What  pay method u use?

Bank transfer, credit card or paypal.

Having said that, I do understand the problem with paypal i.e. charges backs etc.

They want to know my income, how much money I have, and they want me to upload my passport.

Why?

I am not asking for credit or anything like that, I just want to buy bitcoin using cleared funds.

4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where can i buy BTC with a Prepaid visa on: December 18, 2014, 12:03:04 PM
Me to. I was trying to buy some bitcoins with credit card or bank transfer.
Most sites ask for personal details, such as income and savings, all information I am not willing to give out, especially as all I want to do is buy, its not like I am asking for credit or anything like that.
The difficulty of buying bitcoins must be a major factor in the price of bit coins.
There must be many people in the same position i.e. want to buy coins but cant find an easy way to do it, so they just give up.

I am also curious what a few things on the status page means? Such as:Diff. DiffA#, DiffR#, DiffS#, LSDiff, LSTime?

I am curious as well.
I think LSDiff might be your worker difficulty, not sure though, i am bit new to this.

Could anyone help me with this one...

I am trying to overclock one of my s3's. I am editing asic-freq, uncommenting the section i want and rebooting, but it does not seem to be having any effect, it seems to be stuck at 225.

If it's "stuck" at 225, then you have an s3+ (or at least the newest firmware that's what they use).  To overclock with these, the easiest solution is to go to the Miner Configuration tab and choose Advanced, then change the frequency that way.  (You can also edit the /etc/config/cgminer file directly, but that's more work)

The firmware on S3+s ignores the asic-freq file.

Hey Helperizer, true to your handle, brilliant.

Many thanks.

The same addresses/keys?

I don't know and wont be able to check for a few hours.
But either way, is there no way to get rid of the unwanted wallet (whatever the addresses\keys)?

lol go to uninstall or remove program and uninstall the wallet or go to app data delete it simple.. Smiley

If only it was so simple.
Before posting I tried deleting the files (they are in AppData\Roaming) but when I restart MultiBit it re-creates them.

Searched my C drive for "Application Support", nothing.
the wallet i want to get rid of is the one that it creates itself.
It is in the wrong location for my backups.
Its really annoying if i cant delete it, i will never use it dont ever want to put any coins in it.
