Freelance site and that's pretty similar with braintrust but to be honest brain trust is even more popular than this one. I will not say this bad but this can't compete with another project that already listed in the big exchange site such as coinbase. Freelancer market was not a potential project for the long term. If we have a platform and this will be enough to handle all of the demand for the freelancer that was seeking the online job.

According to your whitepaper, you have two "wings", the marketplace and the job board. Unfortunately I failed to understand the difference between both. On marketplace, a service provider --those looks to be paid, or the one that'll receive money-- can post their work and client --those who will pay, or the one that'll give money-- can look for offers. On job board, client can post their request and service provider can ask to be hired. Isn't this basically how freelancing platform work? They gives you option to either ask for a work to be done or offer yourself to do some work. Or do I understand the meaning wrongly?

so i will explain

Basically Freelancer Platform more less  gigs services, job which can be done on contract agreement. like youtuber will promote or make video   about buyer projects.

where as job board is kind of long term hiring from organization basically permeant jobs

so if Coinbase looking for Sale Manager they can post or hire via Timerr Job Board.

Let me know if you have more question or please join TG group. Happy to answer any query
