1  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ THE ULTIMATE BITCOIN CASINO GUIDE ⭐ CRYPTO AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR 🏆 on: September 15, 2023, 01:01:40 AM
Crashino.com was doing well after the last incident. I mentally accepted that they would release every withdrawal after three or four days late. I adjusted it with them. Last week, they had a very good update. They have changed the UI/UX design.

Wednesday, I deposited $101, and I was supposed to get 250 Free spins according to their promotion, but nothing was credited. So, I sent them an email because their live chat support is always offline. Surprisingly, they didn't know what promotion I was talking about. Suddenly, their live support came back online and credited me 50 Free spins on Gates of Olympus, saying the marketing team changed and the bonus was random (Even though the bonus was supposed to be 250 free spins). I had to accept it because there was nothing I could do.

I have played some crash games and then tried to withdraw my winnings and noticed the bonus winnings have a 20x rollover requirement even though the previous bonus does not have any wagering requirement (Which is why I still play there, ignoring all the bad sides). Then I decided to cancel the bonus winnings and withdrew my other winnings, which I received last night.

This morning, I received an email about Friday Fun Spins promotions, which do not have any wagering requirements. See the attachment below:

I played the free spins, and I also played some Crash games to increase my winnings as well as roll over my deposit. Then I noticed those winnings also have a rollover requirement. Those winnings are supposed to be wager-free. Another problem is that a wager does not count. I have wagered $70-80 USD, and nothing counted. See the image below. The support is offline. This is the last time I play there, and I am writing to let you know about this shady behavior.

have you contacted their support? Have they said something about this issue you are currently experiencing?

would you mind sharing a screenshot of the transaction? this is just to confirm that the withdrawal you made is marked as $85 but the amount you received is only $68.

Yes. I contacted them yesterday and I received the rest of BNB today. The problem is, their support is too slow. If you inquire about something today, they cannot give you an ETA of the resolution time.

Here is the screenshot that you asked for

Here is the withdrawal they sent; https://bscscan.com/tx/0xf8532af258d9e1ce3168c5a7acaf69404ccb623834f12dee1ae78e7987e4a5f7

Today, I received the rest amount. But they did not reply to me via email or support. They silently sent it. The communication is important.

I had USD 85.16 withdrawal request since 19th August (The day I deposited again to check if they have fixed it). Today they released the withdrawal with Mark as paid but I received 0.3141 BNB which is USD 68.32. So my 16.84 USD is missing from there. They have the worst support that always collects data and never comes back to the clients. If this continues to happen, fuck me!

I have understood the reason of not unlocking the thread. I think it is perfect as you have withdrawal several days ago and recently the price is too low. I think the USD value is lower as the price drop. But if you can see the withdrawal BNB amount is less than the received amount then there is something wrong.

They use 3rd party to credit and release crypto deposits and withdrawals (Fulgurpay). I believe there was an issue with the conversion rate. Earlier, I deposited USD 51 but they credited me USD 63. I contacted them to fix it. I posted it here as well.

Okay.

They fixed the issue already, and I tested it by making another deposit.
I am quoting the email I sent to them;

As your problem has been solved and the problem with their site is already fixed I can't find any reason to keep the topic open for discussion. I think it is better to lock the thread to avoid unexpected comments.

I am pretty sure you guys did not notice the recent development. They had some issues with deposits earlier. Yesterday they marked my $85 withdrawal as paid but I received $68. Please check my previous post.

Ok, this question might sound stupid, but... are we sure it is a glitch and not something like a deposit bonus promo and the likes? I tried to toy with the amount, counting in a rounding error, the number is indeed around 20%, it's a tad bit too precise for a random glitch and, IMO, more like a bonus.

I am positive. There is no cash bonus except for free spins. They have a cash bonus but that's a 50% deposit bonus which has a 30x wagering requirement. I am kinda regular there so I am aware of their promos.

Another incident happened and I am frustrated now.
I had USD 85.16 withdrawal request since 19th August (The day I deposited again to check if they have fixed it). I am quoting the email I sent to them;

Hi there.

My user ID is: 660352228

Today I deposited 0.235 BNB, which is around $51.32 when I deposited.
Here is my transaction link: https://bscscan.com/tx/0xfa9fae180de932d4b7a9e298919e2dd9ff91616542d64f62d93f2ff98c9a8062

But, I was credited $63.73, Which is 20% more than what I deposited. The amount is not significant in my case. I found this bug where the platform is at risk of financial damage.
I could have withdrawn the funds. The fund is not significant in my case, but others can misuse it. I tried to contact support and their telegram as well. Live support is offline.
A single day is enough to bankrupt the platform if they do not notice it.

After my gambling session, my current balance is $66. Feel free to deduct the extra amount from my balance. It would help if you guys fixed it as soon as possible before others figure it out.

Regards

I got 20% extra when I deposited. I did not want to take advantage of this glitch. As I said, the amount is tiny in my case. But if any abusers discover it, they could have misused it.

The funny thing is I did not get any reply yet via email. Their live support responded after 20 hours. Moreover, I got banned from their telegram group in return. I just posted, "Can someone from Crashino official contact me? I found a bug" in their telegram group, and boom. I was banned. LOL

No, I don't think anyone other than efialtis did. Or, if anyone do, I don't think they managed to get in touch with Crashino's representative, given their last online activity was in 18 April, months ago. Your best shot will be to try to ask efialtis to reach them again.

Here is what I did so far....

I sent them an email describing how I received the extra funds.
I knocked on their live support four-five times.
I knocked on them via Telegram.
I ask efialtis to contact them; I also knock him on Telegram.
I posted in this forum. Unfortunately, I did not get any reply from anywhere yet  Smiley

Once they fix it, I will reveal what was the issue.

Thanks, everyone!

Okay, I unlocked it again.

There is something wrong with Crashino.
Does any of you guys have contact with the Crashino team except for efialtis?

As you know, everything went fine.
Today I deposited again and found a bug where the platform is at risk of financial damage.
I could have withdrawn the funds. The fund is not significant in my case, but others can misuse it.
I tried to contact support and their telegram as well. Live support is offline.
Could anyone please ask them to contact me via the forum or ask their live support to come online if you have contact with them?

Hey,

I have asked Crashino to look into this. Smiley

Update: Crashino is going to pay you in full. Smiley

As they have credited your winning then there is no reason for not giving you to withdraw. As it is in pending to be withdrawn you should wait for it. I think it is already completed if they are instant service. I think you could get the same result if you could contact them and wait for the solution.
I just updated the topic. The withdrawal was released. But, as I said in the OP, they don't care about when it comes from an average Joe. I was stuck in a loophole. Please consider rereading the OP for detailed info. I believe they were forced to credit my winnings because of this topic and efialtis. However, one of my friends also contacted Crashino regarding this case.

Thanks to both of them and to you guys as well.
The case is closed. I am locking the thread.

I have just heard back and... good news! Smiley

Crashino people got back to me and just informed me that you will be paid in full. Smiley

Thank you very much efialtis. They have added my winnings to my balance.
I just made a withdrawal request and will wait for them to release it.

Do you think I should continue to gamble there?
Because I feel like their promo is awesome, and I like their promotions! I will update the ratings and this thread as well once they release my withdrawal. Moreover, I was already KYC’ed there. I guess there should not be any problem in the future. What do you think about it?
12  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crashino.com Scam $80 winnings were not paid. on: August 14, 2023, 07:13:03 AM
Long story short.

I deposited $50 and received 100 Free spins as a deposit bonus. I won $110 from that free spins. My total balance was $161. I requested a withdrawal and they cancel it asking for KYC. I did KYC and played again with this $161. I used "Buy free spins" in Kraken's sky bounty game and won another $112 from this game. After this session, my balance was $230.19, and requested to withdraw them all. Crashino.com send $150 to my wallet and $80 was deducted from my balance.

The support agent said

The maximum withdraw-able amount from the winnings generated from ANY no deposit bonus (cash, free spins, free money bonus with wagering, loyalty points etc) is 100$ or equivalent currency. If the wins are generated from ANY bonus that is tied to a deposit (reload bonus, deposit free spins, etc), the withdraw-able amount is 250$.”

Well, even if they consider all the winnings were from free spins, still it does not exceed the $250 limit.

The problem is; I am stuck in a loophole. Every time I contact them, I have to explain why it was a mistake and they say they forwarded it to the team and they never come back.

It's not rocket science to check if a user made a deposit or not. The only thing they need to check is if it was tied with a deposit bonus or not. At first, they needed a KYC, and now they have nothing to ask for. I provided the KYC because the amount is kinda good.

The whole story is just confusing, and I doubt your report will be given much attention given to your own personal scam history on the forum

Huh? Do you even know what are you talking about? Are you sure that I have scammed someone? The only thing I did is disrespected the forum rules by evading the ban. My account was unbanned later and I am not evading the ban anymore. I got several tags because of the mistakes I did in the past. Several other accounts are evading the ban and the only difference between them and me is they were not exposed yet.

However, I am the one who is misunderstood by the forum community. People learn from their mistakes. I have learned things but I was not given a 2nd chance by the community even though the forum's officials decided to give me a 2nd chance. Breaking forum rules seems like the end of the world here.

Anyway, this is not the topic. Do you know what it's called when someone comments on a matter that he is not aware of? It' signature spammer.

Hi Efialtis, I have created a scam accusation against Crashino.com as they are not helping to solve my case https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5463133.0

Would you mind writing your thoughts?
15  Economy / Scam Accusations / [Solved] Crashino.com Scam $80 winnings were not paid. on: August 13, 2023, 03:33:57 PM
Update: The withdrawal was released

Update: Winnings were credited back. Withdrawal is pending.

What happened:: Crashino.com corrected down $80 from my winnings.

The Crashino saga started again! I have been there for two years, and I am not regular there. But I still play there because of their good promotions. They offer generous bonuses each Friday. With their delayed payment habit, I started gambling again in the last two months. A few days ago, I won $110 From my deposit bonus free spins, and they triggered KYC because of that. They send me an email asking for the documents, which I send within an hour. Then I noticed they canceled my withdrawal, and my funds were on my Crashino balance. I decided to play again, and I got another good win. Then I requested another withdrawal while I was still waiting for KYC verification. Their support said it may take up to 24 hours. I contacted their support again, and they said no documents were uploaded to my account. FYI, there is no option in Crashino to upload your documents. They requested to send the documents to payments@crashino.com, which I did a few days ago.

I contacted efialtis through Btcgosu.com, and he also contacted them.

After a few hours, I received a $150 withdrawal. My withdrawal was $230.19; they paid $150 and deducted the $80 without explaining. I contacted the support agent to know what could be the reason. FYI, I was triggered KYC, which seems I passed.

Their response is;

“Thank you for waiting. Please be informed that according to our Terms and Conditions section 12.10 The maximum withdraw-able amount from the winnings generated from ANY no deposit bonus (cash, free spins, free money bonus with wagering, loyalty points etc) is 100$ or equivalent currency. If the wins are generated from ANY bonus that is tied to a deposit (reload bonus, deposit free spins, etc), the withdraw-able amount is 250$.”

I cannot stop laughing, to be honest.

First of all, I deposited $50 and $110 winnings from that deposit bonus free spins.
2nd Of all, The rest $110 dollar was from my bonus game playing;
https://replay.pragmaticplay.net/rsShIrCS8X

If all the winnings were from free spins, it still does not exceed the $250 limit, while my latest $110 winning was from “Buy free spins”.

Then their support asked me to wait, and they later said they would inform me via email. It's been three days, and I contacted them six times in the last three days. I am stuck in a loophole now. Contact live support >> Explain everything >> They check and copy and paste the same response like please wait. We are investigating the case>> Contact live support again.

1st T20 Big Bash league
Melbourne stars vs Sydney Thunder.
Melbourne stars bat first and gave target of 122 on 8 wickets in 20 overs, apparently all batsman struggled with batting today.  In second innings Sydney Thunders chased target of 123 on 9 wickets in 20 overs (won by 1 wicket). Match was really close and both performances were almost same .

It was a low-scoring match. Both teams struggled on the pitch. Sydney Won the match. But, It was a close game. They faced the last ball.

I can't remember the exact username. But, If I am not wrong, fillippone also posted publicly and said hey, WO guys, You can vote for my Pizza for Pizza baking contest. I think it's fair enough.

New Zealand Played an impressive match. Finn Allen and Conway were outstanding. The pitch was batting-friendly. But I am Not sure what happened with Aussie batters. They were playing on their home ground and collapsed, scoring 117. They were unable to face Tim Southee at all. I hope they will come back strongly.
