Oh wow, that is such a sad thing. They are doing something they shouldn't do, and that is common in the world people do that, but the fact that you can't stop them, so like they could keep doing it, means it is such a shitty situation for you guys. Sorry mate, you may not know that how much I love this place, hearing such a bs done to you is definitely something upsetting for all of us users who love you as well. The problem is that some unscrupulous users will try to find loopholes and exploit them in order to increase their chances of winning or to claim more bonuses. Although it might not be easy to stop them, I wouldn't say that it is impossible. Given how long they have been operating, FreeBitco.in has probably developed some pretty sophisticated techniques for detecting bots and multi-accounts. Of course, they won't reveal all the secrets, but they have been fighting such cheaters for years. Know that I would never use it, and I will try to report it as best as I can, even if they open a new one, whenever we get free time, we all could just keep doing it, maybe one day we can make them get tired of retrying and cause them to stop one day, wouldn't be a work on you, it's volunteer thing from people like me who love this place.
The most important thing is that, as long as players are honest and follow the rules, there should be no problems. Agreed ... Hopefully now that I reported that plugin more people wont be confused like I was if it was an official extension to assist your customers to get free rolls or not... |

I guess something that refreshes a page to get free spins that belong to me is not a "bot" .. What makes no sense is you have automated betting auto-roll that you guys have implemented so the site self has a bot right??
How do you feel? If you know that you must do some kind of effort to have a gain, if you want to have the same gain without any effort, is it fair, or something is not ok? In case of bets, you give something (your bet) and you receive something (winning). In case of free rolls, you spend your time to open the page and click the button; and you receive the prize (some sats). Now, would it be possible to make bets without any budget? That's what you want to do - harvest free rolls using bot. And yes, it is clearly against the rules. Dude I literally have deposited almost .25 btc and i use a single account. Not harvesting free rolls that pays pennies - literally like 30 sats if you dont deposit anything.. I usually only used that extension when I had deposited and essentially paid for larger per spin rewards and thought it was a cool "tool" / extensions so i dont miss out on my free spins that I essentially paid for... When you see a "Freebitco in auto-roller" app/extension with thousands of installs on both chrome and firefox (that practically looks like an official freebitcoin plugin), a timer with notification every hour to get another free roll, allow people to not use captcha etc you can't classify this as abuse, getting an unfair advantage or usings "bots" IMO... But now its clear this extension isnt official and I'll report it so others dont possibly risk getting banned for using this plugin... that has been on the extension stores for years with thousands of installs!! I just told you. The gift of a free play is conditional on you physically coming back to the site to do it in person so we can interact with you. Whether you steal that gift in one account or many doesn't change that principle. That's why using bots is prohibited in rule 1 of our terms of service. Our business model offers you the opportunity to have free plays. We do that because it encourages people to come back to the site regularly where we can market our gambling services to them. Automating those free rolls is taking the free gift from us and giving nothing in return. That's plain and simple theft. Theft to me would be somone using multiple accounts. .. So I think i know what triggered it.. It's not a betting bot more of a page refresher.. It just reloads my browser every hour to get my free roll.. It's a popular plugin in both Chrome and Firefox stores.. No different than like adblock or other macro's that use my browser .. Is this illegal?? If so why are they prominently on the chrome extension stores??
It would be abuse if I had bot hit your server constantly from different accounts .. but a macro to refresh my SINGLE acct to get my bitcoins rolls seems fair game.. No different than using the alarm feature to Notify myself ever hour to hit the Free spin button??

I know what triggered it because the bot or script you are using to abuse free plays has a distinct digital signature. Many other people are using the same cheat. This chrome/firefox plguin is a macro to get the rolls that belong to me. If this is frowned upon then why do you not use a captcha? |

If you are worried about people using that than why not make captcha req for everyone..
I dont see how you will prevent people from using a Windows macro or whatever from getting their hourly free spin.. Again 1 account.. not multiple accounts on different browsers /IP's trying to steal coins from you guys..
If this isnt allowed let me know and I'll uninstall asap but you should lets the thousands of others who use that know what you define a bot as..
Free rolls really dont do much anyways.. My winnings come when I deposit and play multiply more..

There's nothing you can do other than wait until they manually review your withdrawal. According to the post made by theQuin on their other thread, there's an automated system flagging withdrawals for manual review, and that's done to protect users from hacking and prevent them from abusing the website. If you haven't done anything against their terms of service, there's nothing to worry about.  It's exactly that. Only a very few withdrawals are flagged by our anti-fraud systems to be manually reviewed. It's not something we really wanted to do but in the end is was the only way we could reduce multi-accounting abuse. Edit: You PM'd me your user ID so I can tell that your account was flagged for using a bot for free plays rather than multi-accounting. When I approved the payment that flag was reset. If you use the bot again then you will get flagged again and your next payment will also need to be reviewed.
TheQuin: are we going to have any other betting possibilities this week? Or only crypto and cricket?
There is not sports now in action now, what would you offer? Wimbledon begins this week, but early rounds probably won't get much interest. What else? MLB maybe? There's not much happening this week but we will soon have bets for F1 British GP, Wimbledon, Rugby internationals starting in July and a couple more cricket test tours. We tried MLB a couple of years ago and there doesn't seem to be much interest in regular-season games. I think that is a by-product of there being too many games for anyone other than a diehard fan to care about individual matches. Got my withdrawal.. I don't expect him to be 24/7 but just all im saying is dont say "instant" or "~15 min" when its manually reviewed and over 5-6 hrs.. wetsuit hasnt been active for over a year according to his/her profile.. Really hoping its a glitch or something... Getting nervous!! Glad I'm only dealing with 0.05 BTC and not 5 BTC!
Is it your first withdrawal or did you do it before (on the same account)? Is your account 2FA protected? Maybe account/action looks "suspicious" and they prefer to check it manually, if there was no "extraordinary" action (like sudden log in from other IP than usual, change of withdrawal address etc.). I just enabled 2FA today.. well i need to finish the setup .. But I didnt know that would be required for Instant withdrawal. At least it never prompted me..?? I deposited twice today.. Deposits are fast.. Kinda wish it was the same with withdrawals :/ I think I've withdrew like once or twice a year or so ago.. But had some spare time and wanted to play .. Got lucky and turned like 0.01 to like 0.05 with their multiply thing.. Not using a bot or any auto betting software...just manual clicking and changing my bet odds/amt occasionally... maybe, their system was triggered as it seems it is your first withdrawal this year. so don't panic because they always pay. if you haven't violated anything in their games, you have nothing to worry about. i had the same experience with delayed withdrawal as well as even if i paid for instant withdrawal, it went to manual checking. but it did come, just delayed. i believe it is not a glitch, i think they do manual checking once in a while, esp if suddenly you withdraw after long period of time. ok cool ... thanks |

Wetsuit runs the whole thing, thequin (as far as I know) is his employee, or a partner maybe I do not know, but he takes care of everything. Normally it doesn't take that long, if you ever try again in the future you may see that it may take about 15 minutes at times (well to send it, after that the transaction could go on for a while as btc famously is slow). I guess something went wrong, and I do not know where they are from but as far as I can remember it was UK if I am not wrong, and that means they are up right now. So the reason could be something totally irrelevant, like maybe the review took this long? Because they sensed something about it?

They should really not advertise 15 min or Instant when they are apparently manually reviewed...
If i would've known it wasn't instant i wouldve used Slow or Auto vs Instant
Freebitco doesn't send the withdrawals instantly. The instant withdrawal says approximately 15 minutes, but it takes more or less time than it. They proceed the instant withdrawal in a batch too, but it contains only a few number of users instant withdrawal request. It will create a lot of load (pressure) on their hot wallet if they send every user instant withdrawal individually. I have made the instant withdrawal several times and it never took more than 30 minutes to be proceed. It's been almost 5 hours... I'm thinking The Quin or whoever runs freebitcoi.in is based in Asia so they probably dont approve withdrawals overnight.. Maybe its due to the Juneteenth holiday?? Its a bummer because I really like this site and its super fun but if a simple 0.05 BTC withdrawal is too big it makes me nervous if I decide to go bigger..   |

How much do you withdraw? Approx .05 BTC .. Does that flag for manual review?? Is that why its not "instant"?? For 1 btc or .5 btc make sense .. Regardless they shouldn't call it instant or ~15 min when its hours or longer.. or maybe would be nice if they let you know if larger amts req more time :/ |
