2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC GAME - Rugged for 40$ bonus buy + ultra predatory approach to void winnings on: October 07, 2023, 09:56:34 AM
i was reading this and thought to myself mehh, another day, another bunch of salty degens screaming "rug" or "scam" when losing..

and then i saw bc.game's reply

i must say wow, super impressed that bc.game even responded about someone crying over $40,  AND also offered to return the money. unheard of. looks like they still look after small players which is commendable.

im a longtime player at other casinos like rollbit, betfury etc. and i gotta say tbh, fat chance of anyone getting a refund anywhere else!

also i cant see how they apparently "forced" OP to take the bonus deposit. i just choose not to take it so my funds dont get locked in. rollbit gifts your bonuses and distributes it over a span of two weeks.. now THATS predatory    Undecided

Not forced me to take a deposit bonus, but the rollover 1x didn't apply for over 1 hour of game play. Read more carefully, I didn't depo 30$ I kept it under that.
Problems that occurred were: The rollover of 1x ur deposit taking 2 hours to actually count and the bonus buy not giving me a bonus round, even if it is a 0x it should still let me see the 10 rounds to verify that - so there we have a visual bug at least.

As far as the REP asking me to DM, I have sent it and haven't heard anything back yet.
Once I do I'll let you know.
3  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC GAME - Rugged for 40$ bonus buy + ultra predatory approach to void winnings on: October 05, 2023, 06:41:22 PM
So, the recent update at BC GAME.
They will force you to take the deposit bonus, there is no option to cancel it. Once your deposit is bigger than 30$ it will instantly lock you with a 40x wager on slots or 120x on house games or 800x on live dealer.

Because I didn't want the deposit bonus I chose to make 2 x under 30$ deposits and play without rules.
I made 57.5$ and tried to withdraw.

Keep in mind they added a new system that says you must wager your deposit 1x - okay, understandable anti-money laundering right?
But I had wagered my deposit around 10x at the point of withdraw request and the system still says I can't withdraw.

So about after 30 minutes waiting for a support answer they tell me to wait 2 hours for the wager to be updated. Can't get more predatory than this, looool?!

I wait about 30 more minutes.

So here's where I lose my patience and just play a bit, after losing a bit was down to 40$. Decided to do an all in buy for 40$.

Thank fuck I have everything on recording, they would try to deny everything otherwise. What they would usually do on a case like this is to say the buy was 0x and tell you to piss off. You can clearly see that after I bought the bonus I had an instant error and the free spins never played out. Try proving that without a recording.

You be the judge of this.

Dear OP. It's unfortunate that you didn't get to watch the result of the bonus play out. Win or lose, seeing it happen is a big part of the experience. We aren't in control of the performance of third party games but a report has been sent to the game provider along with your screen capture. Seeing as how your balance was updated from 0.09 to 0.11 shows that your bonus buy was not profitable. Furthermore, the small win that that you can see on payline #8 where you hit three 10's would only credit to your balance upon completion of the game round. Croco is a small game development studio and they are very receptive of criticism so I am sure they will be looking into if this is a common bug or a one off glitch.

That being said, we aim to provide a high quality igaming experience. When a third party game interferes with that goal, depending on the circumstances of course, we will do what we can to remedy the situation. Send me a DM with your UID and I will refund your $40.

DM sent.

~snip~
Are you in contact with the email support? Maybe their forum representative would look into the issue, but he has been offline since 16th September. The game you played is developed by 'Croco Gaming' provider, which isn't a popular slots provider. And the history of the game is only showing the result of 1 round without the details of additional 10 free bonus rounds. However, your bonus buy round has very high volatility. As a result, it has very low chances to win anything from the 10 additional bonus spins. I would like to suggest you to submit a complaint on Askgamblers to get better response from BCgame team.

please look at the video. you can clearly see once i entered the bonus round the bonus round didnt start and money was removed

week passed now
also posted in their forum and 0 replies, support clueless and are trying to play the betslip card and trying to hint it being a 0x bonus buy, but how can it be a 0x bonus buy when THE VIDEO CLEARLY STATES that the bonus round didn't even play out.

It's insane how the support is dodging this topic.
I have sent the link with this topic to their live chat like 2 times over the week, still no rep here, still no answers from support.

I agree,

Since past few updates bcgame has gone bad to worse to the point me and many of my friends will not deposit there ever again

I have heard some high rollers  having issues with withdraws even after they did not take any bonuses

They removed rakeback, daily spins, locked bcd(soon)  -- everything  that made bcgame bcgame is gone or soon to be gone.

It wouldnt be a big surprise if this goes betnomi  way, soon

can agree, like bc is not what it was and what made it fun and enjoyable
wondering if there is some new greedy ceo on board or what...

Nah. Nothing from reps or support.
Guess it's good bye 40$ lol.
For those who do not understand the video - it's was a bonus buy of 40$ which never played out, straight to error and balance deducted.
The stalling tactics and coded wager update is just done on purpose, since their wager on the contest updates almost every second and the 1x wager for your deposit needs 2 hours to have any impact it's clearly done on purpose.
10  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC GAME - Rugged for 40$ bonus buy + ultra predatory approach to void winnings on: September 24, 2023, 01:44:06 PM
I am not going to watch the videos above^^,

I have tried it and as I am on my laptop the images are too small, I can't read the conversation with support. And regarding the first video I don't quite understand what's going on, it starts with a balance of $40 and it seems to disappear just like that. I don't know if it's a technical error or something, but the fact that they make it very easy to deposit and all the difficulties in the world to withdraw is a classic.

there's an option to go full screen on the video and also to switch to 1080p quality, watch again.

The problem should have been solved. I got an update from the team. OP please confirm and change the title.

Affiliate earnings should be yours to do with as you please. If you want to gamble them on the site, they should be happy with that as they're probably going to get part or all of what you made back.

Would they rather you wd affiliate earnings and deposit? Seems a little silly IMO.
This is false. It's his theory only. Check his responses on this thread. I have referrals in coins.game and I play with the referral commission all the time there. I get some commission every day, claim them and play with them. OP used this as a theory.

Hi!

I haven't heard any official reply via live chat or email.
How ever my balance has been updated to 500$ JET. What ever you did, thank you.
What I will do next is convert 72$ to USDT and resubmit the withdraw. Will keep you updated.
https://www.upload.ee/image/15695399/update_on_coins_game.png

It's a nice gesture, I hope I will have no more further problems.

Edit: Wd received - https://www.upload.ee/image/15695415/coins_wd_received.png

I have no more further complaints.

I hope so too, because the wins are 100% from affiliate earns and this doesn't look good at all.
15  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coins Game Rug Pulled 72$ a new low for the crypto gaming world on: September 17, 2023, 11:18:35 AM
I had a chat with one of the team members. He just confirmed me that he is solving the issue. He considers this user as a good partner of coins.game, this is what he said although he told that he will now check what actually happened. We hope for the best.

Username is in the video.
I was in mobile and it's not enough visible. Writing the username here wouldn't cost you a lot.

I have also lodged with Askgamblers as they have a rep there.
I have checked Askgamblers and I don't see your complaint. You should make it there is you are serious about the issue

There was some other issue from a different user I saw in Askgamblers where they asked him to KYC when he tried to withdraw his winnings and then after submitting the documents, they blocked his account and claimed he had broken rules which they didn't even specify but later made a U-turn and refunded him

I think a casino needs to be transparent, especially when they block someone's account. It costs nothing if you are transparent. Using hidden, unknown rules will only make the casino look suspicious to potential customers.

Ask gamblers takes 48hours to review the complaint before adding it to their site. They asked for more information, I sent them an email with the video. Since it only allows to send screenshots in their complaint.
17  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coins Game Rug Pulled 72$ a new low for the crypto gaming world on: September 17, 2023, 10:51:10 AM
In the TOS it should read, affiliate funds are there to withdraw only and not to be played with.
Can you please share me where I can read this because I can't find this anywhere. It doesn't make sense at all of course. You can withdraw the fund and deposit. It's still same.
I just have sent a PM to the bitcointalk rep, hopefully we will him here soon.

Can you also please share your username in the casino?

I'm talking theoretically - So if playing with ur affiliate earnings is bonus abuse then it SHOULD say in TOS that you should only be able to withdraw them.

Username is in the video.

The casinos should not be caring about the amounts like 43$ or 72$. This is just ridiculous that the casino earn thousands of dollars and they will lose customer who is playing on their platform for 1 year.

Not just 1 costumer, by the impact of this post and ask gamblers this 72$ ridiculous dance will cost them 30 of my affiliates who I will make sure won't play there again + everyone who sees this topic here and ofc over at Ask Gamblers.

I'd say ~1000 potential costumers lost.

Like at this point it ain't even about the 72$, I should be allowed to play with my affiliate earnings how I want to.

What pisses me off the most is that they labeled me as a bonus hunter / abuser when I have claimed 1 free code in the past 6 months and there's been plenty of deposits.
All this makes no sense.
20  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coins Game Rug Pulled 72$ a new low for the crypto gaming world on: September 17, 2023, 07:38:15 AM
I have also lodged with Askgamblers as they have a rep there.

I wrote pretty much step-by-step exactly what I did.

Won 5$ giveaway from Stream - busted
Watched the stream till end - cashed my 4.5$ affiliate earnings, 2 hands house BJ to 18$
Played Jokrz Wild Ultranudge Gigablox 2 flopped 3rd hit 70$.
https://www.upload.ee/image/15693738/jokrz.jpg

Played 1 crash hand after that coz wd fee is 1$.
https://www.upload.ee/image/15693749/last_crash_hand.png

U can clearly see the currency I played with is USDT - which isn't bonus currency. So what bonus hunting are we talking about? LOL!

and then requested a wd.

Thing with Coins Game is that they do not provide your full betting history and they can make up things as they go.

I deposit sometimes, sometimes I play with the affiliate earnings. I don't sit in chat all day hoping for a drop and I also deleted their telegram channel over 6 months ago and haven't even used any single code for 6 months. My last deposit is on 28th Aug 23.

On the vid there are all my depos and wd's.

What I personally think - There are algorithms that flag accounts they do not check things manually.
And the algo flagged me because my wager for that day was smaller than my withdraw request probably.
What comes to a live support agent, they are clueless in my world - they have no backend access and even chat gpt can do their job. No where ever in the past 15 years I have seen a live support agent resolve anything for me.

After I calculate my wager vs withdraw = 4.5$ + 9$ + 8$ + 8$ + 8$ + 5.5$ = 43$
So the system indeed could flag me 43$ wager trying to wd 72$. But still this shouldn't be an issue any casino has to honor their bets and their affiliates.

Even if I deposit 5$ and do 5x1$ plinko balls and hit a 1000x and request a cashout it shouldn't be an issue. Therefore such algo shouldn't even exist.
