so i will explain Basically Freelancer Platform more less gigs services, job which can be done on contract agreement. like youtuber will promote or make video about buyer projects. where as job board is kind of long term hiring from organization basically permeant jobs so if Coinbase looking for Sale Manager they can post or hire via Timerr Job Board.
