he is involved in is scammed.

You are not saying anything new from what has been said here on this thread severally and even the current admin here has admitted to the fact that the former Betnomi is now under the control of some unknown guys who have stolen or lucked out all the users of betnomi which confirm the former betnomi as a scam and should be avoided. What we are discussing right now isn't the refund process that this legit team put up to try to pay those who are affected by the action of the hackers and that if you are one of the victims you can reach out to the team by following the format of filing complaints.
