Hey Daltonik! yes you are correct, as we are a licenced gaming site, there is a need to request KYC information on the site. As you suggest, it would be much more logical to not allow any deposits if we were going to disallow withdrawals, however, as we are not disallowing withdrawals based on KYC we are accepting all deposits also. Otherwise, as you say, it would be highly deceptive to accept all deposits then turn around and not allow any withdrawals. If a user can access our site and make a deposit, they should have no issue with a withdrawal as well.

Hi tranthidung, thanks for your comments and actually taking the time to comb through our T&C's. To answer your question, yes, the site has in fact two mechanisms for restricting users based on their location. The first is that you will see some particular games are blocked depending on which country you are accessing from meaning the user will in fact receive a warning and will not actually be able to play that particular game.

The second mechanism is that when searching, depending on which country a player is accessing from, different providers are actually presented whilst others are not displayed. This hopefully removes the need to manually check the games you want to play. As you rightly point out very few players take the time to search the game they intend on playing so with these mechanisms in place, they won't need to. The page you're seeing I believe is actually caused by slow loading because if you were accessing from a restricted country, then you would see a warning page instead informing you and you would not be able to proceed further. We have resolved some of the slower loading pages and gone through to optimise various images on but its still a work in progress as we try to reduce the page sizes and speed of the platforms so our valuable players spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the site.

In any case, I understand these concerns and have raised them with our team. We will now be looking carefully at the way in which winnings from accounts with bonus funds are handled and rather than all the winnings going to the bonus account, have them split to the real balance AND the bonus balance in a percentage that is indicative of the way in which the real funds and bonus were deposited initially. Meaning if you deposited $100 and received a bonus of $100. Yes, I have also seen numerous scams and rugpulls and the limited regulation in this market means little to no protection for many individuals. One of the key basic premises of our DeFi project is, as you mentioned, using 65% of net profits to reinvest. As for who is checking this, how is it done, how can it be verified is where we may differ from others.

As players bet (irrespective of winning or losing) they will earn tokens (using experience points which can directly be traded). These are earnt in a 65/35 split where 65 goes to the player and 35 to the team so the reinvestment is automatic, transparent and happening all the time in real-time. The GXG Tokens can then be used in our DeFi platform to stake or for yield farming or the player can simply go a platform like pancake swap and exchange them for BNB etc and cash out.

And what about just falling yields or straight out theft of tokens ? The development team of most blockchain projects will hold a considerable amount of tokens and use high APY's to attract investors to join at the beginning, but the token itself has no value and cannot continue to create economic benefits causing falling APY's as liquidity increases. Additionally, when individuals in other projects buy a large number of tokens, the team will also sell their tokens on hand to make considerable profits. This is in direct contrast to what we are doing. Firstly, our team doesn't hold any tokens in the initial stage so we can't actually sell and profit from it and the only way we can obtain GXG Tokens is by operating the casino because as a player places bets in the casino, we also earn a proportion (35%) of the rewards meaning. Team tokens cannot be withdrawn from the smart contract until all tokens are mined.

Token mining is controlled by blockchain-based smart contracts. The smart contract code is open and has been verified by the community: Github GXG contracts and Github GXG token. The smart contract algorithm is coded so that no more than 100 million tokens can be mined at all times.

As a blockchain casino, all betting and income on GXGBet.com is open and transparent and the amount of each repurchase is also open and transparent. I hope my explanation is able to, in some way, answer your doubts and allay your concerns. I respect very much your input and appreciate your direct line of questioning as lack of oversight in our industry is a double edged sword and the responsibility may actually fall on some of the more informed community members to keep other less informed individuals safer.

What I meant by basic KYC is that the site has a simplified verification process where you can just upload from a choice of ID options. But there is not facial recognition or things of that nature. Not sure if my previous reply was sufficient, but I believe the issue arises when a player subscribes to a bonus and deposits money. He will see 2 balances. A real balance of his deposited funds and a bonus balance. Now if you try to withdraw right now, you will not be able to cause the bonus has been subscribed to.

If you want your real balance withdrawn right now, you would need to unsubscribe to the bonus. But please bear in mind, unsubscribing to the bonus will mean forfeiting any amount in the bonus balance which may or may not include any winnings you have made by betting whether that bet was placed using real or bonus funds. But the platform will most definitely not take any money in your real balance.

This totally makes so much sense now, I'm not sure why I didn't think of multiple quotes sooner, I've been replying to each member's message one by one and just kind of making my way down the list. Thanks for the tip Ulven and I apologise to the forum for contravening any of the rules.

Let me quote a previous post first as I think the issue you have raised is extremely important.




The site has different bonuses based on the promotion subscribed. When you subscribe to a promo and deposit funds, it is split into your real balance (the funds players deposit) and bonus balance (the bonus funds credited). As you place bets in the casino, money from your real balance is deducted first and then subsequently your bonus balance is used for playing. Also, any wins the player has from the deposited and bonus funds is first credited to the bonus balance. We do try and highlight this in the conditions for the promo where it states "ANY bets made will be deducted from your real balance FIRST and any winnings derived will be credited to your BONUS balance."

I believe your issue has come about because if a player decides they don't want the promo and unsubscribe to it, although all funds in the real balance will remain, any funds in the bonus balance is forfeited. In the conditions we did put "Unsubscribing from this promo after placing any bet will result in funds in your BONUS balance being forfeited." I did apologise in a previous post as these conditions may not be obvious enough so we definitely need to work harder to make them more prominent so players don't feel they have had their money taken in any way and I apologise to you again if it seems like that's what has happened.




I believe the message being displayed is because, when you subscribe to a bonus there is a requirement to wager the amount of the bonus a certain multiple (1x, 10x, 25x etc). Once you fulfil that condition all the money in your bonus balance will be moved to your real money balance where you are able to withdraw it. Your dashboard shows you the progress of your wagering. For some bonuses you can also choose to make a deposit (minimum 10€) and the bonus funds will go straight to your real balance without the need for wagering. I think that's why you got that message from customer support you mentioned in the above post talking about depositing more. Clearly our support staff require further training too to give more clarity.

Again I do wish to apologise for what you have gone through and I am very thankful for your feedback which I will most definitely use to improve our site and services so others hopefully have a more positive experience.

Hi Ulven, yes this is most likely what happened. If you subscribe to the freespins and then signup you and use the freespins and win. The winnings go to your bonus balance in your account which can be seen in the dashboard.

There is a wagering requirement which is only 1x of the bonus and we have no minimum or maximum. Once you fulfill that, then the bonus amount moves to your real balance for you to play or withdraw as you wish. This 1x wagering is stated on the bonus when you subscribe (click the 'i' symbol top right). Sorry it's probably not prominent enough so you may have likely missed it. I apologise for this and we will try and find a way to make the conditions more obvious without too much clutter to try and prevent this from happening again. In that 'i' are the various conditions including one which states "Unsubscribing from this promo after placing any bet will result in funds in your BONUS balance being forfeited."

Again, sorry if the terms and conditions were not clearly highlighted enough, will work on trying to resolve this.

About your question on why defi vs regular casino, great question and not sure my answer will do the question justice but here goes...

Taking nothing away from regular casinos, in fact, I believe they continue to lead and be a staple for entertainment in the gaming space and the pioneers for everything that has or may follow. For us, we knew we wanted to create something different but in the gaming space, and being able to plough more than half our net profits back to GXG Tokens and eventually into the hands of the players who support our platform seemed like an interesting idea we wanted to explore. Melding that with the DeFi space has allowed us to make that possible and it's now a matter of how well received this idea would be and how we can best implement it.

We are trying to add more coins and other payment alternatives like credit cards as well to, not only increase the different options for players, but also to maybe try and get some people not so involved in cryptocurrencies more involved and potentially interested in what can sometimes be the more technical space of DeFi.

We have implemented automated withdrawals at this stage but with a manual review as the site is still in its infancy and we have had to manually approve some also.

It's interesting you mentioned having more deposit promotions because prior to the launch of GXGBet.com there was a plethora of bonuses and promos going on which we ended up removing cause some thought it was just going to overwhelm and confuse potential players with their different wagering requirements, terms and conditions etc. But I think you are right and it could be time to revisit additional promotions. I literally saw a document this morning with a whole list of promos looking for some approval.

Of course I take yours and any feedback I get positively, its one of the key ways we can try to do better. I'm not the type of person interested in people blowing smoke up my *** if you know what I mean.

I managed to find some information on restricted countries with regards to our specific gaming licence. From what I gather, the gaming platform GXGBet.com is restricted from accepting players from a few countries namely, USA, France, Netherlands and the former Netherlands Antilles (including Curacao itself), however the other platform GXGCoin.com doesn't have any restrictions. So we should be fine with accepting players from other regions not specifically mentioned is what I read.
